Not only are the burgers less and less good, but they are served barely lukewarm.
More than 20 minutes of waiting for 1 menu and 2 Happy Meals at 2 p.m., and they still manage to forget things.
When we make a bonus comment we get a bad response.
20/09/2024: The worst Mac Donald in France. Horrible. The burgers are pressed and are only 1 cm. It doesn't look like anything.
Burger ordered Greek received. The team barely speaks French. Tables not washed. This is unacceptable.

15/08/2024: I arrived at the Kyriad hotel this August 15 at 6 p.m.; we are extremely disappointed and shocked; dirty towel in the room, spiders present in the corners, a very unpleasant receptionist present on August 15, faulty flush, stifling smell in the room, hotel to avoid at all costs, if hygiene and cleanliness are yours priorities. (mold and humidity present in the bathroom) supporting photos.

24/06/2024: The staff seem inexperienced but are friendly and helpful. The place is clean every time we stop there.
10/06/2024: Help, unfriendly staff. Made comments about us to the employees of the Ibis hotel, as if we weren't there.
A customer wanted to make change to pay for a coffee at the machine, but she was refused because they did not want to open the cash register. We ended up paying for his coffee with our card.
Frankly, politeness and friendliness need to be reviewed, unless it is a new marketing strategy.

Dirty establishment, disastrous presentation with equipment with hygiene as questionable as that of the lab and the staff.
Deplorable welcome with service that leaves something to be desired. Non-existent politeness and miscalculation.
This establishment does not reflect the general image of the other bakeries in the group.

05/09/2024: The waitress forgets the sauce and slips away then I notice that the drink served is not the right one either and no ice cubes... That's a lot of misses for a small, simple menu... be more involved or consider changing of job. It's a shame ..

01/09/2024: I was in a bit of a hurry because of work.
No time or desire to cook.
I go to McDonald's, it's supposed to be quick and the kids like it.
Result?
I waited a good half hour, while the restaurant was practically empty, I had order 3.
The Big Mac arrives cold, I take 9 nuggets, they are hot, no worries on that front.
Except, there are 8 and not 9.... disgusting.
It's a take-out order.
So yes we have to check, especially in these kinds of brands.
I didn't think to count, but that shouldn't happen.
No more Mc Do in Oyonnax.
31/08/2024: Very disrespectful staff they openly disrespect by making fun of the customers if they have a look that does not fit into their morals it is not normal to have to ask if in the end we can take the order for the reason of the mockery made by the staff it is not even tolerable that people who do not know how to behave in society work in contact in professions where contact with people is necessary.

14/08/2024: Maître d'hôtel en costume service aux petits soins décoration superbe et pour couronner le tout une gastronomie française régionale sans faille.
Cuisses de grenouilles en persillade cuisson parfaite on en mangerait sans s'arrêter.
Petites côtelettes rôties excellentes avec un gratin de patates divin .
Dessert exceptionnel arrosé copieusement de Grand marnier.
Vin du jour de qualité à un prix très correct .
Les tarifs sont très accessibles étonnant pour ce niveau de service et de qualité.
Ce restaurant est une belle découverte et il le tarde d'y retourner.
12/08/2024: Une VRAIE brasserie "à la lyonnaise" avec service irréprochable et plats tous délicieux ! J'ai été impressionné par la qualité des escargots et du poulet de Bresse, sans parler d'un amuse-bouche original et d'un dessert sublime (macarons framboises).
Rien à dire sauf un grand bravo !
PS : réservez, l'adresse est connue et appréciée...
