18/04/2026: The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere unwatchable. The waiter was very helpful and friendly, even though we were not speaking the same language. The staff was very attentive and with a smile on their faces, the tables were clean and the serving time was surprisingly fast. The food was very good. I tried the Welsh Complet and it was super good (and very fulfilling, i suggest to come here with an empty stomach). The atmosphere was cozy and warm. The decor is very suiting and nostalgic. I highly recommend you to come here!

08/07/2025: A deplorable experience – avoid! We received one of the worst possible welcomes at this crêperie. We arrived when there was visible space in the dining room (including the basement), and the manager told us it was full, forcing us to dine on the terrace... even though it was going to rain. Despite our comment about the impending weather (which was confirmed 20 minutes later), he categorically refused to let us in or lower the blinds. The result: dining in a drizzle, completely absurd. The crêpes served weren't even the ones we ordered: one "Indian" and one "Oriental," which had nothing to do with the descriptions. Bland ingredients, rushed service, and, above all, the manager's arrogant, contemptuous, and unprofessional attitude. Other customers left to avoid eating in the rain, and any attempt at common sense was ignored. Absolutely avoid. There are many other crêperies in Lille where customers are respected and where they know what hospitality means.

29/03/2026: The Morisson is a friendly and versatile spot: a restaurant at lunchtime and a bar in the evening, making it a great place to go at any time of day. Its biggest strength is definitely the concept: all pints are €5 (except for the Paix Dieu), and best of all, there's no happy hour – the price is the same all day long. Frankly, it's rare and incredibly convenient; no need to keep an eye on the time. The atmosphere is convivial, especially in the evening, with a great vibe. At lunchtime, it's quieter, which is perfect for a relaxed meal.

06/03/2026: We went to this café to use the restroom, in exchange, of course, for buying a drink. We explained this to the man behind the bar, but the reception was appalling and disrespectful—something I've rarely seen from a business owner—even though we intended to sit down and have a drink. In short, if you want to be treated well, go somewhere else.

29/03/2026: A charming little country restaurant with a menu focused on local products, such as beef kebabs cooked over an open fire. The meal was very good for the price. The only downside might be the wait while your food is being prepared; luckily, the rillettes served with toast made the wait more bearable. ;) Otherwise, I would recommend making a reservation. I'm not sure if the restaurant has tables available without one, and given the delicious food, that's understandable. ;)

20/04/2026: A very warm welcome from an attentive and professional team. The quality of the food was excellent; everything was perfectly executed and delicious. The only slight drawback was the lack of a steak knife. That said, it's almost a minor detail given how incredibly tender the meat was. A great place that I highly recommend.

18/04/2026: We've been trying out the new owners since they reopened in early April, and we loved it! The team is very professional with a friendly atmosphere, but above all, the food is homemade. We'll be back! I highly recommend it!

26/02/2026: I've been coming from Lille 2 or 3 times a year specifically for the generous and delicious food at reasonable prices for over 30 years, and yesterday was a huge disappointment. Where's the menu gone? Where's the choice? Where's the set menu? Just a few choices on a chalkboard and the prices have gone up significantly. A real letdown, it's disappointing. What a shame, it used to be a superb place. 😒

06/03/2026: Hotel located very close to the A2 motorway exit, easily accessible and with secure parking. Our room was on the second floor (no elevator), rather small, clean, and had a comfortable double bed. We found the hotel very quiet; the rooms seemed well soundproofed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, served buffet-style (although the dining room could use a little updating).

14/01/2026: The hotel has creaky wooden floors, so if your upstairs neighbor isn't asleep, you can't sleep either, as you hear every step and every movement. I was really disappointed with this experience.
