07/01/2026: Lunch today on a whim and a very pleasant surprise!! Delicious food made with fresh ingredients, friendly and welcoming service, and a real enthusiasm for working! Very reasonable prices... centrally located opposite the market halls with a view of the canal, just 100 meters from the old town!! Perfect!!!

30/10/2025: We were so lucky to find this lovely little restaurant. We were looking for somewhere for lunch when we saw the Cafe through an ancient archway. Excellent food and really friendly service. We paid €11 for a carafe of very decent red wine and €16 for the menu of the day which was delicious, it even included an espresso! You will not be disappointed.

19/09/2024: Meat orders air dropped. Good food. Expect fun. The market is crowded, so plan on a wait, but it will be worth it. Enjoy the action.

03/12/2025: They served us food at 3 pm, which is a miracle in France… The guy was very attentive, the food was high quality, and it's important to know that they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, only payments via PayPal, bank transfer, or similar methods.

05/11/2025: Closed at 6 pm. The opening hours are incorrect, we made an extra half hour of travel because of it.

10/12/2025: Grau de Leucate is an ideal place to enjoy excellent cuisine by the sea. The restaurants in the area typically offer fresh fish and seafood, expertly prepared with distinctly Mediterranean flavors. The atmosphere is relaxed, with pleasant terraces and views that perfectly complement the experience. The service was friendly and efficient, and I found the value for money to be reasonable for the area. A very good option for a delicious meal while enjoying the coastal surroundings.

31/12/2025: I was swayed by the reviews. The service is excellent, the atmosphere unique, but the food leaves much to be desired. The dishes, although well-presented, are of very low quality. The ingredients are not worth the price they charge. Not recommended at all.

30/12/2025: The place is outstanding. It's very picturesque. If you're looking for good food and to enjoy local products, you've come to the right place. The service is excellent; they are very friendly and fun. The risotto is superb, as is the foie gras, both excellent choices.

30/01/2026: The staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurant is excellent, especially the wood-fired grilled meats, which are cooked to perfection. However, it's a shame to serve tasteless mustard sauces in unopenable sticks! With a ribeye steak, it really makes it seem like a highway rest stop, which it isn't! Please correct this.
