14/10/2026: I just called to ask if it was possible to reserve a cake. However, the person I spoke to didn't seem very courteous. I understand that reservations should be made directly in the store, but there's a way to treat customers. A little courtesy and professionalism would have been appreciated.

14/10/2026: A very nice cafe with delicious cakes and coffee. However, it's expensive and if you're unlucky, you might have to wait.

27/08/2026: A very good little restaurant with excellent staff; definitely a must-try in Dunkirk. The only problem is finding it, as it's not very visible, but honestly, it's fantastic.

20/08/2026: A hidden spot of French cuisine in the alleys of Dunkirk. French old style soup, delicious appetizers and modern day dishes are available. Price fair and very good quality. The salmon appetizer has a smooth and soft taste. The soup is rich in ingredients with balance in mussels quantity. Stylish desserts to end your gastronomy trip. A must go cozy restaurant after a hard day at work.

23/06/2026: Hello, I had heard great things about your pastry shop, but now I understand why the young saleswoman didn't show me the pavlova! It was supposed to serve 6 people at 5 euros a slice. It wasn't tall enough, the fruit was minimal, and look at the size (if I may add a photo), it was the size of my hand...it's shameful, barely enough for 4 people, if that. In response to your message left today, I didn't see the dessert because I was only shown a box tied with string. So, I'm not questioning the price of the cake, but the size! As for the pavlova recipe, the meringue isn't flat but hollowed out, not filled with 1 cm of cream and a few scattered fruits. It's a shame you don't consider the quality and quantity of your pastries. Sincerely.

01/07/2026: There's a big party (school prom?) happening at the chateau this evening. I would expect a hotel to notify its guests of such an event. I have a long travel day tomorrow and was expecting an early night (especially being mid-week).

24/04/2026: A very beautiful and charming hotel. It's a real treat to be able to work remotely from their garden overlooking the lake. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. The only improvement worth noting is that they don't have a dinner menu; they might suggest what they have available at the time.

15/10/2026: I came for dinner today to celebrate my 45th birthday. First time and it won't be the last. Quick and efficient service, little to no wait. Excellent fries and my Maroilles cheese burger was delicious. Great outdoor area.

11/09/2026: Good welcome, good restaurant, warm and pleasant place, I go there every Thursday to have a drink with friends and sometimes stay for dinner.

25/09/2026: Based on the great reviews on the website, we went for lunch. The cocktails were fantastic, and the welche and potjevleesch were excellent, all served by Tristan, a lovely, charming, and very helpful waiter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So we came back in the evening for drinks. We'd spotted some amazing cocktails that were absolutely incredible!!! And Tristan was as pleasant as ever. 👍

03/10/2026: A superb restaurant in Dunkirk, in a refined and very pleasant setting where we received a very warm welcome. The meal was delicious. We will definitely be back.

14/02/2026: Honestly, not great. The woman who served us was very friendly. But the food was really not very good, especially for the price... The tables weren't clean even though there were only a few people in the restaurant.

16/06/2026: Nice hotel on our way to Calais. Beautiful town with some nice walks around the old city walls. Very dog friendly place. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was so much nicer than an Ibis! A few minor points: shower only ran hot (in 2 rooms), very squeaky floorboards (room 38) and it would be good to had a few hooks for our coats.

11/04/2026: Meal with members of an association; everyone was very satisfied, the food was excellent, and the products were fresh. Highly recommended.

05/09/2026: We went there this summer and ordered ice cream, but were disappointed with the service and the ice cream served...

05/09/2026: Disgusting!! Management is taking us for fools!! False advertising! On the Friday before the Braderie, so fewer people around, we ordered 3 chickens with Maroilles cheese for €17.50 = cheap, battery-farmed chicken breast with absolutely no taste, cooked in water...😳 not even grilled and covered in a béchamel sauce with 1 gram of Maroilles cheese in it. So, not even Maroilles sauce for Lille! False advertising! They're taking the people of Lille and tourists for fools! Go somewhere else

30/06/2026: The best pizzas in Annoeullin. Always delivered piping hot and generously topped. Plus, the service is always warm and delivery times are more than respected. I highly recommend them!

16/05/2026: I recommend them. I always get delivery... and they're always on time and the pizza is very good.
