02/12/2024: CBeach had a really good vibe. The beach beds on the front by the water are ideal and the food and service are both excellent, and you will absolutely need to go for a few dips in the sea to cool off in the summer!

16/10/2024: It is a very wide and quiet beach. We went on a weekday in August. In the morning it was empty, it started to fill up after 5pm. We went with our dog and there were other dogs too. The water is crystal clear and warm, beautiful 😻 There are bars and supermarkets nearby. When you leave the sea you can take a shower.

06/10/2024: A tourist trap and it works! half of our guests were not 😡 Everything is sloppy, low-end. The shrimp and mushroom béchamel crepe is a sticky thing, served without complexes, completely burnt, uncooked pancake, inedible even when hungry. Returned and replaced with the most basic one, less risk! The ratatouille pancakes (industrial) with the poor little anchovy enthroned on top of the “anchovy” pancake, everything is stingy and low-end, . The wheat pancakes are not better but easier to hide, the whipped cream generously compensating. Stressed service, 2 people, 1 in the kitchen and the other for the room and the terrace!!! A bad experience not to be repeated.

24/08/2024: Great restaurant, nice and close to the sea! Smiling, friendly manager. We will definitely come back! Thank you to this gentleman for making good food at more than affordable prices unlike these competitors.

17/08/2024: Big disappointment given the notes we thought we were eating well unfortunately this was not the case. The boss is a little dry sometimes and some comments made us uncomfortable, we will not come back, despite the attractive prices.

26/08/2024: This rating mainly corresponds to the welcome and the deplorable service. The meal, both in terms of price and quality, deserves a good rating. On the other hand, the service was catastrophic: - taking orders on the tablecloth is fun, but then they don't get away with it anymore - the starters/main courses arrive served for one or two people (we didn't know, the waiter gives us no information, for a table of 15 people you have to make sure you have ordered the same thing as your neighbor, some people find themselves without a starter, others had eaten two, ...) - we felt like we were bothering the waiter with every question or order taken - the waiters were screaming in the place to put on a show, but it was more embarrassing and disturbing than anything else - we were yelled at because there were missing starters, desserts, because the napkin was placed incorrectly, anyway, we paid for that Really sad...

28/06/2024: This comment concerns the bar-tabac which is next to this restaurant. I can't find the Google page for the tobacco bar "Le St André", so I leave an evaluation on the account of the restaurant which is next door. They will work things out between themselves. I went for a coffee at the tobacco bar and a prepaid sim card. The coffee was cold like the welcome. I asked for information on how to buy a sim card, and the person at the counter huffed and mumbled "he hasn't even finished asking questions!" So I ran away, without warning. I know that the restaurant "Le Perroquet" has nothing to do with the tobacco bar "St André", but I didn't know where to post my comment. I'm sorry for the owner of the restaurant "Le Perroquet", but you will make arrangements with the people at the bar-tabac "St André". After all, you have to understand me, I am a victim and I have the right to express my opinion!

26/10/2024: This medieval village a stone's throw from the coast is perfectly authentic, it is an eagle's nest perched in a completely calm and peaceful green setting, the inn-grocery store and its owners in the heart of this village offered us several times to taste excellent Provençal and Mediterranean recipes created on site sometimes before your eyes thanks to fresh local products of very good quality skilfully accompanied by very good wines from the surrounding area. It is becoming rare today to discover such quality, authenticity, simplicity and such natural flavors in a cuisine that often reminds us of that of our childhood. Even the excellent desserts and bread are made on site. We consider this address to be one of the best in the department.

17/09/2024: I ate there last week. The place is nice and so are the workers, but I didn't like the food. It looks delicious but the sauce (which already comes inside the sandwiches) is not pleasant. The quality of the food is good but the combination of flavors is not. I had a tea from the house but the taste was not pleasant either, it was like sour, like stale. It was a bit disappointing since I paid €9 for the sandwich. If they changed the sauce I would give it another chance.

08/09/2024: We could walk past it without stopping (very small, few tables, a small terrace on the edge of the semi-pedestrian lane of the old village of Colle sur Loup...) and we would be very wrong because the cuisine is superb (des tasty dishes, with daring but always successful compositions...) a real treat, a real surprise, a real good gastronomic moment. The 5 flavors menu (with little choice, but all the proposals are exceptionally successful in their flavors) at 65 euros is worth the detour. There are only a few differences with the 3 flavors menu at 57 euros but it would be wrong to deprive yourself of the appetizer and the pre-dessert (what originality, what delicacy!) One small downside, the wine list does not match the dishes offered (a Languedoc wine and a Graves at more than 40 euros per bottle, it is not good value for money] but that No matter the rest is exceptional, you have to go there.

02/10/2024: Vraiment horrible : entrée pour 2 personnes : deux nems très bof + une salade nulle + une sorte de pâte frite vraiment immangeable.... Seules acceptables les 2 crevettes.... Dans tous les cas il n'en fallait pas plus ! On a quasi rien mangé de cette entrée. Ensuite gambas dégueulasses et canard aux champignons noirs immangeable, bouilli, sans aucune saveur ! L'ensemble du canard est resté dans le plat de service après l'avoir goûté. J'étais une cliente régulière de ce restaurant mais l'avant dernière fois avec mon fils il y a environ un mois, c'était déjà très decevant, j'ai voulu y revenir pour ne pas rester sur une mauvaise impression mais jeudi dernier c'était simplement ignoble ! Plus jamais je ne mettrai un pied chez Mme phok, même si accueil sympathique.
