28/09/2024: Ce matin , j’y suis allée pour acheter 8 baguettes et 2 tartes aux fruits pour un anniversaire , en sortant , j’ai malheureusement fait tomber une des tartes qui s’est retournée...irrécupérable , hélas ! J’y suis donc retrournée pour en acheter une autre ...eh bien elle m’a été offerte !!incroyable ! Je n’en reviens toujours pas!! Merci infiniment ! Vraiment!

07/09/2024: Pitiful service, served in 5 minutes even after ordering an aperitif. And I'm not talking about the pile of meat including the carbonade, to believe that they have free meat, in short, waste!! We will not return there.

06/09/2024: I tried Le Welch au Poulet, and it was beyond my expectations! If you're in Lille and looking to try something new and delicious, I highly recommend giving it a go.

30/10/2024: It's been 2 weeks since I went to this restaurant, I didn't know it at all. A great discovery. Located in the city center, I would definitely return. Recommended.

05/09/2024: After our walk in the city, we had a real relaxing time in this bar/restaurant. The “Rouge Baisers” ice cream sundaes were really excellent! Small downside all the same. When we ordered cold drinks, we told the waitress that we were going to order ice cream afterwards. She came twice, but we hadn't finished our drinks yet. We sensed a certain annoyance on his part… Well, nothing too bad. As a result, she never came again and sent her colleague when we decided to order the ice cream sundaes. The establishment has a beautiful terrace on the Grand Place in Cassel and the prices are affordable.

20/09/2024: Overpriced catering! I ordered an American steak, two small pots of mayo and ketchup sauce and two 33 cl drinks for the modest sum of €19.50. Everything is counted extra. A small pot of sauce €1, the two salad leaves in the American salad €1€50, a 33cl Perrier €3, the pepper sauce in the bread €1! I will never set foot in this establishment again.

09/07/2025: I hate doing this. But this is truly disappointing, and I think even food safety is compromised. I asked for "a Point" meat, which was almost raw, and the portion was small. The fries weren't fresh either, and my companions also received dry ribs with a kind of gelatinous slurry. The burger was still reasonably good. But this is definitely not recommended. The view was good, and the prices were reasonable. But I can't imagine anyone leaving here happy.

08/07/2025: Horrible, overpriced dinner with poor quality food. Dishes were promising on the menu but dismal on the plate. Move on.

21/07/2024: Salle louée pour un mariage .. Déçue sur la propreté de la cuisine , de la salle etc .. état des tables pas terrible !!! aucune lumière de la terrasse au parking , marches pour accéder à la terrasse donc pas PMR !!!!

28/09/2024: Excellent ! Soirée entre amis, nous étions 8. Tout les convives on adoré Planche à partager copieuse. Burger bien gourmand, suprême de poulet au maroilles délicieux et paleron de bœuf tendre. Les desserts étaient tout aussi gourmand et bon. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. Merci pour votre accueil.

08/10/2024: You don't have to be in a hurry and above all have to eat well in the morning! 2 tbsp of puree, 1/2 crunchy apple and a Toulouse sausage... as for dessert, if you are allergic to Gluten, it's impossible to replace it! The setting is beautiful.

20/01/2025: I would like to report a disappointing experience that I encountered several times in your establishment. Being a regular customer of your KFC, I was surprised by the unprofessional behavior of one of your managers (in any case she must be the only one), who often seems to lack friendliness towards customers. However, what pushed me to write this message mainly concerns the use of loyalty points at the drive. This is now the second time that I have been refused to use my loyalty points on the pretext that they are not applicable to the drive. However, this excuse seems unfounded, because I was able to use my points without problem in another KFC, also via the drive. This gives the impression that staff, particularly at the drive-thru, are not properly trained or do not want to make the effort to apply this option, which is unacceptable. I would like to remind you that it is not a question of money, but a question of respect for the customer and the commitments of your loyalty program. I will not return to this establishment if this type of problem persists, and if so, next time, I will ask for the complaints log directly. Please take this feedback into account to improve training and the quality of service in this restaurant.

18/01/2025: The friendliness of the teams needs to be reviewed The cleanliness of the restaurant needs to be reviewed The sauces are not unlimited, which is understandable, however you still have to put some in the sandwiches (just to respect KFC recipes) One of the terminals has a touchscreen problem (unless it's because of the grease on it)

26/02/2025: your explanations for your closure are more than risky you know very well that the covid crisis plus the economic crisis plus the transformation of the Place d'Arme into a pedestrian zone which caused the surrounding businesses to lose 40% of their customers plus the closure of the Passage des Flanders on December 3 completed the disaster in just 3 months 10 license 4 establishments (bars bistros restaurants) closed for bankruptcy! in Valenciennes you are the 10th and everyone noted this so as not to incriminate the municipal team when it is the turn of the SET I wonder how you will react! note: responding to a dissatisfied customer the day before the permanent closure of the establishment that you are going to improve the table service is at the highest level!

17/07/2024: We were all disappointed, first of all by the very limited choice of dishes: pieces of red meat or pieces of fish, no prepared dish, too bad for the price of the dishes. We were therefore expecting quality accompaniments, but what a disappointment when we saw the plate. Very little quantity (one pdt / person), and much too simple!

27/09/2024: Critical time in France: Entering a brasserie to drink a long coffee at 11:30 a.m.: The mouth, near the door, removal of the cup as soon as you have consumed the last drop by a waiter who says nothing and without a smile. Followed within 4 minutes (11:56 a.m.) by a person who asks you if you have placed an order. The price quite high. I prefer establishments that refuse or reserve a corner for drinks only, which is not uncommon in front of a train station (train between 12 p.m.-2 p.m.) so it is impossible to have a full meal at the restaurant.
