20/10/2024: Bonsoir, Je suis venu avec mon beau père. Il a pris un demi poulet rôti ( ce qui est bien mis sur le ticket ) au final on lui donne une petite cuisse du poulet.. les frites pâteuse et molle. J’ai pris un plat cuisiné ( crevette Tikka massala), le riz était à peine cuit. Je vous conseille celui de chambray les tours. Bonne soirée.

20/09/2024: Rude boss... We have two coffees and kindly ask to fill our water bottle for our baby and his response: "here we don't fill water bottles, we sell bottles"... The problem is not the answer, but the unpleasant tone...

03/11/2024: The hotel to escape!!!. I booked a room for two nights at the Ambacia Tours Sud hotel in Saint-Avertin 37550. We chose the proximity of this hotel to the party hall because we were there for a wedding. What a disappointment when we arrived. I stay in a 3-star hotel and therefore pay the price of a 3-star for a certain comfort. My husband and I were surprised when we arrived at a parking lot without maintenance (dilapidated exterior) with just a small, very weak light inside. We had doubts, perhaps believing that the hotel was closed. The irony was when we discovered the room, the stained carpet and dirty wallpaper, dilapidated bathroom with an obvious lack of ventilation, it was total, a bathroom with black joints, the cracked sink , stained walls... The only positive point is the comfortable and clean bedding. Very noisy hotel, not well insulated. We hear the conversations of the people in the next room as if we were in the same room. Lunches mediocre for the price, the first day we arrived at 8 a.m. for breakfast there were almost no pastries left. In the basket a few disheveled chocolate bars, we ask if we can have croissants, the lady will tell us that she does not manage the catering, she is just a chambermaid. But still come back a few minutes later to tell us that there is a croissant left. What intrigued us was that this maid was at reception all weekend. And she's the same one who gave us our bill. I didn't hesitate to ask her if she wore several hats? Apparently she was replacing a colleague who was on sick leave that day. Anyway. This Sunday we were able to have the croissants but not cooked so bread with butter and that's all for the price honestly! The hotel needs a good renovation! Also for a little anecdote. If you have to pay by holiday check, check and do the counting together with the person at the checkout so as not to have any surprises 😧.

18/10/2024: The friendliness of the salespeople was as good as the quality of their products, that is to say, chi3r! They told me the formula was €10.50, telling me everything I was entitled to and in the end I found myself paying more because there was actually a supplement. One of the salespeople was so happy to work in this store that she yelled at me while I was choosing the right drink because I crossed an invisible line that "customers are not allowed to cross"...what a horror!

17/08/2024: table in the tea room not cleaned and the toilets not very clean, water leak on the floor, could do better otherwise the pastries and the service are good

11/09/2024: We came to treat ourselves to a snack and to each request the answer was: we have more. The service is long and not very pleasant. We ended up having 2 coffees... very disappointed

03/09/2024: It's really very good, the staff is very welcoming and always with a smile, the premises are really very clean

09/09/2024: At the entrance, near the access to the toilets, smells of urine... (clean all the same, but no soap) - then, I make a purchase for lunch: the cash register does not accept check cards lunch: to my questioning, the cashier replied “it’s not me, it’s the machine!!! ", I retort that it's more a choice of the manager and answer "it's not a sandwich, they decided to sort it out a while ago.." 😂😂 since when, we decide for me what I eat!! I had yogurt. It would just be interesting to inform the staff so that customers are not taken for idiots 😉

07/09/2024: Poorly maintained toilets (aging and dirty) 1 in 5 coffee machines work and the drinks distributed have nothing to do with those ordered (lack of ingredients) to make the recipe. Far from the service offered by Total or even Leclerc stations.

18/08/2024: Order placed for 8 p.m. collected at 8:30 p.m.

26/07/2024: First and last delivery experience, 1 hour 40 minutes of waiting, not warned before pressing the delivery option. I call the manager he offers me three euros reduction, a big joke Edit: we reached 1h50, cancellation of the order, first time this has happened to me. The best would perhaps be to have an order quota so that it doesn't happen anymore...
