22/05/2026: A very warm welcome, with smiles all around. The owners are incredibly pleasant, a true ray of sunshine, offering unique and refined cuisine. I highly recommend the octopus, cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
You'll find all the flavors of Asia, North Africa, and the islands, transporting you to another world.
I wholeheartedly recommend Le Clod de Mauzac.

The restaurants in the area typically offer fresh fish and seafood, expertly prepared with distinctly Mediterranean flavors. The atmosphere is relaxed, with pleasant terraces and views that perfectly complement the experience. The service was friendly and efficient, and I found the value for money to be reasonable for the area. A very good option for a delicious meal while enjoying the coastal surroundings.

24/05/2026: Very courteous and friendly staff. The young woman was patient with us, explaining the dishes even though we didn't speak French. We plan to return and recommend the place to others.
24/05/2026: The welcome was fantastic! We went without a reservation, even with our large dog, and they found us a quiet spot… The cassoulet was hearty and delicious, and the crème brûlée was perfect!

The food was superb and a real treat, the wine was excellent and very well recommended by the waitresses, the setting was superb, everything was perfect.
We stopped there during our canal boat trip. I highly recommend this place.

28/05/2026: A discreet spot nestled between the ramparts and a lovely garden, the welcome is warm and the service prompt.
As for the food, the dishes are perfectly cooked and the portions are just right, allowing you to savor the flavors without feeling stuffed.
I particularly enjoyed the pavlova for dessert, whose meringue was crisp on the outside and slightly sticky on the inside.
20/05/2026: We often pass through Carcassonne and make a point of stopping here. It's a fantastic place in the city. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summer. I highly recommend it.
