06/12/2025: Decent food, good value for money. Very pleasant terrace, well-laid-out dining room, a bit noisy inside, but we had a good time.

23/11/2025: Stick with a steak and you cant really go wrong in the distillery. That's not to say that the fish isn't good but its got to safer to play to established strengths. Great desserts, friendly staff.

09/07/2025: We only visited the free area because the price was €19. I think it's very expensive compared to other major monuments in Spain. What we saw caught our attention: the castle with battlements, busy streets with tourists, and a lively atmosphere. You can easily visit it in a day, eating inside and taking home a souvenir.

10/12/2025: A very nice restaurant with friendly service, but the food was really disappointing. Over €20 for pasta with butter and a few frozen seafood items on top. Not even a marinade or sauce… The desserts were very expensive for a tiny frozen cassoulet and a cold vanilla pear cider straight from the fridge.

07/12/2025: We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the welcome, the service, and the menu. The regional menu is excellent; we will definitely return. Furthermore, the parking lot is quite large; we were able to park our camper van without any problems.

13/12/2025: We ate very well, no complaints there, but I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. The bottom of my glass broke, spilling the entire glass, and I was soaked for the rest of the meal. Ice cubes, sugar, and everything else were provided. Thanks, but I think that with an €800 bill, a complimentary glass wouldn't have hurt too much. It would have been my fault for spilling my drink, but that's absolutely not the case. I hope you encounter less friendly people next time.

12/12/2025: Exceptional meats. A must-try restaurant for lovers of fine flavors, especially the beef. Impeccable service and very friendly waitresses. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back :)

28/09/2024: It has been a fantastic culinary experience! The chef surprises with exquisite dishes where you will find absolutely brutal flavors and textures. The service, the attention and the place are excellent. It is definitely highly recommended.

19/09/2024: Having previously seen the Michelin listing we'd long intended to dine here and today (19th) we were well rewarded. It's true you can't please everyone all the time and some reviews seem to reflect this, though from our experience today it's hard to fathom why! Warmly welcomed, our waiter was attentive, informed well and explained all the dishes, helpful with wine and drink selection and very personable. Service was discreet, but friendly and very efficient. Choosing the 4 course menu with choices from the a la carte selections delivered excellent value with interesting dishes, innovative cuisine and delightfully presented. All of us were delighted with our choices. We definitely look forward to returning in the spring when passing this way again. Merci a tous!

06/12/2025: The children's menu was disgusting: frozen steak that was also undercooked, the rice was the same, and the chocolate fondant dessert was also undercooked. The welcome was cold, the staff unpleasant, especially the woman. I asked for a place to change my child and was told, "You have a work surface." I had to change my child directly on the wood. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!

28/10/2025: We had booked a lunch table and received confirmation from the manager. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We waited for over 15 minutes beyond our reservation time, but there was no sign that it would open. I do not recommend it.
