02/09/2026: Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm a little disappointed with the service, even though I'm a regular customer of this bakery. Today around 4 pm, I ordered two chicken pizzas to take away, which normally cost €17 each. They charged me €24, but the problem is, when I got home, I discovered one small pizza was burnt underneath and covered in flour.

01/09/2026: The bakery is very good, but every time I come, they run out of bread. Just now, someone from Dragon d'Or emptied the entire stock of baguettes (about fifteen), so I have to come back later. Please limit the number of baguettes per person or at least require pre-orders for professionals.

02/06/2026: A small snack bar, daily specials, coffee, aperitifs, very pleasant and well located in the center of the Menton Bioves gardens, specifically on the left-hand avenue going from the Casino (sea) towards the railway (and the mountains). Regulars, very friendly service, it's perfect for me...

28/07/2026: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Nice-Ville train station, making it very convenient for exploring the French Riviera. Tram connections are also within easy walking distance, and Bus 57 stops very close to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, fast-food outlets, and grocery stores nearby, which makes the stay even more convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. However, it was quite small, with limited space to move around, especially in the bathroom. The room also did not have a refrigerator or a kettle, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was okish. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a good choice for a short trip, especially because of its excellent location and easy access to public transportation.

23/03/2026: This morning's baggage check was appalling. The agents were mixing up bags of liquids on the conveyor belt, and what's more, they were rude! Some training would be very welcome! What a terrible image of France!

24/08/2026: It was truly an experience to stay here for a night with our roof tent! I was scared when we drove there but everything went well and it felt safer when we drove down. The hostess cooks her own food so when you eat there you don't order anything but just get what she cooked, which was really nice and very tasty. When we walked the small path down to the tent we were accompanied by a donkey which was an experience in itself.

12/08/2026: A really beautiful camping spot! However, it was quite difficult to reach with my motorcycle and street tires. Just as recommended here, an off-road motorcycle or a 4x4 vehicle is advisable. Sheep occasionally wander by, but they usually move away if you get too close – so no need to worry. There's some sheep droppings and a few flies, which can be a bit annoying at times, but that's just nature. :) The view is priceless! At night, it was very quiet, at least for us. The sanitary facilities are very basic, but that gives them a certain charm (1 shower, 2 toilets, 1 laundry room). If I ever need another campsite in this area, I'll definitely inquire again! Thanks! 😊

30/08/2026: We arrived at 11:45 am for lunch, a family of five with three children. A woman told us there would be a long wait... We went in, and in the end, the restaurant was empty; we were the first ones there. It's the first time I've been greeted like that, especially since we had already left by 1 pm. In the end, the service was quick, the food we ate was good, and the price was reasonable. I could have given it a zero rating given the unpleasant welcome.

13/08/2026: We were disappointed by our experience at this bar-terrace. There were two of us, and we found the welcome rather lukewarm. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't very friendly. Also worth noting: they only accept card payments for orders over €10. We ordered two small drinks, but there was no other way to pay for a smaller order, which we found rather unprofessional. It's all the more disappointing because the village is very pleasant, and we met charming shopkeepers everywhere else. We simply would have appreciated a bit more flexibility and friendliness. We felt like tourists 🤓 A kiss for the owner anyway.

25/08/2026: A slight disappointment today A slight disappointment this time at Franky's in La Colmiane. I had to send back my fish because, unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well. The chef confirmed it wasn't fresh, and I quickly ordered a sirloin steak instead. I simply regretted that no small gesture was offered in this situation. It would have been appreciated and would have allowed me to leave on a more positive note. No apologies, no gestures of goodwill, nothing. Not even a complimentary coffee. This remains a personal experience, but I wanted to share it gently. The waiter was very friendly.

30/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The location is simply magnificent: the establishment boasts an ideal spot in a bay, right on the seafront. A truly idyllic setting to enjoy a delicious meal. Another major advantage is the private beach just below, with sun loungers where you can relax, soak up the sun, and fully enjoy the day by the water. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the owner, who personally ensures that every guest feels comfortable. The service is impeccable: the entire team is attentive to every detail and truly goes the extra mile to make the experience perfect. As for the food, we discovered original flavors and some truly beautiful combinations. The restaurant offers particularly attractive set menus at €42 and €50, allowing you to choose several courses and finish with an excellent dessert. Honestly, the set menus are very generous and excellent value for money: you leave feeling completely satisfied. Between the beautiful setting, the quality of the food, the warm welcome, and the attentive service, we truly loved our experience. We recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly return.

18/08/2026: Excellent cuisine that blends traditional dishes like egg mayonnaise with more modern ideas such as a vegetarian croque-monsieur. Very good value for money. For two people, including a main course, dessert, and drinks, it came to €37. All served with a smile. We went back in the late afternoon for a drink, and the good atmosphere was still there.
