22/10/2025: Such an amazing experience. Liz and Joe were the most gracious hosts and treated my partner and I exceptionally. With an incredibly informative tour, exceptional food and world class wine. Anything written in this review doesn't do the evening we spent with them enough credit to an unforgettable night and lovley people. If we ever have the opportunity of being in the region again, we will be returning.

24/09/2025: Winery visit: it is impossible to overstate the warmth of hospitality of Joe and Liz! We arrived as strangers, and left feeling like family. The winery tour was everything we could have hoped for: starting with a chilled glass of white on the terrace overlooking the hills, tasting grapes on the vine about to be harvested, a tour of the equipment, pouring wines straight from the tank and dipping a cask, with Joe telling anecdotes about the history as well as explaining how it’s done. Finally Liz’s amazing and generous cooking in their beautiful dining room, including her home-cured salmon. She even tweaked the menu to ensure that our young Asian friends got a home-cooked rice dish. Convivial doesn’t begin to describe it. Thankfully, Liz also arranged with our taxi driver to come back rather later than originally planned 😂. Practical note: it’s about 20 minutes drive from Carcassonne and they can recommend taxi drivers.

25/03/2026: Very nice little place in a very nice little town. The food is amazing, and so are the hosts. There is a homey atmosphere of long-lost local inns, definitely recommended and a place i will definitely go back to!!

25/03/2026: Really cool, laidback atmosphere. The hosts are very warm and welcoming, and - most importantly - the food is very good. Would absolutely come back next time I am in the neigbourhood of Carcassonne or Toulouse.

24/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! Pizza for me, lasagna for my husband: everything was delicious, made with quality ingredients. The service was excellent. It's a shame the place is a bit hidden, because it's definitely worth the trip.

22/04/2026: Amazing pizzas made with homemade flour and dough! And delicious homemade desserts too: Speculoos panna cotta with fruit coulis… run, don't walk!

09/12/2025: Great little restaurant near the Canal du Midi in the village of Roubia 11. Very friendly welcome, delicious and generous meals. Also serves as a grocery store and bread depot. Thank you and best of luck!

12/02/2026: What a wonderful evening! All those flavors, those colors, those aromas of perfect harmony... A top-notch chef and the most gracious service. A must-visit in Narbonne.

11/02/2026: The food tasted good but was quite expensive for the portion size. The service was incredibly slow; it took us almost three hours to eat two appetizers and two desserts.

24/05/2026: As always, excellent from start to finish. Not a single flaw. The dishes: visually stunning and exquisitely flavorful, very refined. The restaurant's ambiance is lovely. The staff is top-notch, attentive yet discreet, with a warm welcome. We always return with great pleasure.

26/05/2026: The cassoulet didn't disappoint. The same goes for the cheese platter, although the waitress couldn't tell us which cheeses were included, but the staff seemed very busy. The €21.50 set menu was satisfactory; luckily I ordered a salad as a starter, as vegetables are often missing from plates, based on my experience in France...

24/04/2026: A must-try! The decor is just what we love: genuine, authentic, and old-fashioned. The welcome is fantastic, the food is home-style, the portions are generous, and the desserts are truly delicious! There's a large parking lot with a pétanque court, and it's very well located.

09/04/2026: We stopped by for lunch today during a bike ride. Very welcoming, the waitress was very attentive, and the chef was friendly and a good cook too! We thoroughly enjoyed the daily special and dessert. We'll be back!

26/04/2026: The crêperie is celebrating its 25th anniversary! It's clear they've maintained a consistently high standard of quality, which leads me to consider it the best crêperie in Occitanie and probably a contender against the very best in Brittany. The ingredients in the savory buckwheat crêpes are excellent... in short, everything is delicious. And for the sweet crêpe, I tried the lemon one... a delight.

23/04/2026: Absolutely perfect. Service was amazing. Very busy but made time to create an off menu salad for a friend. Galettes are fantastic, ice creams to die for. Drinks were lovely too. 90 euros for 4! Value and service with a smile. Go there you wont regret it!

22/05/2026: This is a beautiful oasis in the heart of town. They cooked my salmon and vegetables on the wood fired bbq in the garden. It was simple and delicious . Enjoyed it with a great glass of wine . Service was amazing. Location is perfect .

13/05/2026: Tourist trap??? Ordinary food. We ordered the €21 set menu; the gizzard salad was quite decent. The sirloin steak was served medium-rare, but when we told the waitress, she was surprised and said it was too late—she couldn't do anything. Even when we took our order, she didn't know how to use her computer. In short, very disappointed.

07/05/2026: Very nice food . Had the plate du jour. Good value, friendly staff who didn't laugh at my attempts to speak french. Would recommend.

03/03/2026: Excellent cuisine at truly affordable prices considering the quality and service. As for the setting, I was going to say it's magnificent, but in reality, I realize it's beyond that. This establishment is, for me, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Corbières region, and I hope that everyone who appreciates the finer things in life will discover it one day. Bravo!

02/06/2026: From the appetizer to the dessert, your taste buds will be deliciously captivated. The welcome and service are very good in a rather pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it for gourmets.

25/05/2026: I guessed it's seen better days. Food was good but nothing special. We were not asked the point of the meat and was too done for our taste. One of the waiters is excellent, the other one is bad even with a bit of bad manners. We went to other places in the old city that were much better for the food and much more charming. Wouldn't recommend
