Suitable for a meal that can be quick at lunchtime, if desired, or relaxed and prolonged. Already came several times for meaningful moments, I have never regretted it, Thanks again

11/09/2024: Bel endroit, belle ambiance. Je n’ai mis que 3 étoiles car un peu déçu. Nous étions venu pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Avec deux enfants, nous demandons donc un menu version enfant. Pour 15€, steack haché surgelé ( precisé par la serveuse) ou nuggets et une boule de glace bonbon. Un peu abusé pour ce genre de restaurant, je m’attendais à mieux. Nous avons déja fait des restau gastronomiques avec les enfants et le plat était meilleur et moins cher que là. En apéro, un gaspacho servi dans des anciennes tasses à café… et des croustillants au fromage surgelés (précisé par la serveuse) un peu limite . L’entrée et le plat etait trés bon, rien à redire (foie gras, cuisses de grenouilles, ris de veau et escalope de veau aux morilles) Par contre le dessert, nous avions pris la farandole de desserts et c’etait vraiment pas terrible. Au vue de la quantité de sucre, nous avons douté que ce soit fait maison… je n’ai meme pas su finir. Meme mon fils qui est un adepte de mousse au chocolat n’a pas aimé à cause du sucre. J’ai trouvé l’addition cher pour avoir pas mal de surgelé et des desserts pas tiptop. Il y a de meilleurs restaurants dans l’avesnois. Perso 1 ere et derniere fois pr nous.

15/08/2024: Everything was very good from the appetizer to the dessert, the sweetbreads were very plentiful, however the morels were a little short, just the wait was a little long but it must be said that there were people there

18/10/2025: I came to pick up a roast chicken to go today. Great welcome, helpful, smiling and full of good advice. The chicken was excellent. The mushrooms, the sauce and the caramelized onions are to die for. Best place in the area for Saturday lunch roast chicken!!!!

07/07/2024: Very nice address with unusual decor and concept on the theme of flea markets. The homemade dishes, of course very fresh, are succulent and served with good portions, except for the fries, served a little thin, for which I would have liked to have been offered a supplement during the meal to avoid the waste. Diverse choice of draft beers. The whole team is remarkable for their kindness, especially the adorable young servers! Thank you to the whole team for your welcome.

30/08/2024: Pizza ordered I didn't receive the right pizza, finally I took a forest one and no mushrooms. The person I speak to on the phone tells me, the only thing missing is the mushrooms!! Well yes basic forestry there are mushrooms. in short I stay with my pizza otherwise I had I had to wait.. No commercial gesture not very cool. On the other hand, nice delivery man.

10/08/2024: The staff is pleasant and the pizzas are good, however eating on site upstairs is not at all clean and there is a lot of dirt!!! Please review hygiene!!!!!!

26/10/2024: Tres bonne brasserie avec menu qui change chaque jour, toujours du poisson au menu. A souligner : l originalité, la qualité, la présentation. Plat d agneau copieux, celui de Saint jacques pas trop. Il faut savoir que le lieu est très bruyant, et qu'il est de coutume de mettre des aliments froids dans des assiettes chaudes (accompagnement des saint jacques, crémeux de maïs de l 'entrée) C est particulier mais on peut demander chauds. Belles propositions de vin. Photos de selle d agneau aux herbes, Saint jacques, crémeux de maïs et œuf parfait, crottin de Chavignol pané.

18/08/2024: The Verlaine, big brother of Rimbaud in Cormontaigne, also offers high quality cuisine, the staff is very pleasant and the dishes change every day. To try without hesitation even if you just have a beer.

31/08/2024: I go out to eat very often and I'm never disappointed, sometimes I take a plate with my girlfriend, it's very generous and well served, I love going there.

01/12/2024: ¡Horrible experiencia! Encontré un pelo en mi ensalada y lo marqué. No se dan disculpas. 5 minutos después encontré otro pelo en mi crepé. Lo señalé de nuevo al dueño. Ella tomó el plato y dijo "no es un pelo, es un pelo de pincel"! Le dije que era un pelo de verdad y entonces ella respondió groseramente "no puede pasar, están todos afeitados abajo". El pelo venía del interior del crepé. Aún no hay disculpas. Después de 5 minutos me dijeron que compraría un crepé nuevo. ¡Ese nuevo crespón nunca llegó y tuve que decirles que no se molestaran! Muy malos métodos de higiene y dueño extremadamente grosero!

15/11/2024: La personne nous ayant servi est très agréable et très professionnelle. Elle discute sans déranger le repas et aime son travail L’emplacement de notre table ( dans le couloir d’entrée ) n’était pas top car nous sommes souvent bousculé par le passage incessant. La crêpe n’est ni très bonne ni très mauvaise, je pense qu’elle pourrait être nettement meilleure . Ça ne sera pas une expérience inoubliable
