09/06/2026: Great hotel with super friendly staff!

08/06/2026: The hotel has well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds, as well as a pleasant little pool for relaxing. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the curtains aren't blackout enough for our liking. We requested a room facing the hotel entrance because the sun rises on the other side and we could hear a lot of road noise (the windows could be improved), and our request was accepted by the friendly receptionist.

21/12/2025: A really great way to do a trip back in time

17/11/2025: Medieval cuisine is certainly different from what we're used to eating today. Some dishes might, at first glance, seem a little bland, or at least not the kind of thing that would immediately make our mouths water, because our 21st-century palates are accustomed to tastes that are too sweet, too fatty, or too salty (clearly not the best for our health!). However, the kitchen team rose to this challenge brilliantly: each dish was perfectly seasoned, fragrant, and truly delicious. This made the culinary experience even more successful. The experience is further enhanced by the entertainment offered throughout the meal, as well as by the choice of costumes at the beginning, which immediately immerses us in the medieval atmosphere. We also greatly appreciated the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant, with only one seating at lunchtime: no constant coming and going, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend! Until next time!

04/07/2026: If I could give 10 stars I would!! I had an amazing experience both times I came. The inside is absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing —- the food is *chefs kiss** I highly recommend the veal , it was so soft and delicious . I can’t wait to visit again on my next vacation

16/06/2026: I came after hearing so much about the trompe-l'œil pastries. I wanted to try the hazelnut one, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed; they don't make it anymore. So, I took the advice of the very friendly saleswoman and chose the mango. I admit it was well-made and a good pastry. But the price… €7, and it's really a small portion! While the pistachio and peanut pastries were bigger and the others a bit cheaper, the mango was truly tiny for the price. I noticed that all the pastries in the bakery are quite expensive considering their size. I don't want to downplay the pastry chefs' work, but I don't think the quality-price ratio is really reasonable. Perhaps I'll change my mind about the hazelnut one someday when it's back in stock. I still want to commend the shopkeeper for her kindness and helpful advice.

23/07/2026: We went to this restaurant last night and it was a wonderful discovery. First of all, the village of Alet-les-Bains is definitely worth a visit, but we've known that for many years thanks to swimming in the spring-fed pool and in the Aude River. Not to mention canoeing between Couiza and Alet. But yesterday, for my partner's birthday, we booked a table in this very pretty, bucolic setting. A lovely garden where the tables are set up around a central brazier where the food is prepared. And this brazier cooking was excellent. We had salmon and lamb, which were accompanied by succulent seasonal vegetables, also cooked on the brazier, and it was simply perfect. The portions were just right; you don't finish the meal feeling hungry or full. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The desserts were fantastic. The tarte tatin and the panna cotta were incredible. In short, it was truly perfect for a very reasonable price. I recommend it without any hesitation...

26/04/2026: A very nice place on the coast of southern France. You can eat oysters, shrimps, mussels and sea snails right on the edge of the pond. The people are very nice.

16/07/2026: Despite being turned away because the restaurant was full, we had a beer and the waiter offered to let us wait for a table that would soon become available. We ordered the set menu, which was perfect. A very charming and peaceful inn with professional service. We will return as soon as possible.

13/07/2026: The staff were very friendly. The cassoulet was delicious. The cod fillet was also excellent. For dessert, the figs stuffed with vanilla ice cream were absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend it!

01/08/2026: My family and I ate there today on the terrace, and it was very comfortable inside thanks to the breeze and the shade of the trees. The food was good, served quickly, and the staff was very friendly. I think it's a good option for the price.

01/08/2026: I had the great pleasure of tasting the remarkable homemade cassoulet. The ingredients are high quality, but it's the broth that binds the dish together and makes it truly special, rich in the flavors of vegetables and herbs. Kudos to the chef! And on top of that, the portion is VERY generous; you'll have a hard time finishing this delicious dish... I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Carcassonne.

19/07/2026: A mandatory and systematic stop on every trip between Hyères and Agen. The entire team was incredibly welcoming 👍, smiling and humorous despite the busy lunchtime service. Generous portions and excellent meat. The best part was the delivery of the meat orders, announced over a megaphone and relayed by the air 🤣🤣

18/07/2026: We had a great time at Chez Bebelle. The food was good and the service was fast. The only downside was that the waitresses weren't always very pleasant.
