21/09/2024: Difficult to give one star! We had "lunch" in this "restaurant" yesterday afternoon and really do not recommend it. Very small mussels, very cooked but not very numerous. Beef “bavette d’loyau” overcooked and difficult to cut. Thick, lumpy maroilles sauce, little taste. Pretty decent fries. Bread: 3 slices of slightly dry industrial bread. Too bad there is a very good bakery nearby. Prices too high for the quality, €19 for mussels, €5.50 for beer... We didn't take the risk of ordering coffee and dessert (dessert from the bakery).
Around us, a group of Normans will not have good memories of the local gastronomy. Whether Flammekueche or pizza, the base is puff pastry with large blackened edges! and the very light filling.
At the checkout, the lady who asked my opinion seemed very surprised that I answered “very average”....
In short, La Paloma seems like a tourist trap to avoid. And I'm not mistaken about the address, it's 50 place du général de Gaulle.

13/09/2024: No parking with ADR allowed. But it doesn't say anywhere, at least I didn't see anything. After more than 10 hours there was a knock and I was evicted. The parking space then cost €30!!! Payment can only be made with VISA, UTA is no longer possible. Toilets okay, showers dirty.

25/08/2024: Nothing to say except that the tables are a little too close together, lack of space. The dishes are very good, quite varied, the service system is a very good idea (ordering on a portable tablet for unlimited service) and a fair price. Thank you for this lunch 😊
24/08/2024: Very good experience. There is a choice of dishes. The dishes are very well prepared and tasty. The chicken meatballs are exceptional! Regarding the Sushi, nothing to say, simply good.
The staff is welcoming, fast and efficient.
Point of improvement: provide a stand or support separate from the table for the tablets, because they take up space and limit us in ordering dishes.

I loved everything: the meat was perfectly seasoned, the portions were generous, the sandwich was well-filled, and the service was very friendly. They're ready in 5 minutes! Everything was truly delicious. I recommend it 100%!

26/08/2024: We had the opportunity to eat there this Sunday, not to be proud of the previous comments, the management is no longer there! We were received and served by Maxime who was very pleasant as were his other colleagues! The setting is great seen on the lake both outside and inside. Good value for money. We will come back and of course recommend it!

Les frites sont froides
De plus et ce n’est pas un détail pour aller aux toilettes il faut mettre les mains dans l’eau pour tirer la chasse
13/12/2024: Malgré l’endroit chaleureux et le bon accueil, le plat de moules marinières n’était pas à la hauteur : insipide, fade et peu garnies en assaisonnement. Les frites étaient déjà salées avant d’être servies et elles l’étaient trop !

10/11/2024: If I could have put 0. This is the rating I would have chosen. We waited 2 hours and left last, arriving first and getting menus. My meat arrived and smelled like stale meat. In terms of atmosphere, the waitress has a very particular and very limited dialogue with the children. I could write a page about it. In short, avoid this establishment.

01/11/2024: Well for my part I don't recommend it at all. Stay planned from October 29 to October 30. Arriving there around 4 p.m. you have to call a number because no one is there. The lady on the phone tells me that the family suite is unavailable so we won't know more about why. And, that the boss should have warned us. Something he obviously didn't do. She's really uncomfortable. She offers us two rooms, one opposite the other. It’s clear that it’s not. We also realize when we look closer at the dilapidation of the establishment. The note on the door where you should contact is downright moldy. It costs nothing to change it regularly other than to give it a clean appearance. In short, for me, an absolutely unserious boss.
26/10/2024: The contrast between the website and the real experience 🤯
Firstly, empty room on a Saturday lunchtime during school holidays, smell of grease as soon as we entered. The staff sitting at the table speaking louder than the radio. The hygienic state of the cards 😱 a disaster both outside and inside 🤢
The toilet floor hasn't been washed for a few days. The meal remains on the stomach, Welsh of mediocre quality. We don't offer any seasonings, you have to ask for them. The frozen fries were good. First and last time here!!!! The horror 😬

02/08/2024: What a disappointment… meal last night. Happy to be together as a family around - we hoped - an exceptional meal. This is the memory we had about 4 years ago. Well, we left with the intention of never coming back. Gloomy reception. Very very poor service - amateur and poor quality. Flavorless meal. Tomato starter? Nothing exceptional in terms of taste and preparation. For example, the duck breast was not pink as advertised and difficult to cut and tasteless. Dessert puffs? Too sweet, mushy. Without interest. No carafe of water on the table why? Bread sparingly. Icy atmosphere - discreet but well-chosen music to mark summer, right? Best wishes.
19/07/2024: Very disappointed by the telephone response from the receptionist “Candice” when we called to let them know we were 10 minutes late! She also did not inform the restaurant of our call. In addition, we were taken directly to the terrace even though we wanted to have lunch inside…. Brief ! Unprofessional attitude!
Regarding the meal, disappointed by the very rubbery “monkfish” fish and too salty accompaniment.
The famous “CD” cabbages really nothing exceptional! Brief !
Very poor quality/price ratio: €30 for a main course and a dessert!
We preferred when it was before Alice’s garden! It’s changed a lot!

23/09/2024: I went to eat this evening with my husband who forgot to take his drink. The cashier told me when there was some in the room so on the ice side I took a drink and the manager told me that I had a tea price (without paying! !) which I put in my bag!! I emptied my bag, no tea!! He got the profiles completely wrong!!! He therefore lost a customer who comes twice a week (so more than 100eurosxper 4)!!!
