02/09/2026: Hello, I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm a little disappointed with the service, even though I'm a regular customer of this bakery. Today around 4 pm, I ordered two chicken pizzas to take away, which normally cost €17 each. They charged me €24, but the problem is, when I got home, I discovered one small pizza was burnt underneath and covered in flour.

01/09/2026: The bakery is very good, but every time I come, they run out of bread. Just now, someone from Dragon d'Or emptied the entire stock of baguettes (about fifteen), so I have to come back later. Please limit the number of baguettes per person or at least require pre-orders for professionals.

08/09/2025: A fantastic experience. A great place in Nice, but sadly it's closing because the restaurant has been sold. I'll miss this gem.

27/09/2026: The meat was good, though not exceptional. It was mainly the service that spoiled our meal. I had booked for four people and forgot to include a child: I admit my mistake, but it was difficult to get a table for five. Then, the glasses were placed down rather abruptly, and we were subjected to comments about the fries and salad left on our plates. The tone of the service seemed overly familiar, even with other tables. It's a shame, because a more pleasant welcome would have made all the difference.

07/09/2026: I've always bought their gougères from them; they were very good. The ones I ordered today were inedible, soaked in oil, tasteless, and not salty at all. This is the last time I'll order from them. I'm very disappointed by the decline in quality and expertise.

30/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The location is simply magnificent: the establishment boasts an ideal spot in a bay, right on the seafront. A truly idyllic setting to enjoy a delicious meal. Another major advantage is the private beach just below, with sun loungers where you can relax, soak up the sun, and fully enjoy the day by the water. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. All the staff are extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. We particularly appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the owner, who personally ensures that every guest feels comfortable. The service is impeccable: the entire team is attentive to every detail and truly goes the extra mile to make the experience perfect. As for the food, we discovered original flavors and some truly beautiful combinations. The restaurant offers particularly attractive set menus at €42 and €50, allowing you to choose several courses and finish with an excellent dessert. Honestly, the set menus are very generous and excellent value for money: you leave feeling completely satisfied. Between the beautiful setting, the quality of the food, the warm welcome, and the attentive service, we truly loved our experience. We recommend this place without hesitation and will gladly return.

28/07/2026: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Nice-Ville train station, making it very convenient for exploring the French Riviera. Tram connections are also within easy walking distance, and Bus 57 stops very close to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, fast-food outlets, and grocery stores nearby, which makes the stay even more convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. However, it was quite small, with limited space to move around, especially in the bathroom. The room also did not have a refrigerator or a kettle, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Breakfast was okish. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a good choice for a short trip, especially because of its excellent location and easy access to public transportation.

04/09/2026: We were treated like dogs in a bowling alley. On top of that, we were sick; there were four of us, and three were unwell. Avoid this place at all costs!

04/09/2026: Excellent place, very well located. The person who runs the bar in the morning is incredibly kind. The meals are excellent, especially the couscous on Thursdays and the paella on Fridays. A top-notch and very responsive team, both in the kitchen and at the bar and in the dining room. I highly recommend Mozart for drinks, food, or both! I'll be back 🙏🙏

30/08/2026: We arrived at 11:45 am for lunch, a family of five with three children. A woman told us there would be a long wait... We went in, and in the end, the restaurant was empty; we were the first ones there. It's the first time I've been greeted like that, especially since we had already left by 1 pm. In the end, the service was quick, the food we ate was good, and the price was reasonable. I could have given it a zero rating given the unpleasant welcome.

16/09/2026: We came simply for a drink and to do some work. We ordered two cappuccinos, a Coke, and a bottle of water, and stayed for less than an hour. Unfortunately, the manager made us feel very uncomfortable, as if we were bothering them, even though there were plenty of empty tables. His attitude was particularly cold simply because we hadn't ordered any food. Very disappointing.

26/09/2026: I don't usually leave comments like this, but this kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. After enjoying the activities, my mother and I simply wanted to eat and have a drink. So we went back to Frankie's and asked if that was possible, to which we were told the kitchen would be closing soon, which we completely understood. We then decided to sit down for a drink. After directing us to sit outside, the owner curtly told us we weren't in the right place (we were, of course, seated at set tables). Having severe allergies, I took the liberty of using the paper napkin on the table. That's when everything changed: the owner's voice rose, and I quote: "This is a restaurant, you don't make yourself at home, you do what you're told." I apologized for the incident, and we headed towards the tables he indicated. On the way, we took the liberty of speaking to each other in Italian, which he didn't appreciate. To which he retorted, very aggressively, "If you have a problem, tell me." After a brief, disrespectful exchange on his part, he violently chased us out of the restaurant, shouting in front of the other customers, despite our desire to stay. Clearly, this isn't the first negative review concerning the owner's violent behavior towards his customers. Avoid at all costs!

19/09/2026: Don't go to Frankie's, it's not good... at least not the service. The waitress seems more suited to serving meals at Grasse prison than in a mountain restaurant... We arrived at noon, a group of 12, without a reservation. The owner refused us entry, claiming it was a reserved space and that no one would see us. Then, a rather inappropriate remark was made because we asked for carafes of water and there were no drinks on the menu... We asked the waitress for a knife for our 16-year-old so he could cut nuggets, and she told us he didn't need one... We ordered 11 pizzas, and in the end, there were only one and a half left. We asked her to take them away, and her expression changed completely, as if we'd asked for the impossible... If you can't stand customers, go sell churros on the beach... Otherwise, the pizzas are good...
