21/09/2026: We were expecting something different somehow 😢 The food was okay, very hearty and heavy. The appetizer with various vegetables and goat cheese cream tasted good, but unfortunately it was much too cold in the center, while the main course with meat was only lukewarm. A shame.

14/09/2026: We chose Place Meuillotine as our caterer for our wedding on Saturday, September 5th. Everything was perfect, from the cocktail hour to the brunch the next day, including the wedding cake from Cha' Patiss and the late-night snack of rib-eye steak cooked over a brazier 🔥👌
Virgil and Janique were very helpful and gave us excellent advice!
28/07/2026: Lost in the scrubland, this restaurant was both a lifesaver and a delight. The food was 100% local and homemade. A true treat for anyone looking to get off the beaten track and have a wonderful time.

11/09/2026: After a six-hour drive, you think this is the perfect restaurant for your arrival, but no! The opening hours are wrong. We arrived on a Friday evening at 9:30 pm, and the owner's return was, "We're closed!" Not even a "good evening"... just, "We're closed!" Anyway.
Indicating the correct closing times would prevent wasting precious time and, to top it off, an unpleasant welcome for those who come to the region with enthusiasm.
08/09/2026: A very pleasant setting and expertly prepared cuisine!
I took advantage of the season to try the porcini mushrooms with the chicken gratin. It was delicious: a smooth sauce, perfectly cooked chicken, a real treat from start to finish. The daily special tart that followed was equally excellent.
I highly recommend this establishment!

13/09/2026: Lovely lunch on the terrace. The food is delicious, unbeatable value for money. Excellent foie gras, beef fillet with morels, and a cheese trolley. Thank you.

The meal was excellent and beautifully presented.
The server was very knowledgeable about the wine list and offered impeccable recommendations.
I highly recommend it. A must-try.

Everything is always very good, homemade with quality ingredients, and always generously served. And of course, the icing on the cake is the pleasant and welcoming service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/09/2026: Disappointed. The meal arrived cold, was sent back, and came back lukewarm. When I mentioned it on the bill, I was told: "Not at my place, it's always hot." Okay. They won't be seeing me again.
02/09/2026: Overall, a great restaurant with a lovely ambiance and good location, stylishly furnished. The staff was friendly.
The appetizers and desserts were very good. Unfortunately, the beef in the main course was very tough, even though it looked cooked to perfection. Cutting and chewing it was a real struggle. The pork was rather dry.
The staff was informed of this but unfortunately did nothing about it. Therefore, only three stars.
