17/09/2025: I met the producer(s) at a gourmet market. They had sausages (made from black-rumped pigs), dried figs with foie gras, various pork and duck pâtés, foie gras of course, duck in several forms, and much more. Beautiful products. Note: There's a doorbell under the porch on the right.

05/08/2026: It was delicious! The staff is lovely, the food is good, everything is homemade and you can tell: the pizzas are homemade, the soups, even the fries and everything else. I highly recommend it!

11/07/2026: I just stopped for a drink. They cleared the used cups from the table, but didn't wipe it down. The tables outside were dirty. And the terrace could use some maintenance. The waiter wasn't very friendly! It's a shame because this little village bistro has potential.

20/07/2026: Pleasant setting and warm atmosphere. The team at Pizzeria C and C is very professional and welcoming. Quality service that's definitely worth the trip.

01/08/2026: I invited my girlfriend over one evening, July 9, 2026, after completely forgetting her birthday, so I wanted to make up for it... 🥴 Le Petit Paris, with its friendly service, the quality of its food, and its location in a charming village, really helped me redeem myself 😜 My five-and-a-half-year-old daughter thought the duck spring rolls were excellent, by the way... And we had the chuck roast. Even though I'm not usually a big meat eater, I thoroughly enjoyed it. It just goes to show, when it's well-prepared, it goes down much better! My iron levels thank the chef.

23/05/2026: Having moved to Saint-Jean-le-Vieux a week ago, we found this beautiful place with a smiling, very friendly, and professional team. We met some lovely people and found a great atmosphere. Having come from Béarn (Orthez) and returned to our roots, nothing beats the Basque Country, its warmth, and its conviviality. Thank you to them!

Nico always makes an effort to remember the customers and what they want to drink. Definitely recommend! Amazing party on Tuesday nights too.

14/04/2026: Came here for my birthday last night, I went for the bolognese and partner went for the steak and chips. Food was lovely, service was fantastic and the cost was more than reasonable. Had to pop back the day after as I lost my phone, turns out I had left it there, they’d even charged it for me. Would definitely visit again!

06/08/2026: Discovered somewhat by chance, but recommended by the community, we stopped at this address. We weren't disappointed. It's a restaurant with soul, not a big chain. The food is generous, made with heart, using local products and prepared with care. The owner does everything (greeting/service/chef), and he does it well. It's a restaurant you stumble upon and return to for the pleasure and the atmosphere. Thank you again.

05/08/2026: We stumbled upon this place completely by chance, and what a wonderful discovery! The owner, who runs everything single-handedly, is absolutely charming and incredibly generous. From the moment you step inside, the old-fashioned ambiance, with its white tablecloths, cloth napkins, and knife rests, sets the tone: here, they take their time and appreciate true gastronomy. On the plate, the beautiful regional cuisine is elevated by high-quality ingredients and perfectly mastered culinary techniques. Everything exudes a love of cooking. Thank you for your kindness and your wonderful culinary spirit. We look forward to returning.

09/08/2026: We enjoyed this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient, and we liked the ambiance with its subtle Indian touch, evident in both the decor and the service. The food was good, though not exceptional. Overall, we had a pleasant time.

06/08/2026: We had a delicious meal with a group; truly authentic cuisine. We sat comfortably on the terrace and there was a slight breeze. The service was good, friendly, efficient, and service-oriented. When our youngest finished the kids' menu, he received a large plate of fries; only later did we notice that they hadn't even been added to the bill. Highly recommended if you want to eat really good Indian/Pakistani food at fair prices too.

24/05/2026: A very nice restaurant, with very fast service and very pleasant waitresses. The traditional dishes are excellent and very well prepared. A very good experience for my mother's birthday; we had a wonderful time, thank you!

20/05/2026: The local produce is excellent and the food very good; we didn't try the foie gras at this restaurant. The atmosphere in the small street is typically charming for Sarlat. The chestnut mousse could have benefited from not being overwhelmed by the whipped cream, which we suspect is store-bought.

16/08/2026: We had a wonderful time, enjoying exquisite homemade cuisine with very generous portions, and a fantastic welcome from the wonderful people. We were able to stay overnight at the farm, which was peaceful and relaxing with magnificent scenery. We 100% recommend this farm and we will definitely be back.

26/07/2026: Ah, not bad at all! A pleasant surprise, everything was perfect. The motorcycle was safe and visible from the terrace. The starter, main course, and dessert were delicious, and the service was top-notch! We'll definitely be back (this isn't a threat!).

26/07/2026: Pleasant dining with a village feel. The street is closed off to serve as a terrace. There was even a live band playing. The food was definitely great. We ate, among other things, an appetizer platter, the calamari, Salade Périgord, and beef tataki. Tasty food and very friendly service.
