24/04/2026: An incredible culinary experience awaited us, courtesy of Mr. Mary and his team. Unassumingly located in Auros, the team gave us a very warm welcome. They even speak English upon request! We were able to choose a spot on the simple yet charming terrace. Fleur, our dog, was warmly welcomed and given a bowl of water without us even having to ask. A first interesting experience: instead of menus, there are modern tablets where you can select your daily specials – very innovative and convenient, as the dishes are described in five languages! From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, it was an absolutely classic example of French cuisine. It truly demonstrates why France offers the best cuisine in the world, and why Maître Mary masters his craft with such skill and ease. We were there for lunch. The excellent value for money and the perfect timing completed the experience. We will definitely be back! Highly, highly recommended…😋😋

17/04/2026: A lovely and delicious spot in Bordeaux, recently awarded a Bib Gourmand. The concept of sharing plates is a success. Each dish has its own unique character, and the flavors are spot on. However, while it's marketed as a wine bar, the selection of wines by the glass is limited (though the prices are very reasonable). The wine glasses aren't changed, whether it's white over red or red over rosé. A minor drawback. There are two servers: one with long, tied-back hair, very friendly, and another a bit more reserved, but still professional. A great place, highly recommended!

While everything was certainly good, well-prepared, and made with local and seasonal ingredients, it doesn't seem to me to warrant one star. Perhaps we were just unlucky. However, the price is very reasonable. The wine list is too limited.

14/05/2026: My partner and I came to dinner at this very good restaurant. We received a very warm welcome. Initially, the service was very quick, then we waited 30 minutes for our main course and then an hour for dessert. The waitress made a mistake when we ordered a larger dessert than requested, and we were charged at the end at the price we hadn't ordered because we had already eaten it. I find this unfortunate because after waiting an hour just to have our dessert order taken, a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated.

15/03/2026: The place is cozy, simple, and tasteful. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Not too many tables, so plenty of space between them—ah… a meal without the chatter of your neighbors! The welcome is warm and friendly; no stern-faced "Madame" here, just smiles and courtesy. As for the meal, we chose the set menu of starter, fish, meat, and dessert, but just reading the menu makes you want to come back. Served on beautiful plates, we were delighted to rediscover the true taste of food. Excellent ingredients are prepared right in front of you if you glance behind the counter. A touch of refined subtlety enhances the dish without overpowering it—it's perfect. At this price, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. See you very soon!

27/04/2026: Rare are the moments I find perfect in their simplicity. Nothing more is needed: birdsong, good company, refreshing oysters with a bouquet of tender, plump shrimp. I thank the entire team, and especially the friendly waiter who answered all our questions with kindness and intelligence. The only negative point I can find is the lack of ice cubes to chill my glass of white wine, which was getting warm in the sun! And even then, was that really necessary? Thank you!
