02/04/2026: Having visited many of the Bouillons (and Brasseries) in Paris, we were ready to try this one in Lille, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant absolutely has the Bouillon/Brasserie atmosphere and prices are very reasonable. Service is wonderful too. We shared three starters (entrees) between us two (Oeufs Durs Mayonnaise, Rosette de Lyon and Foie Gras Terrine with Fig Jam) and had a Saucisse de Toulouse with Purée (my husband's fave) and Tartare de Boeuf & Frites for main dishes. We wanted to order a Minuty Rosé but that was sold out, unfortunately, so we went for the Terra Santa GP from Corse (that was nice too). I know there is a parking nearby but we were in another parking further away (Tanneurs, still very walkable). Metro station Rihour is right in front of the restaurant. We had a wonderful dinner and night and highly recommend this restaurant. We will certainly return!

01/04/2026: If you love the aroma of old-fashioned brasseries, you'll be in heaven. The atmosphere is exquisitely refined, with a warm and professional welcome. Excellent wine recommendations are available, and the food is top-notch. If you're an oyster lover, you simply must try them!

11/03/2026: We've always enjoyed Speed ​​Burger, but today the whole family noticed a drop in quality. The fries were soggy when they're usually crispy, which was very disappointing. It used to be the only place we'd ever had crispy fries. The buns were also soggy. And there was a mistake with the "cold" bag; we received drinks and dessert from a different order... But usually it's great. I hope this is just temporary and it will be good again soon.

03/12/2025: Great find! Excellent burgers, and impeccable delivery; the fries and burgers were piping hot. We thoroughly enjoyed them.

20/03/2026: The setting is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming. A cloakroom service is available, which is always a nice touch! We weren't disappointed with the food, and the service was very professional. However, a company seminar was taking place nearby… It's a shame these people didn't know how to behave and were making an unimaginable amount of noise! I would recommend it provided no company is present.

11/03/2026: My family and I had been here several times before, mostly for takeout. Everything was always perfect, we were satisfied. But tonight, we were extremely surprised and disappointed by the food we were served: bits of fries that clearly showed they were leftovers, "ham and butter" sandwiches without butter and with half a slice of ham thrown into the bread... nothing like what we're used to... we didn't enjoy it at all, and we hope we don't get sick after this meal... Furthermore, we have serious concerns about the hygiene of this restaurant...

19/09/2025: The food was mediocre, not quite warm. A "mistake" at checkout: I overpaid by 20 euros. The receipt wasn't included. After asking, I got my money back.

12/04/2026: The cashier was pleasant. However, the kitchen service was not at all welcoming. They served us cod instead of two Tennessee burgers, and we waited about 25 minutes outside the kitchen, so we ate at different times. The cooks seemed lost and their vocabulary was lacking, especially in front of a family clientele. My little one waited as long for his meal as we did. Thankfully, the manager reacted quickly! Thank you to him! The main course was still good, no surprises on the all-you-can-eat buffet, nothing bad, but nothing exceptional either. What was supposed to be a nice, relaxed family meal turned into a rather unpleasant solo experience. Finally, the dessert area was much better managed, and the girl there was actually very pleasant. Personally, I won't be going back.

11/04/2026: A Too Good To Go basket for €4 was a pleasant surprise! Stuffed tomatoes, a chicken leg with mashed potatoes and vegetables, and a small cake for dessert. Enough for a good dinner and excellent value for money. I recommend it and I'll definitely do it again!

15/03/2026: I ordered a large order of fries for €3, and my girlfriend asked why I only ordered a small one... Plus, they were practically white, undercooked. Then I wanted a fricadelle in a sandwich, with onions. It cost me €4.70 for a simple fricadelle that didn't even fill the bread with a little sauce. And the cook made sure to point it out to the cashier so she could charge extra for the onions. But the cook couldn't even manage to put the onions in the sandwich... Edit: Offended by my review, they have the nerve to post a negative review about my former business without even having used my services, pathetic... And they don't even accept credit cards in 2026... The atmosphere was cold. This chip shop was recommended by AI, but I didn't have a good experience.

15/03/2026: Tiny fries, full of crumbs and a really stingy portion for the exorbitant price. You pay extra for sauces, etc., but they completely forget to put them in the bag! The staff is cold despite several employees, and the atmosphere is awful. There are plenty of better chip shops in Tourcoing; just keep walking, it's a complete rip-off!

03/04/2026: We stayed for two nights. The hotel looked decent and modern from the outside and from the reception area. However, upon entering the room, we were surprised by the unpleasant, stale smell and the dirty walls (pen marks, dirt, etc.). The beds are decent, but the shower is dirty, and the walls definitely need to be repainted! The insulation isn't great; you can hear people in the rooms above, in the rooms next door, in the hallways, and outside... The staff is extremely kind and pleasant, they listen, and there's nothing to complain about! 👍🏼

18/04/2026: We came for a drink on April 17th. We were shown inside to be seated. We waited almost 10 minutes. No one said hello, no one seated us. So we went across the street to have a drink. I think you should fire your employees because if they do this to a lot of people, you're going to lose customers.

09/04/2026: Extremely slow table service, and apparently no way to order directly at the bar when seated on the terrace. No atmosphere and a truly unwelcoming hospitality. This is not a bar for sharing drinks with a group of friends…

03/02/2026: Extremely disappointing, a disastrous experience. Dishes were served after 2 hours and 10 minutes and were of very low quality, with exorbitant prices compared to what was actually on the plate.

01/02/2026: What can I say... the team has changed, and even though the welcome is friendly, the place is completely different. Aux Éphérites was long among the top 10 restaurants in Lille: a great selection of wines, bold and original cuisine... But unfortunately, that was then... There's practically nothing on the menu, the food is bland, and the service is awkward... The owner did offer us drinks, admittedly on his own initiative, but it's not the same at all. We were a bit disappointed because we were used to the previous version, and it's clear that the place is no longer worth the trip.

30/01/2026: When I went there it was closed, even though it said online that it was open; it was barely 2 a.m.
