23/08/2026: We ate there Saturday evening and received a friendly welcome and excellent service. The Welsh rarebit and andouillette sausage were delicious, and the Welsh rarebit was the best we've ever had.

04/09/2026: We came at lunchtime; the pâté probably came from Leclerc's eco brand! The dish... well, not very appetizing at all. Industrial potjevleesch, not fresh... then the Beaufort sausages in plastic wrap, the fries dry, all without sauce. As for the salad, three leaves and dirty to boot... wilted... The owner was condescending; we didn't eat with sauce, lol. The beer was flat. All this for €42, and what little food remained on the table was the main course. First time we've eaten fast food, and last.

12/08/2026: Super nice local bar / restaurant. We had a delicious lunch at very reasonable prices. Traditional French / Flemish food from their own kitchen.

18/08/2026: Always a pleasant stop when visiting Cité Europe. A very good, well-trained, and highly competent team. The portions are generous, the dishes are delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the beer is original and excellent. Remember to book in case you're in a large group or on weekends; it's very important. The setting is pleasant, and there's a great atmosphere, so it has everything you need for a successful meal.

17/08/2026: Nice establishment. Friendly and welcoming staff with a smile. Fair prices. Menu with many choices, good selection of beer and other drinks as well. I recommend this establishment.

30/05/2026: I stopped by here during my pilgrimage along the Via Francigena. You can get a stamp here. The beer they recommended, La Licquoise, is apparently a craft beer from the neighboring town of Licques. It had a lovely aroma and rich flavor; it was delicious.

28/08/2026: First visit, and we were hoping there was a problem...because: 2.5 hours in total, a 1-hour wait to order, and the appetizers arrived incomplete. The same for the main courses. And yet the restaurant was far from full... But the food was generous and flavorful. Would we go back? Maybe, if the organization is better.

23/08/2026: I recommend booking and I understand why, the staff are very attentive and kind, the dishes are generous and delicious, I had a chicken with Maroilles cheese which was very, very good, perhaps the fries were a little overcooked but that's a matter of taste, that doesn't stop me from having a very good meal and for dessert a very good coffee tiramisu, I will be back!

21/08/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice during our stay in the Audomarois region, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals and desserts. The food was excellent and of high quality, which is why we returned a second time. We highly recommend it! The service was quick, the waitresses and waiters were very pleasant, and the setting was lovely with a warm atmosphere. It was a wonderful discovery for us.

09/09/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant last night, a Tuesday. The welcome was very warm, the service quick, the portions very generous, and the value for money excellent. We had a wonderful time. The Maroilles tart and the Flemish carbonnade were new to me, and they were delicious!

22/08/2026: Be prepared to be patient as it's very busy and the wait for service can be a bit long! We still had a good dinner, the waitress was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant. We ate mussels and they were delicious! In the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), I hadn't specified no nuts, so the pastries were changed at the last minute without any problem! Thank you again!

20/04/2026: Great atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you walk in that you're going to have a good time. You can chat without being bothered by a waiter. The customers are respectful too. No pushy types, just people sharing a drink and/or a bite to eat. Our evening with a friend ended there, because we had no idea you could actually eat there.

03/05/2026: Stopped here on our travels through France 🇫🇷 lovely restaurant, the staff were lovely, polite and understood us ( as shamelessly poor French speakers we don't know much french), the food was amazing though I tried the steak and my partner had the beef tartar, both very good sized meals with chips and salad, we were given 4 little appetisers which were different but also tasty, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated and for our two meals and drinks it came to 52.00 euros which for that in England would have been double and far less quality so overall would recommend if your passing through 😀

11/08/2026: A family and friends gathering to celebrate our 60th birthday. Everything was perfect. The organization, service, and food were all top-notch, making for a magnificent, sunny day. Thank you to Romain and Quentin! We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from the appetizers to the finale. All the guests appreciated both the indoor and outdoor spaces. A huge thank you for this unforgettable day. A fantastic venue for your events – highly recommended.
