21/09/2024: Second experience in this restaurant in 6 months and it’s just as inedible! Don't choose salmon 🤢 It is way overcooked and tastes terrible. Makes you wonder if the team tastes from time to time what comes out of the kitchens. And what about the Niçoise salad which has no taste. We don't eat when we come here, we barely eat.

17/09/2024: This is not a French streak restaurant per EE as Google list it. It is an autoroute service station. And one of the worst. The lavatories are filthy. Getting a cup of insipid coffee and an indifferent baguette takes an age. Even the entrance to the car park, concealed after the exit is a monument to bad design. Narrow with concrete nearly reaching out to damage your car. Avoid Bourg Jasserons at all costs. Oh, it is expensive as well.

15/09/2024: Avant tout, c'est la discothèque.. On s'entend pas parler. Service long. Nul Serveur en revanche très aimable. Vu les avis sur le net, j'aurais mieux fait de continuer mon chemin.

07/09/2024: Waited 30 minutes for an incomplete order, I had to wait again! No excuses! Nuggets not cooked. This McDonald's is known to be horrible, I confirm!

18/12/2024: What a disappointment! The reception in the store is frosty... The sushi has no taste, the quantities are very minimal, and it lacks freshness. Go on your way and buy your sushi in the supermarket, they are much better and cheaper!!!

17/11/2024: The ramen is terrible, not good at all. It is not a ramen . The photo of ramens in the flyer looks good but quality is very bad . Never try it . Sushi is ok .

05/04/2025: I've been coming here for months and I haven't been back since the New Year. When I came back I was extremely disappointed, 1st time being turned away with the question ⁷do we know this? And second after a refoulement interrogation because I don't know the women with whom I wanted to return. Bouncer who do the Cowboy. I will never set foot there again

10/06/2024: Help, unfriendly staff. Made comments about us to the employees of the Ibis hotel, as if we weren't there. A customer wanted to make change to pay for a coffee at the machine, but she was refused because they did not want to open the cash register. We ended up paying for his coffee with our card. Frankly, politeness and friendliness need to be reviewed, unless it is a new marketing strategy.

06/07/2024: At first we were reluctant to go there because the reviews were so negative... But following the change of ownership, and for a pizza evening with friends we took the plunge. Well not disappointed! Super good pizza even reheated the next day, not too much wait even for a match night.. People who criticize should go to Italy to compare.. I recommend!

15/10/2024: Restaurant to ABSOLUTELY AVOID... No hygiene! We first have to climb over the cat bowls and litter to reach the restaurant room, where the tables, chairs and everything else is dusty, the glasses and cutlery are dirty. First of all, the boss no longer remembered his menu and when the dishes arrived (quickly reheated in the microwave), they were inedible and not fresh. Since then, I have had stomach and intestinal problems.

14/12/2024: I've been to this McDonald's twice now. I was disappointed the first time like many comments, the sandwiches lacked sauces and the service was slow. I told myself that it was just a bad passage (even though there were really few people) and also the nugget offer. And there, this second time pissed me off to the point of giving this McDonald's 1*. The service OK, the trays dirty on arrival, I forgot my ice cream and they gave it to me half full (by the manager and given the price eh, it's excessive), I asked for two steaks I got one steak I'm going to get the second meat (and as a bonus the sandwich had a questionable taste) (there were very few people in the room once again). The manager but help, a person is in charge of serving the customers, he hears the fries and goes to take care of them so he leaves his post for 5 min, people start to group together (4-5) and she storms out, banging fingers and calling the guy with an authoritative voice but? You don't talk to people like that even if you're their superior. In short, I won't go back there again, I'll go to BK where it's much better than this horrible place (which greatly disappointed me with McDonald's) Update answer: I was talking about the sauces in the hamburger! If it's to eat 2 loaves of bread with dry meat in them and 2 melted cheeses, but give me my money back so I can make what I wanted to eat myself and advertise your merchandise If you were really attentive to your customers, this McDonald's would have had a team overhaul a long time ago, everyone is complaining about the same thing and has been for a while. 15/08/2024: I arrived at the Kyriad hotel this August 15 at 6 p.m.; we are extremely disappointed and shocked; dirty towel in the room, spiders present in the corners, a very unpleasant receptionist present on August 15, faulty flush, stifling smell in the room, hotel to avoid at all costs, if hygiene and cleanliness are yours priorities. (mold and humidity present in the bathroom) supporting photos.

31/08/2024: Arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 p.m. We had the honor of seeing a waitress at 12:45 p.m. who had just come to take our drink order!!!! 30 minutes of waiting just to drink!!!! This one explains to us that another waitress will come to take the order but she doesn't know when???? But what is certain is that it was not the result!!!!! What an organization!!!! A disaster!!! We therefore left by the lack of professionalism of this establishment and other customers did the same...

24/08/2024: Huge panic in the service, the waiters don't know where to deliver their trays. Arrived order taken 30 minutes, delivery 20 minutes later. I do not recommend this establishment at all. A shame...

28/09/2024: McDonald's gets worse and worse. Not only are the burgers less and less good, but they are served barely lukewarm. More than 20 minutes of waiting for 1 menu and 2 Happy Meals at 2 p.m., and they still manage to forget things. When we make a bonus comment we get a bad response.

20/09/2024: The worst Mac Donald in France. Horrible. The burgers are pressed and are only 1 cm. It doesn't look like anything. Burger ordered Greek received. The team barely speaks French. Tables not washed. This is unacceptable.
