13/07/2024: My husband forgot to pick some cash up as we left the room. He contacted the hotel within 30 minutes of leaving. The staff were extremely unhelpful and just told him the money was not there. The bar was closed as early as 22.00 in the evening, with no warning. It was advertised to be open until 24.00 hours. The price we were charged for drinks was inconsistant and usually more than it should be, including an extra 2€ for milk. You are a target audience as there is nowhere else to go, locally. I wouldn't recommend this hotel

21/09/2024: Although we were used to this place, we never had a problem. This time, that was not the case. Inedible veal stir-fry, weird sauce. Rice on the side that was swimming in oil. In the end, 1 out of 3 people get sick in the evening. Even if it's not usual, it could be a problem in the kitchen, but the meal is limited. To see if we ever try again

I asked you for a little time so that I could finish my lunch preparation, and then serve you, even if I was closed. Yes, I made a mistake on the machine button, I couldn't serve you your desired ice cream! I apologized for my mistake, it was 11:40. Yes, I was on a cigarette break before my lunch shift. So given that I still hadn't started my service, my dishes were still in a cooler, well protected from dust and cold. I think that you would have found your place in my coolers, it would perhaps (which I doubt) have helped to calm your ardor and your gratuitous nastiness with your wounded ego, but I think that even the ice cream turbines do not can do nothing about your wicked and gratuitous stupidity. Your need for everything for you and everyone at once can only do you a disservice. I congratulate you for your lies, your nastiness, your deceit and your well-anchored but slightly shifted 7th chakra side. 17/08/2024: I don't like to give a negative review, but this restaurant is not up to par with the surrounding competition. I did 3 tests spread over 1 year before posting this comment: Long and perfectible service (no offer if something is missing on the menu/obligated to ask several times if you want bread or cheese) The quality is good but the taste and preparation can be improved because the addition is at the same level as the competitors.

15/08/2024: The food is very good and the service is top notch thanks to a brunette waitress with long hair, according to the ticket, whose name is Helena, always very pleasant, smiling and friendly. Hoping that she is often congratulated by her superiors!

07/09/2024: Very friendly staff. We ask one of the waitresses if we can have a chopped steak or nuggets for our 12 year old son, we are told no, that if he wants the steak or the nuggets, we have to get the burgers at full price. A 2nd waitress comes, we ask her the same question and she answers the same thing as the 1st waitress 😲.16€95 for a steak or nuggets 😡waaaa. As they didn't want to know anything, we left the restaurant and went across the street to the Buffalo grill. Too bad 🤨

08/09/2024: My parents went there recently, and left delighted, with a very warm welcome, and the icing on the cake, the terraces are simply magnificent, with a surprising view, I highly recommend this restaurant!
