05/09/2024: We've known this bakery for years and it's objectively getting worse and worse. Please review HYGIENE urgently (among the sellers there are those with 3m long nails or bracelets, those who scratch their heads and serve us... the most incredible thing is the fact of licking your fingers to open the bag and fill it - seen several times - and so on) and the quality of your products. Expensive for what it is, the pastries have NO taste (the coffee éclair which tastes like… glucose syrup for example? But clearly not the taste of coffee). For my part, I will never visit your bakery again. She's disgusting. You should have a check on hygiene services. It could only help you. Good luck to you.

03/09/2024: Passing through in the afternoon for a little coffee and pastries, I found the place welcoming, clean and with a terrace. Still quite a few choices in pastries and pastries. Friendliness of staff. I recommend this place. It remains to be tested at lunchtime.

06/04/2024: Endroit plutôt simple par rapport à la fameuse « Folie Douce ». Nous étions 4 dans le restaurant, ambiance assez malaisante de ce fait.. La fondue nous ai servie en 5min (comment est-elle faite ?..) Le pain est sec, l’eau n’est presque plus pétillante, les champignons dans la fondue ont une texture à revoir… le serveur à quand même été poli et aimable. Dommage pour un lieu si réputé…

15/03/2024: Bof..... nous avons choisi une fondue au cèpe, elle était vraiment trop salée et assez quelconque. En plus pour l'accompagner, on vous propose des pommes de terre à l'eau plutôt que de la charcuterie !!!! On a connu mieux à la folie douce.

06/08/2024: Une vraie catastrophe, peut on imaginer pire L’accueil a été bon et cordial Le service à la hauteur et bien disponible Mais passons aux plats assaisonnements insipide , un trop plein de vinaigre balsamique sans huile , pour le plat une fois le goût de la viande douteux, trop cuit et dure Bref un raté complet , y a t il un vrai cuisinier en cuisine? Si vous pouvez éviter faite le ou alors préparez vous à un non événement Le pire des restaurants depuis longtemps

05/04/2024: Terrible customer service and lies. Don’t believe them when they say to cant book in advance. We went early in the week to book the Friday night they told us clearly you can’t book its first come first serve on the day. So we came on the Friday at opening time as they opened, the place was empty and they turned away our family as they were “fully booked”. We spoke to the same lady that told us you can’t book as she just shrugged us off. It appears this place is not family friendly. We were unable to go anywhere else as you had to book in advance all other restaurants in the area. 3 Young children and after checking with lots of restaurants we had no other choice but to go to the supermarket late and cook . It all could have been avoided at had this place has just been honest to us that families were not welcome.

29/03/2024: It's understandable that they can't serve the whole menu on the last week of the season, before closing. The only options left were burgers and ribs. The burgers are okay, not great. Fries are good. Was able to order a cocktail that was not on the menu, which was nice.

01/09/2024: Il locale è molto bello e la posizione ottima per godersi il lago. Ma il servizio lascia un po’ a desiderare. Il cibo è buono, ma non giustifica i prezzi decisamente troppo salati. Abbiamo speso moltissimo per una cena che definirei normale, nulla di più. Inoltre, mio marito ha ordinato un piatto a base di pesce e invece ha ricevuto carne. Un ristorante serio, questi errori non li fa. Non lo consiglio.

01/09/2024: The restaurant offers a beautiful view and good service, we had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food, combined with poor food quality and high prices, make it a disappointing dining experience.

10/08/2024: L ´Attitude du gérant une vrai horreur. Restaurant à fuir niveau qualité des produits et du professionnalisme. Le gérant se permet de mal parler que ça soit pour une la réservation téléphonique ou meme quand nous sommes sur place. Champagne sans bulle il me dit sait normal je l’est ouvert ce matin … Mon filet de bœuf était de la bavette et bien nerveuse …. Bref ne vous arrêtez pas!!!!

23/03/2024: Be careful, you must arrive with ski or snowboard boots... We went up on snowshoes: entry refused with our hiking shoes around 2:30 p.m. even though there weren't many people there (20 to 30 people on the terrace!) Note the professionalism (of the musicians, singers, dancers and DJs) when you have to “perform” for so few people!
