27/03/2026: I've known this place for years. It's my adopted Kabyle family in Rabat, and the two brothers who co-manage it are fantastic. I most often order a rare flank steak with shallots and fries. A sure thing. Never disappointed, and I'm quite demanding, being a former bistro owner myself. The atmosphere is friendly and unpretentious, with a team that takes excellent care of its customers, who are often friends. Go without hesitation. Hope to see you there sometime, dressed in my Viking garb.

06/04/2026: A superb discovery for us on Easter Sunday. Looking for a typical spot in the Lille metropolitan area, we weren't disappointed. The initial phone call and reservation were already a sign of a great time to come. Upon arrival, we received a fantastic welcome, a friendly chat, and were offered several tables to ensure we were comfortable while we ate. It's rare that such a service is offered, so I must mention how pleased we were to have a choice. I also appreciated the suggestions made without any pressure to sell, simply to inform us about the available options. We opted for a starter, a main course, and a gourmet coffee for dessert. The dishes were delicious, yet simple (the best thing about cooking, in my opinion), the portions were generous (photos included), and the service was impeccable, delivered within a reasonable timeframe for a busy holiday. The restaurant offers an enclosed dining room at the entrance, a heated, enclosed pergola at the back, and an outdoor terrace. Plenty to keep the two servers busy, who are never overwhelmed and always smiling and attentive to the requests of the seated customers. We will gladly return. Thank you for everything.

The owner's cuisine is exceptional. I stayed for a week and every day he prepared outstanding dishes. Eating here is a journey; the flavors, the taste—everything is perfect. The housekeeping staff, the waiters, and the owner offer a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
