07/10/2025: A hotel on the banks of the Canal du Midi, ideal for a stopover during a cycling holiday. The owners are very welcoming and attentive. The meal is a unique homemade menu featuring seasonal produce. A secure bicycle garage allows you to leave your bike overnight without fear of theft. We highly recommend this establishment.

26/02/2026: Google says it's open, but it was closed on Thursday at 6:30 pm. So nobody's walking from the parking area to the restaurant anymore. That's no way to make money.

26/02/2026: I drove all the way here, really looking forward to the food. The website says they're open until 9 pm... we arrived at 6:30 pm to find the door locked. The restaurant was dark... what a dump... they shouldn't show the place open online when it's closed. I was so annoyed, it's a shame you can't give negative stars...

16/09/2025: I'm giving two stars because the ice cream was pretty good, but the rest was disastrous. The lady was very, very rude, even though we were her only customers on a Friday night... Not a smile, no goodbye, no thank you, no politeness... You'd think it'd be better if no one came to bring them money.

04/04/2026: Excellent cookies and crepes. We ordered a ham and cheese cookie with egg, a tomato and mushroom cookie, and a Nutella crepe. All delicious. The place is small, so you have to arrive early to get a table. But it's worth it. The staff is very friendly.

04/04/2026: Small place but with some magnificent savory and sweet crepes, the waitress is friendly and very attentive, she alone brings all the service to the table and never stops smiling. I recommend that if you are in Carcassonne you go there!!

17/11/2025: We stayed here last May for a much-anticipated weekend getaway for two! We were absolutely charmed by the place, the garden, and the spacious, comfortable room with its thoughtful touches. We greatly appreciated the kindness and humor of our host, who put so much energy and generosity into preparing the breakfasts (all homemade and local) and sharing them with the two other ladies at the table. The last rainy day was a welcome respite in the reserved spa... It's a haven of peace, well-located, and we have wonderful memories. Thank you! Marie and Jérémy

12/10/2025: Everything is perfect!! Evelyne is adorable. She's a person full of humanity. She has created a cozy space. You feel right at home. The bedding is top-notch. As for breakfast, it's fabulous.
