30/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome and ate on the terrace with a magnificent view over the fields. The food was very good, and the new dessert was excellent.

26/05/2026: A small, shaded terrace overlooking a wheat field, with generous and excellent cuisine made with top-quality ingredients. The pepper and Roquefort sauces and the homemade burgers are to die for! 👌 Gluten-free option available with potato pancakes instead of bread 😍!! We'll gladly return, either to eat in or take away!

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.

26/04/2026: A 3-star hotel with excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. We had a magnificent sea view! However, the soundproofing could be improved (hence the 4-star rating). The staff is very pleasant. Breakfast was perfect (buffet with sweet and savory items, including homemade products). We didn't dine in the restaurant, but the dining room is very elegant, also offers a superb sea view, and the menu is enticing. We will definitely dine there next time! As this establishment is certified as bike-friendly, we were able to park our bikes securely, which was very convenient, but I must say that the underground storage area was not very easy to access.

06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab? 10/05/2026: We have enjoyed an excellent lunch on Sunday. The ceazar salad is recommended as is the fish gratin. The menu is great value and the food is very good, freshly prepared and simply delicious. The service is attentive, friendly and efficient. Booking the table was easy and this restaurant bistro is comfortable, clean and not to be missed.

06/07/2026: After a long meeting, I was able to eat at 3 pm in this brasserie. The salad was delicious, the ingredients fresh, and I even got to try the fromage blanc, which is quite rare in restaurants… All served with a smile and professionalism. I highly recommend it.

The decor is truly unique: each customer adds their own little touch, an object or a souvenir, making this place a veritable living museum filled with stories. You can feel the soul of this restaurant. A wonderful experience, both for the welcome and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

29/05/2026: Fantastic welcome in an unexpected location with top-notch food. I brought a group of 28 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time. This is my second visit and I'll definitely be back!
