Les meilleurs restaurants en Cote-D'Or

09/06/2026: A rare moment of cuisine, hospitality, and delicious natural wines. On the menu: an INCREDIBLE celery carpaccio with leek oil (what a devilish combination!), a harmonious blend of textures and flavors with toasted buckwheat groats and lemon zest. This was followed by the delight of chicken karaage (a marvel of marinade, then frying). Unreasonably, this was followed by a beef tataki, perfectly seasoned and playing with textures thanks to the roasted peanut and the delicately oiled Parmesan shaving. The meal concluded simply beautifully with homemade ice cream, left to develop the perfect texture and temperature. Excuse my strong language, but I was helped by the delicious natural wines (a white Ardèche wine—I've forgotten the grape variety!), an exceptional Chardonnay (I've forgotten the producer!), and an Aligoté.

17/03/2026: Excellent meal, we thoroughly enjoyed it; the vol-au-vent was superb. I think we'll be back with our children.

04/03/2026: We've been here before; the restaurant is very well located on the banks of the Saône and has a large terrace in the summer. This time, however, we were extremely disappointed. Not by the welcome, which was always friendly and relaxed, but by the food. Many dishes were unavailable on the menu and replaced at the last minute. For example, my starter was a seafood casserole for €12, which was tiny and more like something you'd find in a school cafeteria, with four small pieces of seafood barely able to fight each other in béchamel sauce – not recommended. For my main course, I had frog legs, but they were rather fatty. For dessert, the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) included a nice walnut brownie, but the éclair was soggy, some unidentified mousses were left out, and there was a rum baba. €140 for three people without alcohol is quite expensive. We won't be going back.

19/05/2026: A wonderful lunch with friends on Sunday, May 17, 2026. The entire team was incredibly welcoming, and our server's smile was a ray of sunshine! The dishes were beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We will gladly return!

06/05/2026: I wasn't familiar with this establishment, but I absolutely don't regret my visit. The food is good, the cooking is excellent. The fireplace is very pleasant. Impeccable service. Excellent value for money. Lunch menu €20 including starter, main course, and dessert. I highly recommend it.

25/04/2026: Hello, We were at the Palais des Congrès for a week-long business event and it was with immense pleasure that we ate five meals at Pizz'Artistes. Rémi, Zoé, the pizza chef, and the cook take excellent care of you. The portions are generous and the service (Zoé 😉) is impeccable. This was our second trip to Dijon, and if the opportunity arises for a third time, we will return without hesitation. I should mention that they don't just serve pizzas 🍕... there are plenty of other delicious options, so take a look at the menu and, above all, stop by Pizz'Artistes 😉. 07/05/2026: We specifically stopped in Dijon to return to this restaurant located next to the covered market, where we confirm the excellent food (the bourguignonne with mashed potatoes is delicious) as well as the unlimited “mousse au chocolat” – VERY VERY good!

03/05/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! The service was terrible (the waitress interrupted our order to help her colleague with other customers, and made a rude "oh damn, I forgot the name"). Lack of experience and poor memory. No water, even though we'd asked for it upon arrival. Starters were brought out before we'd finished our aperitifs. The vegetarian dish was inedible: the chickpea croquettes were overcooked and completely dry, the two vegetables on the plate were also inedible and overcooked, and the sauce was a gelatinous, frozen kind of sauce. The lamb dish was also unsuitable: the person who ate it became ill within an hour of our departure and suffered from stomach pains and vomiting until the following morning. Desserts were very average, except for the rice pudding. Regarding the vegetarian dish, we mentioned it to the waitress, who explained that the kitchen didn't understand and hadn't received any other complaints. No compensation was offered at the end. The cook repeatedly walked between customers with aluminum trays filled with vacuum-packed ingredients: meat, vegetables, etc. This is a disgrace to Burgundian cuisine. Absolutely avoid this place! We spent €240 on this for four people!

18/05/2026: This restaurant is well worth a visit. A little outside the center of Beaune, this establishment offers refined, delicious, and creative cuisine while remaining true to the Burgundian spirit. The staff is charming. I've had the pleasure of going there several times, and my enthusiasm remains undiminished. I don't often post reviews, but I felt it was important to share these positive experiences.

25/05/2026: A very nice restaurant, open all day, offering simple but very good and inexpensive dishes (the crepes are delicious). Their beer menu is a real treat with excellent local beers. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is very pleasant. Located in the city center, practically under the Jacquemart clock tower, and just steps from the market halls, it's a little restaurant/bar just the way we like them!

20/05/2026: A friendly restaurant with a unique dining room, where you can watch the chefs at the height of the service. It features proper tablecloths, beautifully presented dishes, and an extraordinary meal, even if you choose the most economical option. There's no children's menu, but everything is done to ensure they're happy. This historic establishment, run by a woman, is at the very top of what a modern gourmet appreciates.
