28/09/2024: Nice restaurant. Easy to park. We had a great time and what an atmosphere! Lots of people. So a lot of noise. Go there outside the weekend. Fast service. Aimable. Smiling at the top!!! I understand why there are people. The dishes excellent. My skate wing a little too salty but very well cooked. As a starter, the terrine is well served on a board. 2 slices is too much. And for dessert, 1 chocolate mousse. Hearty but too sweet. I recommend the fish of the day. We will return there to taste the other dishes. A little too tight for 1 table with 4 adults. We'll try the terrace next time. If I recommend? With 1 big YES because a pleasant atmosphere that we will not forget. Clean disabled toilets. 5 stars especially to the 2 smiling waitresses who deserve congratulations for their superb work!!!! See you soon

31/12/2025: The service and the welcome at La Taverne have changed drastically. We arrived at 12:45 PM and the restaurant was empty. The waitresses took our order very quickly, and every five minutes, we felt like they were trying to get us out of there as fast as possible. As for the food, the chicken with Maroilles cheese was truly disappointing: the chicken seemed low-quality, very fatty, and tasteless. It was frankly awful. My husband's hamburger, which he ordered medium-rare, was completely burnt. Furthermore, the dessert selection was very limited, with only two options. Finally, we received all our dishes at once, which wasn't very pleasant. We are very disappointed by this significant decline in quality; it's nothing like it used to be.

But it's sad to see you handing the reins over to an investor, undoubtedly encouraged by the town hall, who will soon have a monopoly on restaurants in Le Touquet. 06/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! I was very disappointed. I'm used to going to brasseries, but this... The staff didn't pay any attention to me. I tried several times to get their attention, but to no avail. If you want Welsh rarebit, try somewhere else! It was very greasy, served in a tiny, very thin dish with half a slice of ham and no bread, so it was practically empty. You'd have nothing left after ten bites! I didn't dare order dessert when I saw the cake sitting out in the dining room. The owner even complained that I was leaving after only ordering one main course.

28/11/2025: A delightful discovery at lunchtime! We tried the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. A very warm welcome and a delicious daily special. A lovely musical atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

08/11/2025: We came… and what a disappointment. The waitress was haughty, unpleasant, and blatantly unprofessional. Apparently, flirting with her boyfriend while on duty is part of the job. The service was slow, the atmosphere oppressive, and they were immediately addressed informally as if we were old friends. There was no proper attire: the waiter was wearing a cap in the dining room, which speaks volumes about the establishment's level of professionalism. We finished our drinks and left immediately. The place is far too familiar, lacking respect and basic manners. Avoid it without hesitation.
