06/07/2025: An unforgettable stay at La Cordée – a true haven of peace in Chamonix Belonging to 112 We stayed for a week at the La Cordée residence, and it was a simply fantastic experience! Nestled in an exceptional setting, this residence offers incredible views of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and even the little red train of the Mer de Glace, which you can see passing by in the distance from the balcony… A true daily spectacle. Underground parking if needed. But beyond this breathtaking panorama, what makes La Cordée unique is its high-end facilities, which clearly exceeded all our expectations: • A heated indoor pool with views of the peaks • A jacuzzi with a panoramic view of Mont Blanc, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains • A modern gym, an indoor climbing wall, and even a wellness area • A billiards table, a foosball table, a cozy reading corner, and large, tastefully decorated common lounges • Outside: deckchairs facing the mountains, a small, peaceful lake, and even binoculars available to admire the peaks up close Everything has been designed for the comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment of its residents, in a calm and elegant atmosphere. 15/08/2024: Great knowledge and empathetic guy running the shop, on top of that the sausage, ham, cheese, and pâté for a more than reasonable price, makes this a stop if you want a nice cheese and meat dinner.

Super bien présenté sur un plateau en bois comprenant 1 ardoise de charcuteries, un bol de pommes de terre vapeur, un caquelon de fromage d'abondance fondu (sur sa pierre chaude" et un bol de salade. Un régal. Serveurs et serveuses très sympa. Réservation plus que conseillée. Possibilité de manger en terrasse comme en intérieur

19/09/2024: Every time I go to get my bread there the two people who serve me are always unpleasant and this time I have to leave a review because despite the quality of their baguettes there is a problem with reception and deplorable customer service to flee! As a salesperson, I have never seen such a welcome, it’s a shame! And given the previous reviews, this confirms it!

09/02/2025: Un super accueil par un serveur hors norme dans la société individualiste d’aujourd’hui. D’une gentillesse avec une ouverture d’esprit qu’on trouve rarement. Si le resto ne paye pas de mine de l’extérieur quand on arrive avec le froid mordant, l’intérieur est conforme à ce que l’on attend d’un chalet d’altitude. Une déco au top, typique des montagnards. Et que dire de cet insert qui nous a réchauffé en moins de 5 minutes. Les plats servis étaient excellents. On s’est régalés. On y reviendra en famille la prochaine fois que l’on sera dans le coin. En tout cas, merci à Pascal de l’hôtel le Ferraillon a Abondance de nous avoir conseillé cette Rando avec ce point de chute. Ah oui, j’oubliais la vue. Merveilleux paysage en direct sur les dents du midi.

01/08/2024: Un accueil sympathique et serviable, dans un joli cadre sur le port, et une très bonne cuisine avec un rapport qualité/prix tout à fait raisonnable. A recommander.

29/07/2024: La cuisine est tantôt classique, tantôt créative et dans un cas comme dans l’autre très soignée, du début à la fin du repas. Ceviche, risotto, porcelet et tiramisu excellents. Le service est efficace et adapté. Une très bonne table.
