12/12/2025: We had a fantastic meal at Le Crocodile! Theo and Shanon served us and made our experience incredible! They were so friendly and helpful. Add to that a great all-you-can-eat buffet, delicious appetizers and desserts, excellent main courses, and of course, unlimited drinks. All this in a warm atmosphere and a beautiful setting. And at a very reasonable price! We absolutely stuffed ourselves! Thanks again to the team and to Le Crocodile.

05/12/2024: What a nice surprise! Finally, an estaminet which comes off the traditional rue de Gand and where there are inevitably fewer people. And less difficulty parking... The welcome is impeccable, the decoration just perfect and the cuisine simply delicious and generous. The service is done with heart and I very warmly recommend this estaminet. Well done !

15/12/2024: première expérience particulièrement agreable. La salle est de taille raisonable, propre, bien éclairée. La porte s'ouvre vers le mur ce qui évite l'entrée d'air froid directement sur les clients. Bien décorée pour Noël. La cuisine est simple mais de très bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié la présentation de nos entrés (saumon et saint jacques). Le plat principal (rognons de veau sauce moutarde) cuit comme demandé avec sauce très équilibrée et surtout, j'insiste, sur la qualité des légumes frais de saison. Un plat relarquable. La Saint Jacques de mon épouse était elle aussi, remarquable. Rien à dire sur les vins (blanc et rouge) servis au verre. Une mention particulière sur le service. La jeune fille qui nous a servi a immédiatement attiré notre attention. Nous avons tout de suite réalisé qu'elle était en école hotelière: Sa tenue, son attitude, la manière de nous présenter le menu, explications sur les plats, nous a demandé quelle cuisson pour les rognons, n'a pass attendu que la corbeille de pain soit vide (restait une tranche) pour en apporter une autre, nous a tout de suite indiqué qu'il n'y avait plus de magret de canard aujourd'hui, bref une vraie professionnelle à qui nous souhaitons la réussite. Chapeau Mademoiselle. Le chef en cuisine toujours de bonne humeur en sifflant. Nous l'avons remercié et lui avons signalé la qualité du service. Certes ce n'est pas donné mais le rapport qualité prix est raisonnable. Un grand merci à tous et soyez certain que nous reviendrons. Bien cordialement. Un couple de retraités de FOURMIES.

31/08/2024: Good welcome, a friendly and smiling team. Good woody atmosphere inside. The beef tartare is very good, nice meat, the carbs are well made and the piece of beef is very tender. A good mousse 🍺 "Dominicans" on tap, you don't find it easily, it's a good choice. In short, come on board, sailors, you will not be disappointed

10/08/2024: Excellent meal, the dish of the day consisting of a salmon casserole was very good. Sitting on a shaded terrace, we particularly appreciated the kindness and welcome of the waiters! Many thanks again.

03/11/2024: Entrée impeccable, rie de veau aussi. Le plat de noix de St Jacques tiède et le dessert. l faudrait changer l intitulé de la mousse tiède en soupe au chocolat . Quand à l addition salé quand on prend pas le dessert dans le menu.

29/09/2024: Une belle adresse dans les Weppes. Le sommelier est très bon. Malgré tout même si les matières premières sont qualitatives, n’espérez pas une quelconque amélioration du chef sur vos propositions éclairées, un peu trop réfractaire à la notion d’amélioration continue… à suivre.

08/10/2024: Très bon accueil. Cadre un peu bruyant. Bon service et cuisine correcte. Une sauce un peu froide et figée sous les pommes de terre qui gâche un peu le cochon plutôt bon malgré la moutarde trop dominante. Un mix fish and chips posé sur de la salade, Bref un repas correct mais qui ne nous laissera pas un grand souvenir gustatif. Resto sympa avec une cuisine simple et correcte.
