06/08/2024: Une vraie catastrophe, peut on imaginer pire L’accueil a été bon et cordial Le service à la hauteur et bien disponible Mais passons aux plats assaisonnements insipide , un trop plein de vinaigre balsamique sans huile , pour le plat une fois le goût de la viande douteux, trop cuit et dure Bref un raté complet , y a t il un vrai cuisinier en cuisine? Si vous pouvez éviter faite le ou alors préparez vous à un non événement Le pire des restaurants depuis longtemps

09/04/2024: Une équipe au top, très attentive à chaque petit détail. Des plats délicieux et magnifiquement dressés. Une adresse à venir découvrir les yeux fermés.

30/08/2024: Very bad reception from an old blonde (boss???). The waitress is very nice! The coffee is absolutely undrinkable! Fortunately for them, very little competition!!

29/02/2024: Nous avons pris le plat du jour Bien servi, excellent. La viande bien cuite et pour un prix très raisonnable 19€ pour un faux filet aux poivre vert gratin dauphinois salade. Le vin 35€ de bonne qualité. Accueil impeccable. Le sourire de Anne et de Alban nous on ravit. Terrasse plein soleil N’hésitez pas à vous y rendre

16/03/2024: Very pleasant atmosphere despite a last minute reservation! Very welcoming staff, quality meals (raclette & porcini mushroom fondue) but a small downside for the fondue bread which was a little subpar. I highly recommend !

20/08/2024: My experience, unfortunately, was the worst possible. On Sunday 08/18/2024, I, accompanied by my husband, my sister and my daughter (severely autistic, 9 years old) stopped at this restaurant for lunch, my daughter was clearly identified, with the necklace which informs that 'there is an invisible disability there and with the finding of disability, recognized throughout France, but to my great sadness, my daughter had a little moment of crisis, moving her hands and letting out a cry, I understand everything It actually bothers me and for the moment. I apologized to a couple who were nearby, they were nice. But a woman with dark brown hair, dressed in a black uniform, gave a big lesson in prejudice, she rudely insulted my daughter, cursed and mistreated my daughter in front of everyone, I felt humiliated, embarrassed, ashamed. This place should put up a sign warning that people with my daughter's disability are not welcome, but would rather have a monstrous, prejudiced person who has no respect or empathy. I do not recommend it and will never set foot in this place again. She and the restaurant should have known her attitude would work, it was criminal, humiliating and embarrassing, that's how I felt as a mother.

20/08/2024: Mon expérience, malheureusement, a été la pire possible. Le dimanche 18/08/2024, moi, accompagné de ma femme, de sa sœur et de sa fille (sévèrement autiste, 9 ans), je me suis arrêté dans ce restaurant pour déjeuner, la petite était bien identifiée, avec le collier qui informe qu'il y a c'est un handicap invisible là-bas et avec la reconnaissance du handicap, reconnu dans toute la France, mais à ma grande tristesse, la petite a eu un petit moment de crise, bougeant les mains et poussant un cri, je comprends tout et en fait ça me dérange. à l'heure actuelle. Nous nous sommes excusés auprès d'un couple qui se trouvait à proximité, ils étaient gentils. Mais une femme aux cheveux châtain foncé, vêtue d'un uniforme noir, a donné une grande leçon de préjugés, a grossièrement insulté la petite, l'a insultée et maltraitée devant tout le monde, je me suis senti humilié, gêné, honteux. Cet endroit devrait mettre une pancarte avertissant que les personnes ayant un handicap comme celui-ci ne sont pas les bienvenues, mais plutôt une personne monstrueuse et préjugée qui n'a ni respect ni empathie. Je ne le recommande pas et je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet endroit. Elle et le restaurant auraient dû savoir que son attitude fonctionnerait, c'était criminel, humiliant et embarrassant, c'est ce qu'elle nous a fait ressentir, malheureusement je ne le recommande à personne.

21/09/2024: Avoid this tourist trap, food is terrible. I was recommended the chicken wok and it was truly awful. For the prices they have it shouldn't be so hard to serve decent food but..

03/09/2024: C’est mon second repas dans ce restaurant. Deux bonnes expériences pour des repas très corrects, et un accueil agréable et un service dans les temps. Les commentaires "à fuir" me laissent très dubitatifs je ne reconnais en rien l’établissement qu’ils décrivent.

04/09/2024: Never eaten such bad pizzas, cardboard dough, raclette cheese bought in supermarkets, very little topping, for 18€, it's a shame, move on, tourist trap.

16/09/2024: 3 entrances with the cash register in the middle of the store, it's confusing where to start. A checkout open in the evening with 30 people behind waiting to go through the checkout.... after 20 minutes in line we abandoned our trays to go elsewhere. Too bad because the cooked dishes looked good.

15/03/2024: Superb location, but the food is deplorable, from the canteen at the bottom of the game with products of the same ilk, although the price is really high, a fried tournedos, a slice of lasagna with an unpalatable industrial taste, a welcome salad like buffalo grill, 2 chocolate mousse even a child does better, a pepsi and a fruit juice, 60 euros. Don't go there, run away.

25/09/2024: A bar that seems nice at first approach but once inside we feel the tourist trap... an unconvincing choice of beer, we are served a drink and 5 minutes later the waiters ask us to drink in one go because they are closing the bar... In short, there are nicer and more welcoming bars/restaurants in Annecy!
