17/09/2024: Plus points, they looked after our bikes very well Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Breakfast was chaotic, no one seemed to be in charge and they kept running out of food. They promised gluten-free food which turned out to be dry crackers.

25/02/2026: We spent a two-night weekend there. The hotel's location is ideal (several castles nearby, etc.), the price is reasonable, and the rooms are spacious. However, for two nights, we had to change rooms, and both were spacious. There was no compensation offered. In February, the heating was working well. The receptionist was pleasant, but she must be everywhere and was difficult to find. Despite the rooms being cleaned during our absence, no toilet paper was provided, so we had to manage without. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30, but if you arrive around 9:15, it's no longer available. There's no lighting in the parking lot at night. Otherwise, the hotel has great potential, but there's a large room that serves little purpose other than displaying plants by the window. We didn't try the restaurant.

08/11/2025: I've stayed at this charming hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The welcome was lovely, the food excellent, and the breakfast very nice. The hotel is quiet and very well located, just 5 minutes from the motorway. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again to the whole team!

03/11/2025: Horrible, run away, it's so filthy!!! Not to mention the meal: €15 for a carrot and a frozen salmon fillet… For €20 more, there's a place a little further up the road. I'll know for next time 😅😅😅

13/09/2024: Hello everyone We spent 2 weeks with my wife at the Relais du Plessis Chalet, very attentive and very pleasant staff, the perfect environment, visit to village castles as well as varied activities for all, horseback riding etc etc we highly recommend this place without forgetting the SPA which is perfect we will come back with great pleasure

11/09/2024: To avoid very very bad experience with this establishment insect everywhere bug is mosquito unbearable smell swimming pool too dirty personal not welcoming especially the director who shouts at the children when they play turn off the lights in the residence at 10 p.m. and what's more he takes what he takes want on your deposit to avoid.

15/10/2024: My partner took this hotel with breakfast for a short romantic weekend with a visit to some of the magnificent castles of the Loire. We arrived on Friday evening, nothing to complain about the very cheerful and helpful welcome. The boss or one of the employees tells my partner that we have a free aperitif at the bar a little further away (I find that really nice), in short in the meantime we go to our room, very small unlike the photos, tiny bathroom, single glazing, a convector (toaster for purists) as heating and a hand basin as a sink. Anyway, we decide to take a shower to freshen up after the long drive. For the water to be hot it was necessary to run it for no less than 5 minutes, during this time we noticed that the water was flowing poorly so I removed the drain cover and removed the filter red so that the latter flows better, but when removing it we found lots of hair clinging to it from the former residents or even from those still before and maybe even further than that. Anyway, we finish our shower and when we get out we realize that the shower doors are not waterproof, the bathroom was flooded... After so much disappointment, we went to have our free and well-deserved aperitif, the bar owner was not aware, we still had our drink but the bad experience continued. The next morning we go downstairs, all excited at the idea of ​​breaking our bellies with the famous hotel breakfasts... We arrive in the room and there is nothing, no one, literally nothing and no one, so just two poor people pots with cereals there for a long time to have tasted one... After a few minutes of staying in the hotel lobby we came across a poster saying that breakfast is taken at the bar opposite, our face lights up again and we cross the street, enter and introduce ourselves, obviously the lady not aware of our coming and therefore annoyed but always smiling and very friendly, we still had lunch but far from breaking, and obviously the same thing is repeated on Sunday morning for breakfast, the lady was not aware of our coming. That's what concerns our short stay in this hotel, we didn't feel cold it's true, but simple glazing and convectors in a hotel in 2024 I didn't think that was possible, the water must flow for a long time for heating, multiplied by the number of rooms the energy footprint is heavy...
