29/08/2024: Was welcomed by very kind and helpful staff. My room was on the 3rd floor, lift is available. The hall smells clean, room also clean. The room itself is VERY small, if you don’t like tight spaces be aware of this. The bathroom especially is very close to the door entrance and toilet is kind of strange to flush. The sink water drains a bit slow. Lovely showers, some free soap available. Hair dryer works ok. Tv also works. The bed was also good, the pillows heavenly. But it is very noisy in the evening, the doors shut loud which is really a down point. All in all, okay to stay for 1 night but probably not longer than that.
18/08/2024: Third stay at the Napoléon for me, always pleasant service and ideal location next to Lille Flandre station for access to the city center, I recommend ☺️

10/09/2024: Welcome and pleasant and fast service. Very good food and very generous quantity. I recommend this restaurant!
03/09/2024: Excellent ! Very warm welcome, smiling and warm.
The dishes are very good and plentiful, and really inexpensive (60€/4prs) I would return with great pleasure.
The only small negative point for me was that it just lacked background music.

06/10/2024: J’ai pris une terrine qui semble faite maison puis du saumon cuit à point avec bonne sauce , purée de céleri bonne et du riz. En dessert un fondant au chocolat excellent, fondant à cœur , pas trop sucré et de goût chocolat profond. Pour mes amis , la salade de gésiers était bien servie. Le plat de porc était moyen , en particulier les endives « braisées » étaient trop peu cuites ( et au four ??) et la tarte au sucre contient de la crème ? 😕
Excellent vin blanc fruité Cote de Gascogne. Bouteille d’eau locale de l’Avesnois très bonne

On the other hand, 1 hour between the time I got in and I left, except that it was takeaway.
I ordered a buger and fries (small) + a beer = 15th, I find it expensive for a chip shop. And disappointment at home, the burger does not correspond at all to the order...
The boss's capital sympathy will not have been enough, in the end it's disappointing.

07/09/2024: Nous y venions pour la 2éme fois dans le cadre d'un événement familial. toujours aussi satisfaits quand à l'environnement, la qualité du repas. Le personnel très agréable, est très attentif et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Mention particulière à notre petit serveur qui a assuré le service malgré un collègue absent, toujours avec le sourire et dans la bienveillance. Nous aurons plaisir à y revenir si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.

03/09/2024: It's a very "useful" store because they have a lot of choice, however I feel like I'm in the parapharmacy of a garden center, a lot of coatings for not much, except buying more. As for the price, you have to be aware that this is the garden center of the elite. No good deals on that front, but the place might be nice. There's a rooster hanging out in the parking lot, it's my favorite.

02/01/2025: An improvised restaurant at the last minute and what a great discovery! A warm welcome, we were with our 3 year old daughter and we immediately felt at ease. She was able to play with her toys in a corner bench and even dance. In terms of cuisine, we had a delicious and generous taste journey. Thank you Alain!

21/09/2024: Although we were used to this place, we never had a problem. This time, that was not the case. Inedible veal stir-fry, weird sauce. Rice on the side that was swimming in oil. In the end, 1 out of 3 people get sick in the evening. Even if it's not usual, it could be a problem in the kitchen, but the meal is limited. To see if we ever try again

No fuss in these places
The manager is super friendly and attentive
The menu is very simple but effective, you choose your grill and it's necessarily fries or baked potatoes + salad as an accompaniment but as much as you want!!!
The sausages are very good, the andouillettes a little less so. Are the pork ribs delicious!!
There are all prices from 11 euros (sausage) to 27 euros (lamb)
Dessert menu a little light but it's enough

As a family we had the pleasure of eating well-served and tasty dishes with impeccable presentation.
As for the Mr who served us with kindness, he reminded me of the classy era of brasseries by being dressed in a white shirt and black pants, impeccable service also I recommend +++++++
