08/08/2026: A wonderful discovery at the End of the World. A warm welcome, passionate advice, and a very pleasant tasting. We discovered, in particular, a Montagny 1er Cru, a Bourgogne Aligoté, and a Mercurey, with clear explanations of the appellations and the differences in style. An authentic place, ideal for discovering Burgundy wines in a simple and welcoming atmosphere.

31/08/2026: Very good typical cuisine with a nice wine list, very friendly and warm welcome, judicious advice regarding the wine list, above all push open the door even if the decor seems a little old-fashioned.

19/09/2026: The beef bourguignon was bland. It was served with fried potato slices, which didn't go well with it. The sauce was thin and lacked any red wine flavor. The starter and dessert were fine.

17/09/2026: Excellent place! The welcome, service, and attention to detail are perfect. The explanations of the menu are clear and helpful. The menu is simple, but the dishes are very good and well-prepared. The service is also quick, with perfect delivery times. A great place with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

25/09/2026: If in Beaune eat here first. Then explore other restaurants. The anticipation is built by walking down a wonderful cobbled street. The welcome was warm and friendly. My wife and I shared our meals. We had the crispy caramelized onion tart with anchovy to start. The pasty flaked beautifully with a wonderful bite. For mains we had lamb shoulder, cooked long and slow but with a cracking skin. Slight spice. Jus you want to dip your bread into. Creamed mash with gravy as a side. Divine. Trust the sommelier to select the wine, he made excellent choices for local reds that matched perfectly. The chocolate tart for desert was decadent. We chose to sit at the bar with the delightful Chef. So we saw our food prepped as well as others, everything looked amazing. If it is possible to feel food envy while full and happy we did.

16/09/2026: For starters, we ordered shrimp (crevettes) and meat pâté (pâté en croûte). Divine! For the main course, we ordered pigeon (Le pigeon) and stuffed vegetables. The pigeon was roasted to perfection and the vegetables were a delightful surprise. Everything paired very well with the wine of the evening: Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2023.

19/09/2026: Warm welcome and quick seating. Friendly and smiling staff. Orders taken and service were fast. The orders weren't entirely accurate, but the staff corrected them fairly quickly. The bread served was a bit stale, like it was from the day before. Prices were a little too high considering the quality of the meat and sides (sobry fries, slightly wilted salad...). The dining room was a bit noisy but still pleasant. Comfortable seating. My opinion is somewhat mixed. But I think I'll go back because the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and the opening hours are very convenient (open on Sundays).

13/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! Delicious and authentic dishes, with wonderful flavors to discover. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the wine recommendations were excellent. The set menu was superb. I will gladly return on my next trip to Dijon! Remember to book ahead, as the restaurant is small and fills up quickly 😊

05/09/2026: Great restaurant, everything is homemade, hearty portions, however the only downside is the waiting time between meals, it was relatively long but frankly it was more than acceptable with a relatively low price for the quality of the meal.
