15/01/2026: Order placed on Uber on January 14, 2026. Buy one, get one free offer. What a terrible idea! I'm incredibly sick. Severe food poisoning. Avoid at all costs!
30/12/2025: I was warmly welcomed by the person at the counter and served within the promised timeframe, but it's still very (too) expensive for a pizza chain of average quality.
Instead of offering 36 different varieties, I suggest you offer fewer but better ones.

09/02/2026: One star is already a huge rip-off. The service was appalling, the coffee disgusting, for €4 it's a complete joke. Avoid at all costs!!!
08/02/2026: Marc and his waitress are truly unpleasant. He's arrogant, and his waitress, with her haughty, aggressive manner and unbearably high-pitched voice, will drive you absolutely crazy! Marc refuses to give me my winnings, deeming them too high, and refuses to cash in my bets, again deeming them too high (it was only €88!). Avoid at all costs!

03/12/2025: Great find! Excellent burgers, and impeccable delivery; the fries and burgers were piping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed them.
26/11/2025: We've been ordering for a long time, loyal customers, but for the last 2 or 3 orders the "hamburgers" have become miniature, comparable to McDonald's. I even tried the jackpot which is supposed to be huge, extremely disappointed, no bigger than a Big Mac with a much better taste obviously but really in quantity for the price it's no longer worth the cost!

04/02/2026: Disappointed... the evening team is nothing like the daytime team... I ordered two tacos with a small amount of fries, and what did I get? Just fries inside and hardly any meat! Do you think that's normal? That's it, I won't be back. This is the third time this has happened to me every time I order in the evening. I'm really disgusted!! Not to mention the aftertaste of coriander, go figure!!

07/02/2026: Very few choices upon arrival at 8 PM!!!
Thanks to the young man at the grill who did his best to cook one of our dishes "extra well done."
However, if you enjoy hearing children screaming because of the play area, then go ahead and order your own food!
When I raised the issue, the gentleman, who was listening attentively, told me it was being looked into. When I mentioned the minor problem of the clattering of dishes when seated near the coffee machine, a woman replied that they were basically used to the noise, but since the start of service they had to put up with children's shouts, and that the opening of the café area was part of the plan. So, that's the response they give to customers! This woman, Julie, who is supposedly one of the managers, didn't take any responsibility. Instead, we were dismissed with this response, forgetting that we were customers, which I made sure to point out to her!
07/02/2026: Fantastic welcome! There were 10 of us, and they immediately set up a large table. There was hardly any wait for our food, and everything was delicious 😊 for a very reasonable price 😉. The cashier was great 👍. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back more often.

11/12/2025: We had a good lunch on Tuesday. The cashier was very friendly. The hot buffet was well-stocked but not very well maintained, as many fries had fallen and weren't cleaned up by the staff, who nevertheless regularly replenished the dishes. The coffee machine's code reader malfunctioned, making it difficult to pour a coffee. An employee clearing tables brushed me off, curtly replying that she simply didn't know how to use the machine. Very pleasant!
10/12/2025: Ordered kidneys as a meal, and there were only 8 tiny pieces! There was too much sauce to make the plate look bigger. The waitress who served me was unpleasant, and the employee clearing the table brushed me off because I had a problem with the coffee machine, and I wasn't the only one. It's about time they took a hard look at themselves. I wouldn't dream of going back there with my family; avoid it!

24/02/2026: Having been a regular customer of this chain in other cities, I went to the Lille location a few days ago. I ordered two pancakes, a perfect granola, and drinks. After a 40-minute wait, our plates arrived. The pancakes were burnt and the granola had no fruit… Honestly, avoid this place.
22/02/2026: The location is good, and that's its only redeeming quality.
We were served in 45 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. We found a date tag in one of our dishes. The food was decent. The service was appalling and unfriendly. A waiter dropped a tray and didn't apologize for getting our coats dirty. In short, a disgusting experience.

25/09/2024: We visited on our way back to the UK, one of the joys of France is going to their supermarkets as they are incredible compared to the UK, and this Auchan didn't disappoint!
It is huge, with a garden centre as well, and a large home department, but as always it was the food section that really wowed us.
A huge fresh food selection, and the butchery/deli area has an incredible range of meats including offal and lesser known cuts - onglet, bavette etc for sale which is incredibly hard to find in the UK. There is also an actual butcher out the back which you can see behind the glass where they make their own sausages and other meat products like the marinated items.
And you can't talk about a French supermarket without mentioning the bread and patisserie - wonderful selection and the eclairs we bought were delicious.
We also received great service - there was an Auchan staff member who heard us talking in English about a beer we couldn't find, and he stepped in to ask if he could help and he helped us find what we were looking for! Great service.
Definitely one of the better Auchan's around, and if you're on your way back to the UK, definitely worth making a stop here!
21/09/2024: 12/24/2020: Although this Auchan hypermarket is not new, it is huge, well stocked and offers rather reasonable prices. It's the first time I've been here and I'm not disappointed. Despite the crowds, the checkout was quick. The staff remains pleasant, available and resists the pressure of this New Year's Eve. Well done !
Now that I live in Dunkirk, Auchan is my go-to supermarket. I do 80% of my shopping there.

Disappointed with our dish, we both had a false filet, too much fat and hard pieces, we reported this to the waitress.
Not enough fries and sauce.
Perfect dessert.
It doesn't make you want to come back.

09/06/2024: Ce petit resto est dans une petite rue très sympa et avec beaucoup d'autres resto typique de Lille, proches de tous les commerces et du centre ville . Accueil au top, déco très bien et service rapide. Plats typiques du nord et de qualités et que nous avons découverts avec plaisir avec nos amis. A recommander.

03/09/2024: It's a very "useful" store because they have a lot of choice, however I feel like I'm in the parapharmacy of a garden center, a lot of coatings for not much, except buying more. As for the price, you have to be aware that this is the garden center of the elite. No good deals on that front, but the place might be nice. There's a rooster hanging out in the parking lot, it's my favorite.
