21/08/2026: My son had the opportunity to take his first introductory fishing lesson with Kevin a few days ago, as part of activities organized by the region. It was a wonderful opportunity for us. We learned a lot. My only regret is not being able to come back for private lessons because we're not from the area at all and there's no guarantee we'll be back anytime soon.

21/08/2026: We called to make a reservation, but when we arrived our table wasn't ready. We ordered an aperitif and wanted a charcuterie board, but the waiter told us there would be a long wait because he had to serve the people who arrived before us. So, we forgot about the charcuterie board. The service was slow. It's a shame because the waiters were very friendly and the food was generous.

02/05/2026: Excellent dish! Unfortunately, I'm giving it 4 stars because there's very little space, and you're practically sitting next to other customers when you're in the dining area! But everything else was very good!

13/04/2026: We come from time to time and are never disappointed! The atmosphere is refined and chic, and the staff is pleasant and professional. On sunny days, the restaurant offers a lovely hidden terrace in the inner courtyard. An Italian menu just the way we like it, accompanied by a fine selection of wines that pair perfectly with the delicious cuisine. A wonderful place in old Périgueux, a stone's throw from the basilica.

03/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant doesn't look like much at first glance. There are so many all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area, but this one is top-notch. Try it and you'll be hooked. The prices are very reasonable, the dining room is a comfortable size, perfect for conversation. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The buffet isn't huge, but there's a good selection and it's tasty without being greasy. The restaurant is very clean, and there's a play area for children. We'll gladly return.

03/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! It's an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant, but nothing like the chain restaurants we're used to. A very warm welcome, excellent food with plenty of choice and flavor, and friendly service. What more could you ask for? Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

26/09/2026: Three nights in a row. Perhaps that's the best thing you can say about a restaurant: to have returned, again and again, and to have wanted to return again. The owner and his staff welcomed us with rare generosity and warmth. By the second night, we no longer felt like casual customers but like regulars. Special mention goes to the waitress who, each time, would whisper "enjoy your evening," a genuine little extra touch, the kind that can't be forced and that makes all the difference. There was also the complimentary aperitif, and above all, the few words exchanged over the course of the evenings: these thoughtful touches are worth far more than a sophisticated menu. The dishes themselves are exquisite. Honest, generous, well-executed work, served without pretension. And the value for money is simply unbeatable: paying 30% more for such quality wouldn't have bothered us for a second. A place like this is one we wish we could find more often, where the food and the service go hand in hand. Thank you for these three evenings. We will be back, and we recommend it without hesitation.

04/09/2026: Having seen it by the roadside, we stopped on a whim and met a very kind gentleman who explained the history of Maison Lembert (a family business). We then bought several local products, all of which looked delicious.

09/09/2026: A crêperie located under the arcades of the bastide. A truly lovely setting. Friendly and smiling staff, excellent and generous meals. I highly recommend this place.

03/09/2026: An absolutely exceptional restaurant that quickly becomes addictive! From the consistently perfect welcome to the warm and inviting atmosphere inside and the wonderful terrace overlooking the beautiful Place d'Eymet, not to mention the varied, gourmet, and generous menu featuring delicious dishes where the galette, savory or sweet, takes center stage: I wholeheartedly recommend the house specialty: the "Maison d'Amour" galette, a pure delight! Whether you're with your sweetheart, family, or friends, this place will charm you and you'll want to return! Don't hesitate to make a reservation.

26/08/2026: On my third visit to the golf course in two years, I'm disappointed for the second time. The change of chef is definitely noticeable... I'm not talking about quality, but preparation. Being from the region, they could do much better without charging extra. The food was very simple, lacking any passion. No special touches whatsoever... just basic, simple, homemade fries that were dry, whether baked or air-fried. The tiramisu (whipped cream, speculoos crumbs) wasn't really tiramisu... In short, that was the last time. It's a shame, because the setting is magnificent.

20/08/2026: We were very pleased with the service and the food at this restaurant. There were 16 of us at the table for my mother's birthday, and we were all very well looked after! The portions were generous, the setting was lovely with a view of the golf course ⛳️, and the staff were very friendly and took group photos of us 😎. In short, we sincerely recommend this restaurant.

29/08/2026: Chicken meat when it said kebab, a very bland sandwich, and excessively oily fries. (It should be noted, however, that the service was very fast and there was a huge selection of sauces.)

18/07/2026: The restaurant truly lives up to its name! I discovered it thanks to the excellent Google reviews, and now I understand why it's so highly rated. I ordered a two-meat taco meal (chicken and ground beef), and it was a real surprise. The meats are homemade and marinated; you can tell from the first bite. The taco is huge, generously filled, and incredibly delicious. For only €12, the value for money is simply unbeatable. Special mention to the staff, who are very welcoming, friendly, and patient. You can tell they take the time to serve their customers well, and that's really appreciated. An excellent find that I wholeheartedly recommend. It's exactly the kind of establishment that deserves its reputation and excellent reviews. I'll definitely be back! 👌
