01/06/2026: We celebrated our wedding at this venue and we couldn't have dreamed of anything better. From our very first conversations to the big day, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The organization was remarkable, the follow-up was thorough, seamless, and reassuring, and every detail was handled with great professionalism. A huge thank you to Eva, who was exceptional from beginning to end. Eva guided us every step of the way with rare availability, kindness, and efficiency. She perfectly understood our expectations, even those we only hinted at, and always found the right solutions. Thanks to Eva, we were able to fully enjoy our preparations and then our wedding with complete peace of mind. Eva truly helped make this day an unforgettable moment. Thank you also to Théo for his support throughout, even though he wasn't the one in charge of our wedding. As for the meal, it was absolutely flawless. All our guests were delighted by the quality of the dishes and the ingredients. The Lucullus restaurant in Valenciennes was refined and delicious, the crispy duck confit was perfectly executed, the roasted Maroilles cheese wrapped in filo pastry was a unanimous hit, and the Chtiramisu, accompanied by its macaron and Chiboust cream puff, provided an absolutely delightful finale to the meal. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and discreet throughout the reception. We received numerous compliments from our guests, both on the venue and on the quality of the meal and the overall organization. Thank you again to the entire team for your professionalism, dedication, and kindness. And a very special thank you to Eva, whose support greatly contributed to making our wedding one of the most beautiful days of our lives. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

26/03/2026: Excellent experience, it felt like home. I received a wonderfully warm welcome from Charlotte, and her cooking exudes the comforting, home-style dishes that warm the heart. She's a smiling and lovely person, and it truly provided a light and relaxing break in my day, in a bright and comfortable setting. I highly recommend her restaurant.

13/12/2025: Portion sizes need to be reduced considering the price: three pieces of beef bourguignon were barely enough to compete on the plate, and the sautéed potatoes were undercooked and cold. It's a shame because the meat was tender... We left to have dessert elsewhere!

15/05/2026: This is the second time we've visited your establishment, and both times we've been very disappointed with the quality of the bar: Prices, dirty glasses, disgusting tables, unwelcoming and incompetent staff: nothing like your competitors in St. Amand. Truly disappointed and not at all recommended!!!! I'd much rather travel 40 km to St. Amand.

23/05/2026: The dish arrived cold, and when we pointed this out, they suggested we microwave it. We had to ask to order (after half an hour) and waited ages for it to arrive. No apology and full price, of course. Aside from the setting, it was terrible.

10/06/2026: The staff were generally fine. The food selection was inflexible and limited. The food itself wasn't good. The steak was too tough. The crème brûlée was burnt.

08/06/2026: What a disappointment this Lille institution, which we used to frequent regularly, is now! The dishes are unremarkable in both taste and presentation. One only has to look at the dust on the chandeliers of this, once beautiful, dining room.

10/06/2026: Excellent restaurant! The welcome is warm, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is quick. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend this establishment!
