19/06/2024: Très bon accueil, très jolie salle. Repas très correct pour un excellent prix. Les photos parlent d'elles mêmes. Aucun problème de parking hors saison.

18/12/2023: Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles (ni sur sa façade ni dans ces avis). Les équipements ont vieilli, le petit-dej est très basique, et surtout ils se permettent de mener de grands travaux pendant la présence des clients et ce dès le matin. C'est un défaut de professionnalisme et de respect inadmissible pour un hôtel qui se prétend de cette gamme. L'hôtel est en transition entre Crowne et Hilton, soit, mais alors il faut le fermer le temps des travaux et assumer le manque à gagner. Je n'y retournerai pas, quelle que soit la chaîne dont il fait partie.

16/12/2023: Assez déçue de cet hôtel testé pour une nuit lors d'un déplacement professionnel... Les + : localisation proche des gares / la literie / le petit déjeuner. Les - : chambres vieillottes et vétustes qui méritent un bon rafraîchissement (surtout la salle de bain). Si j'ai bien compris, l'hôtel a été racheté et devrait être rénové... ce qui est nécessaire !

23/07/2024: This place is magical, superb atmosphere. The place has a bar, a restaurant and a hotel. Personally I give my opinion on the bar, the very friendly staff, a charming welcoming place, a pianist sets the mood. Regarding the drinks menu, wide choice of cocktails and champagne, also things to nibble with aperitifs and other dishes. Everything is fresh. I recommend

17/09/2024: Excellent, great atmosphere, superb selection of beers. Pleasant staff especially the new young guy who looks like Eminem. The cutest dog in Lille who welcomes you. And in addition to the zany evenings which remind me of Palermo. The bonus being the memorable Tostyboi concert followed by the zyz DJ set! 5/5 nothing to complain about 🤯🔥🔥🔥

16/09/2024: TO AVOID!!! The manager at the bar who manages the collections should seriously think about retraining! Following a remark that I made about the dessert, including the hot chocolate coulis, which for me had a rancid and inedible taste, this gentleman totally disagreed with my remarks without even deigning to taste it. For him, it is the bitterness of the chocolate that causes this taste. So dear sir, personally I know the difference between bitterness and the rancid taste of a food! Perhaps you only know the definition of the word bitterness in the figurative sense... The passage of the hygiene service in this establishment could perhaps reconcile us with the French language. I would also add that the neighboring table (two young retirees complained about the overcooked rice in the paella). To conclude, I would have liked this manager to change the desserts for us and to have a professional conscience when tasting this coulis in front of us. I will excuse you from further comments on the team behind the bar sneering at my complaint, a total lack of respect from this team. I wouldn't go back there again!!!

16/08/2024: I came for the first time, it was perfect, even better than I expected, the concept is excellent. So I came a second time for two mudguards on my mountain bike, I came with it inside, and I asked for advice, I was offered two items. At the time, it was sold to me, so I accepted, and I was told that there was no problem of incompatibility, even if I knew that I could go to Decathlon later. Say Nikel, it protects well, it does the job, even if it's not dedicated mudguards it'll be fine. 15 euros for the front mudguard for a piece of plastic to assemble yourself, to fold like origami, and to assemble using flex clamps. First of all, it's extremely expensive for a common piece of plastic, and something that's not necessarily easy to install. Then more than twenty euros for the rear mudguard, to attach to the metal bar of the saddle. Super expensive for what it is, but hey, if it does the job, in itself, it's not that bad. Here is the result after 6 months of use: (see photo) The front mudguard tore after 3 months, and it BARELY protects you. almost useless. Not to mention the aesthetic aspect. The rear mudguard came completely loose, the plastic inside was twisted because I wanted to secure the thing to the bike so it wouldn't move. In short, the thing is at the end of its life, and a 100% plastic clamping mechanism has suffered damage from the weather, I think that the heat, the rain, the cold, the wind working on this plastic under full stress, and it ended up wearing out due to the conditions after 6 months. (we are in Lille not in Siberia) I was at Decathlon, I paid 9€ before and back, more efficient, more beautiful, less expensive, easier to install, it doesn't move!! And if it goes bad I don't care, since it will always be 3 times cheaper than yours. In short, you should have sold me a product that corresponds to what I am looking for and something that is effective. Even if it means telling me to go elsewhere. But here you wanted to sell me something just to sell it to me. It was clear that things weren't going well, it was clear that things were much better and you still told me to go ahead and check out. In short, I lost 30 or 40€ I don't know, I would go to decathlon like everyone else, and on the internet when I have a breakage.

16/07/2024: Plusieurs années que je viens déjeuner régulièrement avec mon papa et jamais déçus ! Accueil toujours au top et des plats faits maison délicieux et une carte qui se renouvelle, on découvre encore de nouvelles saveurs. Allez y les yeux fermés
