20/04/2026: The hotel was very pleasant; the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. We had a good stay, and the establishment is really nice.
However, the €14 breakfast was rather disappointing for the price: the selection was limited, and the quality didn't really match the price. This was the only negative point of our stay.
Despite this, the hotel remains a good choice.

05/05/2026: We stopped for lunch and weren't disappointed! Highly recommended restaurant, which was fantastic. We enjoyed a meal on the terrace, excellent value for money, and delicious dishes (featuring duck, of course). A very pleasant spot in the heart of Sarlat with quality cuisine and excellent ingredients. The portions were generous. I highly recommend it.

17/09/2025: I met the producer(s) at a gourmet market. Sausages (made from "cul noir" pigs), dried figs with foie gras, various pork and duck pâtés, foie gras of course, duck in various forms, and much more. Very fine products.
Note: A doorbell under the porch on the right.

We thoroughly enjoyed the truly refined and delicious cuisine, particularly generous portions, and all at a very reasonable price.

14/04/2026: Came here for my birthday last night, I went for the bolognese and partner went for the steak and chips. Food was lovely, service was fantastic and the cost was more than reasonable. Had to pop back the day after as I lost my phone, turns out I had left it there, they’d even charged it for me. Would definitely visit again!

07/05/2026: We enjoyed an evening meal but did not stay in the hotel. The place is charming and in a secluded section of the village with good parking and access to shops and the river. Staff very courteous, meal was well prepared and presented, wines from the region were quite good.
04/05/2026: We stayed here for one night and it was brilliant! We had left our original hotel (as it was awful) and they made us feel very welcome. Excellent room, excellent service, great breakfast. They could not have neen more helpful with our bikes. Room, hotel and location lovely.

The duck was of exceptional quality, the potatoes were succulent, the service very pleasant… a warm and welcoming place, full of character, flair, and charm. A place to taste France. Come with excitement and anticipation!
