The boss serves you like a king and is kind. I had an American filet and it smells homemade. Everything was very good, the meat a delight, the homemade dishes and the products from the region. Well done to the cook and the waitress, I had a pleasant evening.

17/06/2024: My family and I went for brunch at the Ermitage in June. Let's start with the positives. The cuisine is excellent, really varied and delicious. The setting is very pleasant, it is nicely decorated and cared for. The staff is attentive and takes great care. You were adorable, thank you again. Let's continue with the bridges to improve. Wooden spoons are available next to coffee cups and paper napkins await you on the table with your place setting. In a place like this, cloth napkins and regular spoons are more than naturally more at home than wood and paper. Concerning the buffet, access is much too narrow and it becomes really annoying to have to elbow to move around or help yourself freely, it was really very unpleasant to be all on top of each other to choose your food. The crepe chef. So, adorable, but her hygiene left me doubtful... her apron was dirty: the white was more than faded and large grease stains appeared on the fabric, right down to the back... when we arrived at the start of the service! Well, I refused the pancakes he offered me, really doubting their cleanliness. I didn't once see him wash his hands when he left his pancake stand to touch dirty dishes or anything else... In short, we had a great time as a family, it was really very pleasant. Would I come back? I'm thinking of skipping it, quite honestly, for my next brunches. It's up to you to form your own opinion, mine couldn't be more complete!

24/09/2024: Location is central but ventilation is very poor. Air conditioning did not work in the entire hotel for 3 days and nothing was done about it. Very unfortunate to have to sleep in a closed room at temperatures that are too high.

24/09/2024: The hotel is very close to the city center. There is a parking garage in the adjacent train station. The hotel's restaurant and lobby are pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good. There was no toilet paper in the room (to be precise - there were two nearly finished rolls). However, the receptionist provided a roll upon request.

17/09/2024: Rien à redire... Nous avons testé le Brunch de La Flamme dimanche 15 septembre et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Accueil au top et un buffet délicieux avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable... Malgré l'afflux de clients (visiblement plusieurs manifestations dans les salons), le service était impeccable... Nous reviendrons sans hésiter...

(1 caipirinha, 1 burratta mojito and crispy chicken) As a main course, the onglet was well cooked as I requested, however the caramelized onions were not caramelized, no taste, even cloying because of all the oil and the salad was also bathed in too much vinaigrette, which spoiled my taste. flat. The service was once again pleasant and very fast, which is a plus for lunch breaks.

24/09/2024: We ate there during a short weekend exploring the region and highly recommend this exceptional restaurant offering regional dishes…… Magnificent, a warm welcome and a succulent meal, mainly composed of local products. Despite the 450km that separates us, we are already thinking of coming back to eat there!
