18/06/2025: Friendly atmosphere and menu, the problem is that the waitress has no sense of humor and therefore skips the table for service. To tell you the truth, we had the dessert menu and waited for over 10 minutes without seeing anyone: we left to pay and go get coffee and dessert elsewhere.

30/04/2026: First visit today and I have mixed feelings…
The wait for our order was very long; we felt a bit forgotten.
The food is good, but the €10 mojito was frankly disappointing… When it came time to pay, we felt invisible, as the staff preferred to talk about tips…
It's a shame, because the terrace and the main square make for a very pleasant setting!
On the other hand, we ate well, but the service needs improvement!

13/03/2026: The fries and meats on offer are very good overall. The staff is quite pleasant. I don't understand the negative reviews, especially since there wasn't a chip shop in Sars-Poteries a few years ago. Many of them must be McDonald's fans 😫

28/05/2026: OUTRAGEOUS. Pork with more fat than meat, and undercooked to boot. The result? My son, who's usually in excellent health, suffered food poisoning. Unfortunately, we didn't get the tests done to file a complaint with the health authorities, but if you value your life, don't go there.

13/05/2026: The team is fantastic (owner and waitresses) and the food is superb, no complaints about the quality, the dishes are incredibly delicious and excellent (20/20)! However, the pop music playing on repeat is pure torture for a metalhead's ears. I'll definitely be back for the taste, the service, and the excellent food, but I'll be wearing headphones!

The waitresses went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly... Well done to them... Delighted as always... We'll be back

The restaurant is in a magnificent setting, reflecting the Royal Hainaut.
The food was excellent: generous portions, refined and delicious, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The servers were pleasant, attentive, and smiling.
I highly recommend this establishment.
23/05/2026: Quite disappointed with our experience here. I arrived at 7:30 p.m. with my wife for her birthday and chose to dine here because we were attending the candlelight show at the same venue afterwards. Unfortunately, our food was not served until 8:40 p.m., leaving us only about 10 minutes to eat before we had to rush to the show. The long wait put a damper on what was meant to be a special evening. While delays can happen, we would have appreciated better communication and a sincere apology.

The servers are great and very friendly, but the owners are snubbing customers. As a result, we haven't tried the food yet.
