19/04/2026: Jessica's welcome is warm, and the restaurant's decor is particularly well done, with its soft, muted tones. It's a very pleasant atmosphere. The chef's cuisine is delicious, with creative combinations such as tonka bean paired with perfectly balanced scallops—a true delight—or sweet potato in a wonderfully light dessert. The accompanying plates, presented with originality and elegance, are also noteworthy. A gastronomic meal that delighted our palates. Thank you to the chef and his entire team for this wonderful discovery.

16/05/2026: It's a real shame because the crepes are delicious, but the person who greets you is incredibly unpleasant! A word of advice if you plan to go: don't be even 5 minutes late, otherwise you'll get a lecture that time is time, even if the restaurant is empty… Also, be aware that when you make a reservation, you don't get to choose the time, and we were refused a 7:30 pm reservation on a Saturday evening for 7 people; we had to be there at 7 pm. It's a shame this business owner treats her customers this way, but luckily for her, her chef is a very good cook.

The service and welcome were top-notch, and the food was excellent – ​​meat, galettes, fish – all delicious! 👍 I highly recommend it. 16/05/2026: Serge's adorable welcome, the incredibly delicious stracciatella with pepper confit, the perfectly seasoned duck breast with ginger, Jacques' impeccable service (30 years with the restaurant), a warm atmosphere, and the privilege of having Mr. & Mrs. Coullier as table neighbors... we'll definitely be coming back more often!

10/05/2026: On Sunday, the opening hours were posted, showing they were open until 11 pm. Arriving at 5 pm, we were told we wouldn't be able to get a hot drink because they closed at 6 pm. Despite the gloomy weather, we ordered a cold drink. And when we returned around 6:30 pm, the café was still open, with customers seated at tables.... We must not have looked very appealing to them 😡

09/05/2026: I'm 42 years old, and this is the first time I've ever seen anything like this. I sat down on a terrace with my son and ordered a coffee. It was 6:16 PM, and they told me they wouldn't be serving coffee after 6:00 PM. I thought it was a joke at first, but it wasn't; it was serious. I haven't been back to Caen in years, and I'm not likely to be back anytime soon.
