07/07/2025: We were heading to Sylvanès Abbey and arrived mid-afternoon, five of us. We were starving and desperate, thinking we wouldn't find anything. No, we arrived at this bar. We were extremely well received and informed that we could enjoy charcuterie platters, salads, and desserts. We chose from a diverse menu and enjoyed excellent, generous salads made with fresh, high-quality regional produce. As for the desserts, they were a spectacular display worthy of a grand establishment. We would love to return to this area, but we're not planning on doing so. So don't hesitate to make the detour.

12/11/2025: A lovely little inn. Without a reservation, and at the end of service, the cook kindly prepared a generous plate for us with salad, country ham, and an omelet. Thank you again. It was delicious, I highly recommend it.

30/10/2025: We had a wonderful time with Karine and her mother Rosette. Dynamic and genuine, Karine is quite a character; we had a good laugh with her, and it will remain one of the best moments of the five days we spent on the Camino this year.

22/07/2025: A particularly pleasant stopover in Murols thanks to the welcome we received at the brand new gîte (excellent bedding, every comfort) and the welcome we received at the inn, where the food is delicious. Both establishments belong to a charming couple who don't skimp on quality or quantity. At breakfast, we continued the already rich exchanges we had the day before and left... Rejoicing that we'll be back soon!!! Thank you so much!!

28/08/2025: Despite our late arrival (9:45 p.m.) on Saturday, August 16th, we were accepted for dinner (4 people). Ms. Chaux and Mr. de Naucelles, we would like to thank you. We returned with great pleasure twice during the 5 days we spent in this region. We enjoyed the regional specialties, impeccable service, perfect organization for a more than reasonable price, and always with a smile 😃. We will not hesitate to return if the opportunity arises. 24/11/2025: As a customer for several years, I find that in the last few months the quality of the food has dropped drastically; it's become basic and not always good... what a shame, because for years and years this restaurant was a benchmark (the iconic owners have retired, which perhaps explains it).

22/06/2025: Music Festival 2025. Zero. Server outside very rude. Not nice at all. Threw the beers at us. Do something else man. You don't belong here. Zero atmosphere. The singer just talked. He didn't finish any songs. Was he a singer or what???

23/04/2025: Establishment with a wide range of hours, depending on the time the atmosphere evolves and increases in power! Every Friday evening DJ evenings where we let ourselves go dancing in a friendly atmosphere. There is what you need for those hungry and sometimes even menus on offer! Regular concerts that liven up the street!

20/12/2025: Today, December 20, 2025, we left Montpellier for Clermont-Ferrand for the holidays. We stopped in Laissac for the baby because the highway was blocked by farmers. We stopped at this restaurant, which was initially closed. They let us in so we could feed the baby... they were so kind! Happy birthday again, have a lovely evening, and happy holidays!

01/11/2025: Pleasantly surprised on my first visit, good value for money and the team is friendly. I recommend it.

23/11/2025: We came to the estate as a group; I was disappointed with the meal, which was presented as a spectacular aligot. Okay, I came because I wasn't familiar with this specialty. Served on a plate, what a surprise! The aligot was lukewarm and served with tiny pieces of meat. Our table was forgotten because we were supposed to order their pâté with salad. After pointing this out, we were brought an overly salty pâté, also without salad. The cheese course wasn't too heavy, though. The thin slice of ice cream topped off the meal. Apart from this disappointing meal, everything else was fine. Of course, it was busy, and I understand the logistics, but they have to take responsibility. It wasn't perfect, far from it. The location is magnificent, the museum incredible, and the atmosphere fantastic, thankfully!
