16/05/2026: This is really a response to the owner who seems to lack basic understanding of ingredients. If a customer tells you they want their salad without balsamic vinegar (because its sugar content is high) - your answer should not be that it has no sugar. While we asked for the salad to simply be without it, it came with it. Here is the sugar content of balsamic vinegar for your edification: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (DOP): Authentic, artisanal vinegar aged for 12 to 25 years in wooden barrels. It relies solely on concentrated, naturally caramelized grape must. Because it is highly concentrated, it can be slightly sweeter, containing up to 20% to 30% sugar (5 to 6 grams of sugar per tablespoon). Lastly, listen to your customers. A man in the table next to us told you three times that he does not drink alcohol. You kept pushing it. Have you considered he may be allergic? Am recovering alcoholic? Or just not in the mood? For a city like Cannes that hosts many international customers - it would be great to a menu in English. Your chef is great. You lack basic customer service.
15/05/2026: We booked a table for four at 10:00 PM. Once we arrived, the owner told us we could only sit outside and not inside, even though it was very cold because the inside service was closed. Outside, there were the usual menus with the specials of the day, written on the walls, but they told us we couldn't order them; they were just "for show." The menu had few items available. I asked if there was a meat tartare, and she replied, "Go to the beach and eat that." Tartare isn't a restaurant dish for us. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad (which arrived with fried chicken on top, a detail that wasn't listed on the menu, and Caesar chicken is usually grilled). We also ordered a fillet that arrived overcooked, very tough, and dry. A duck was inedible. A salad that was described on the menu as having warm cheese arrived completely different from the description. We then asked the waitress to remake my Caesar salad and the fillet, and she started insulting us, saying we should go to school to learn to read, that we should still pay for the dishes we ordered, and she continued to insult us. At that point, we said we'd pay and leave, and the chef came out with a threatening look and started yelling at us to leave, swearing at us. NOT RECOMMENDED, IN FACT, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAND OF MADMEN

01/04/2026: Clean bakery and pastry shop, smiling and friendly staff, reasonable prices. I had dark chocolate fritters (good) and milk chocolate fritters (not great), but to each their own.

27/04/2026: We arrived on time, but had to wait because our table wasn't ready. The service was rather mediocre, lacking any real attention to detail. The dishes are very expensive, but the quality and side dishes are disappointing. The wine list is also excessively priced. Finally, the live music, provided by musicians, unfortunately failed to impress. I won't be back.
25/04/2026: This restaurant was recommended by the on French person in our group of 4. His parents moved from Paris to Nice 5 years ago and they recommended it. We like the food, though it is on the expensive side IMO. I had the local fish catch - 3 medium, whole fish (with heads), lightly battered and fried. I thought it was very tasty, and a generous portion. The others enjoyed their main. I tasted the risotto - it was delicous, non the cheesy side. We sat outdoors, in an almost fully enclosed space. It was pleasant enough but nothing special.

04/05/2026: I will never go to this restaurant again. We ordered two cocktails, and one of them contained a cockroach swimming in the glass, which really disgusted me. I called the waitress, who called another, who didn't seem surprised at all. When we went to pay, I asked for some kind of compensation. I thought they would at least have offered me the cocktail with the cockroach, but no, not at all. I paid for the cocktails as if nothing had happened. So much for hygiene and service! The waitresses didn't smile at all; they were cold. Be vigilant if you go to this restaurant, L'Azur. Check carefully to see if you find any other cockroaches. I'm attaching a photo of when I took it out of the glass.

09/04/2026: Passing through Turini, we made a quick stop at the Hôtel Restaurant des 3 Vallées for a drink and to enjoy the rally museum. The drink quickly turned into a meal, as the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful time in this legendary place. Thank you to them!
19/12/2025: All the hotels claim to be closed even though they're listed as open, and instead of providing shelter during a storm, they send us to the next hotel.

26/04/2026: I'm giving you 5 stars, only because I don't like leaving bad reviews for restaurants. However, please stop altering your basic recipes on Uber Eats. For example, the spaghetti vongole was very good, but this time I received it with a large amount of tomato added, even though I'm allergic to tomatoes. The same thing happened last time with the seafood pasta. When you add extra ingredients, please clearly state this on Uber Eats or Deliveroo. This would prevent customers, like me, from having to throw away their food upon delivery.

12/05/2026: The food was underwhelming. The coffee, might not have been as I didn't see it being made but, felt like instant and the orange juice was not freshly squeezed even though it said it was. Croissant was okay (although had ordered Pain Aux Chocolate, but they had run out and replaced it without informing me). Baguette was just about decent. Overall I'd say this is a skip.
12/05/2026: Recruitment is more like Survivor than a restaurant. I came for a waiter trial, after three rescheduled appointments, and in the end, the position is won through a kind of junior staff tournament… honestly, I've never seen anything like it 😭 All that's missing is Denis Brogniart to announce the winner. Thanks for this unique experience 😂

It's because of people like her that businesses are dying in Nice, and one wonders why tourists aren't spending. What a waste!

We enter only to have a coffee to go there, but we don't even cross the door, but we listen to our eyes with very little activity and, if we don't want to be safe, we have to grit our way to the beach while the bath is occupied. The explanation in French, with total education, that we do not want to use the bath, that we simply want to know if we have enough coffee to learn. So, we have gritted our minds, insisting that we go to the beach to bus a bath, without escuchar absolutely nothing that we say. Its activity completely lacks lugar, training and aggression. Before this, I say that your behavior will be unacceptable and we will decide to go ahead without buying anything. Is a pena encounter with a professional job, especially in a tourist location where you hope for a minimum of education and respect for your clients. If you simply enter a coffee at the gym and enter it, you sign it that it is guarded with a little care and attention, you will not be greeted, it will be sent to you with a message and you will be in the bag during the occupancy.
