But my biggest highlight was the two servers: they were lovely, attentive, always smiling, and incredibly professional.
It makes all the difference and definitely makes me want to come back. I recommend it 100%!

This place truly deserves to be talked about. In Saint-Arnoult, at the Bistrot du Grand Manège – the restaurant at the Pôle du Cheval (Equestrian Center) – everything is homemade, the food is generous and delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The owner took over the establishment in January, and you can feel his passion in every detail. Excellent value for money. A real gem.
24/11/2025: When things aren't going well, you should speak up, but when things are going well, you should speak up too. A fantastic restaurant with excellent value for money. You can confidently book a table in this place with its wonderful setting.

03/01/2026: The food was good, simple, but the side dishes lacked flavor. The dessert, a chocolate fondant, was rather ordinary. The service was very pleasant, the dining room was lovely but a bit cold. I would have preferred softer lighting.
06/12/2025: The hotel is simply magnificent, the staff are top-notch, very attentive and friendly, the rooms are perfect with all the necessary comforts, nothing to complain about, a very wonderful stay, we will definitely return, thank you to the entire hotel team, both in the restaurant and at reception.

Pure bliss and cozy comfort.

05/12/2025: We opted for the €29 set menu and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the dishes. A real treat! The desserts were excellent too. The welcome was warm and you feel right at home.
Everything is there for a wonderful time enjoying homemade food.
