08/09/2026: Very disappointed despite the overall positive reviews on Google. We ordered a glass of wine, an appetizer, and a second glass of wine with our main course. We had requested a carafe of water from the start, which we are still waiting for. The wait between our meals and the second glass of wine was very long, approximately 30 minutes, and my main course was taken to another table. We received our main course without the table being cleared first. I agree that the server was working alone; perhaps they should consider hiring extra staff on weekends. And there were problems with the bill. The person didn't know how to pay via "TheFork." Otherwise, the appetizer and main course were good.

05/09/2026: It was awful! I understand the waiter was alone and there was only one person in the kitchen, but we waited forever to order. The waiter even brought our dishes to the next table... I was disappointed by the Burgundy snails served with... toast soldiers, the poached eggs were even worse, and the fries tasted like they were leftovers from the day before that had been reheated... In short, avoid this place!

11/10/2026: I'm leaving a comment to commend the team at this Subway. It only takes a few minutes to understand what quality service is all about. The employees are attentive, efficient, and always smiling. The cashier was the first person I encountered who offered me tap water instead of bottled water and suggested a cookie after I'd paid, so as not to pressure me into buying more. This is such a good example of the ethics we should have at work when we have an impact on people's health; it should be part of the regulations not to push for unnecessary consumption! I admire their work. As for the food, don't expect miracles—it's still a chain. But the staff deserves praise.

05/10/2026: I went to eat at Subway in Dijon and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed by the sugar donut. The sugar had completely melted and the taste was rather unpleasant, like a mixture of several different foods. I really didn't enjoy it and ended up throwing it all up. On the other hand, the staff was excellent: they were very kind and welcoming.

17/08/2026: It doesn't look like much, but the meal is good and simple, at a very reasonable price.

14/08/2026: The food was very good, however the service was very slow.

06/10/2026: We had a very good meal. The pizzas were excellent. The value for money was great: €84 for 3 people including drinks, main courses, 2 desserts, and 1 coffee, which works out to €28 per person. It's starting to get a bit pricey, but we wanted to treat ourselves. I recommend the restaurant; the atmosphere is great, and they don't seem to mind the time when customers arrive. We saw people arrive at 2 pm, and they were very well received, as were we 😊. Just one small drawback, hence the 3 stars, was the service: the waiter wiped himself off because he was sweating before serving us, which was a bit disgusting. And, most importantly, he poured our drinks by putting his fingers in our glasses, which wasn't very hygienic.

04/10/2026: Regular customers of the pizzeria. Back at the beginning of October. We noticed a significant improvement in the pizzas compared to the previous month. Otherwise, the atmosphere was as friendly as ever with our favorite servers.

05/09/2026: It's a shame that when you order water it tastes like Fanta and is slightly orange.

01/09/2026: Went yesterday to get some food. Walked in ordered food, large fries, two hamburgers. Waited ten minutes (McDonald's used to be a fast food restaurant) walked out fries were good, nice and hot, the worst hamburger I have ever eaten. What has happened to McDonald's, such a shame. Back in the old days you walked in, made an order, 20 seconds later you got your food. The food was always good and I miss the good old days. Thanks for you reply. If you cared about the quality of your food so much, then why did my hamburgers have only one piece of gerkin in them and a tiny drop of tomato sauce, then it looks like someone had jumped on it. The taste was awful, please get your standards up and stop kidding yourself that you are taking this seriously.

05/10/2026: It's starting to annoy me when we buy cigarettes and they give us the wrong pack, doing it on purpose, all to sell cigarettes at a higher price.

18/08/2026: The owner was incredibly rude and condescending; he told me to change careers if I refused to serve customers.

09/10/2026: Extremely fast service this evening despite the influx of customers.

27/09/2026: We were lucky to be served quickly; it wasn't too crowded. The place was clean and the burger was just how we like it :)

09/09/2026: Always so friendly, fresh produce. I would just perhaps like to have some real homemade kebab bread.

08/09/2026: I've been getting my kebabs here for years when I visit my parents and I've never been disappointed. Well done on the quality and the service!

20/04/2026: The steak tartare was indigestible, with too much sauce. The fries were burnt on the outside and undercooked on the inside. You practically had to beg to get any sauce. You order a beer as an aperitif, and you get it with your meal. The waiter wasn't friendly. And it's expensive…

13/04/2026: A decent menu to choose from and reasonable prices, a nice dining room, friendly staff, music stuck in the 80s. I ordered the set menu; the flank steak was of above-average quality, the cheese sauce (included in the menu) was very good, I had asked for no salad but it was still on the plate, the fries were thin but tasty. As part of a group, a colleague had an issue with her pizza which earned her a discount, but the rest of the group was generally satisfied.

30/08/2026: Visited this site after being turned away from another site for having a twin wheel caravan. Nice location that allows you to walk into town along the river, pitch was great and flat and access was easy, sadly this is where the positives end. There is a very high level of migrants who we were told were working in the area being accommodate in the pre tented area, loads of single men, it says it all when the ladies in the our family did not feel comfortable going to the toilets alone at night on the dark. If we had had young children we would have moved on! The toilets were dirty and woefully inadequate for the size of site and to top it off the cost was astronomical we paid over 60 euros! So our view is do not use this site.

30/08/2026: I have stayed in a lot of campsites in Europe recently and unfortunately this was worst one. The place to pitch the tent was fine, plenty of space. However, the toilets and shower area was very dirty at best. For the whole camp, for men, there was only one toilet and three urinals. For the number of campers, I found this hard to believe. Maybe there are others but I couldn’t see them. It was very crowded at peak times. No soap to wash hands! But it gets worse. Next to the camp, there is a swimming pool ( not connected/owned to the camp) with an evening disco. The music was very loud next to my tent. I expected it to finish around 7-8pm. To my horror, the music was at full blast until 1.45am with the DJ egging on the crowd. Even when the music stopped, the sound of the clearing up continued for at least half an hour. As you can imagine, it was impossible to sleep. I deeply regretted staying there. You have been warned.

A big thank you to Philippe for his warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness, as well as to Éloi at the bar. We opted for classic Dijon dishes: eggs meurette and meat, and we thoroughly enjoyed them! Thank you to the whole team for this excellent meal, the quality of service, your discretion, and your professionalism. A truly wonderful discovery that we are happy to recommend! Maxime and Erwann

08/10/2026: Great location on the pretty square. Go for a drink and enjoy the great view. Ordinary food. Platter featured uninspiring choice of cheese and charcuterie and rubbery bread . In a city where there is so much great produce to offer it was surprising.
