13/08/2024: I would like to say that it is a very good swimming pool and very pleasant. I went there yesterday. The temperatures are cool (both in the showers and in the pools). The solarium is nice. The changing rooms are good too (no token needed like other pools). The only little thing that I find unfortunate is that when you're waiting at reception and you hear a group of people talking very loudly behind you, it's a shame that you have to signal that you're there for be served. But otherwise I highly recommend. Thank you for offering the user the choice of being able to relax after a day of work (great opening hours).

23/03/2024: Really awkward waiter (around 45-50 years old with glasses), we went there twice with 2 different groups of friends for a drink. The first time the waiter sighs, makes remarks, is rude. The second time we try to go back so as not to get a bad opinion, mistakes or bad days happen! :) Well again, still the same show! my friend asks for a glass of hot milk, he brings a glass of cold milk and complains when we ask him nicely if it is possible to heat it. And believe me, it was not second degree...

16/03/2024: We ate there this Friday lunchtime. Well received, pleasant welcome, and there were 4 of us plus 1 child, we all really enjoyed our meal. Accompanied by our dog who didn't bother us. We will come back without hesitation. Best wishes !!

17/08/2024: Lovely terrace at the top of the lift, great food and beautiful view

16/08/2024: Beautiful view but too long a wait for a hiker's plate and a Caesar salad. We waited 1 hour before being served, returning 3 times to ask if we had been forgotten.

11/09/2024: The room was a bit dreary and small, instead of a view of the lake there was a view of the bushes outside the window. The shower curtain was missing from the shower. The lady at the reception smiled friendly, but didn't really want to deal with us. The promised coffee in the room turned out to be instant coffee in which the milk clumped together. Breakfast and parking cost extra. The hotel sent the information about parking options to the PC at home three days before arrival and could therefore no longer be read. There were no signs to the hotel parking lot. Finding an alternative is quite difficult.

11/09/2024: Cobwebs in the lampshades, VMC vents full of dust, shower curtain missing, as a result the bathroom quickly turns into a swimming pool, only one small table inside for breakfast otherwise under the semi veranda -open in the company of sparrows who come to help themselves directly and poop at the same time, absence of trays for customers at breakfast so numerous trips back and forth to complete your meal and simultaneously protect it from birds (unless you are Mr Elastic I don't see...) On the other hand, the welcome is warm, price 157€ for a double room without twin beds as requested.... very, very disappointing...🥺😤😤😤😤

24/08/2024: The most expensive food we had during our stay, yet we ate every day in high altitude refuges, and for very very basic quality. On the other hand, the view of Mont Blanc is splendid.

14/03/2024: Come to eat on a whim. We had a pleasant time and we were very well received despite the crowds. The dishes ordered are very good and reasonable for the price. A homemade vinaigrette sauce whose recipe we would have liked! Thanks to you again.

06/05/2024: Good brasserie, good food, but too bad the staff is not as good. Afterwards, I understand that the clientele isn't always great in a shopping mall either, but it's a shame for the others.

16/05/2024: When you are salivating in advance at the idea of ​​eating a good Savoyard fondue, and you find yourself hurrying back to the chalet to eat dessert... This is what happened for us during our visit. A welcome that was not necessarily the warmest from the waiter (the bartender, however, was very smiling), a discontent upon realizing that we had to move to be able to arrange the fondue pots.. & ah! The long-awaited fondue, let’s talk about it! Wine fondue with a few pieces of cheese instead of the other way around. There were a total of 9 of us having a fondue, and bringing only 2 pots seemed a bit limited. No wonder the waiter rubbed his hands while counting the number of fondues requested, knowing that it costs €25 per person. A good fondue generally comes with a small portion of cold meats, and in Louisiana, it's extra. On the other hand, it naturally comes with small bread croutons, & I think 4 small bowls of salad (again to share between 9 people), & what if you want one more bowl of salad? You guessed it, it’s extra. Fortunately the vinaigrette was very good, even if I cannot say that it was homemade. Included with the fondue is a small shot of local liqueur, Génépi. After waiting a while after our plates were cleared, not seeing the shots arrive, we obviously had to ask for them. I remain convinced that if we hadn't asked, we would still be waiting for them as another person mentioned in another comment. Not very legal. "Desserts ? - No thanks !".

27/08/2024: We had reservations for 5 people for lunch in August. We asked for a table inside as it was hot and my mother (75) was recovering. Denied ! “Today we only serve on the terrace…”. However, the tables were set inside…. Personally I feel a little suffocated on this enclosed terrace. Arriving at the table on the terrace, lots of wasps... we were told that "it's normal, it's nature..." 😬 The dishes arrive: I chose a vegetarian burger: the bread is like soufflé and therefore hollow and dry when cut, and frankly, charging €38 for that is shameful. Beautiful dessert buffet. I will not return there because we did not have the service up to a restaurant of this range and we really take the customer for a sucker… Which is fortunately not the case in all the restaurants in Megève 😊

26/08/2024: Very disappointed by our visit to this restaurant: - prices applied without any relation to the content/quality of the plate (for a few dozen € more, you have access to a (multi-)starred restaurant) - the most approximate service (at our table and those of the neighbors) - a buffet of desserts or cheese at 24€/person (we discovered the price on the bill), for which I had an assortment on a small plate and my wife 3 unfortunate slices of cheese. For those who are still motivated, know that it is at will, so don't deprive yourself. We hate to "stuff ourselves", but if we had known the price before, we would have returned several times!
