12/08/2026: In freefall! The dishes used to be delicious and sophisticated: that's no longer the case! For example, the Octopus Verdure: an impressive quantity of chickpeas but hardly any octopus... The staff used to be attentive, friendly, and professional: that's no longer the case! For example, serving white wine instead of white port, not acknowledging the mistake, and offering absolutely no apology... Unacceptable! And the term "Champagne" is still being used fraudulently on the wine list... A swift intervention by management is necessary if you don't want to disappear...

10/08/2026: The experience was incredibly quick! We barely had time to finish our plates before they were cleared away. Starter, main course, and dessert in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Moreover, we could hear all the waiters' comments, which weren't very positive: "They're slow," "It's annoying"... The wine glass was chipped, a few details that meant the experience wasn't perfect. The food was good, a little under-seasoned, but there was no salt or pepper on the table. Nice atmosphere.

23/08/2026: The takeaway section was open, but unfortunately not the restaurant itself. There's a very wide selection of ice cream 🍦. The ice creams and sorbets are truly excellent—what a great find!

13/08/2026: We came to try your ice cream shop today and honestly, it was a real treat! 🍦😍 Both young and old thoroughly enjoyed your ice cream: it was excellent, generous, and of very high quality. The price is perfectly in line with the quality offered. A big plus also for the welcome and the staff, who were very pleasant, smiling, and friendly. It's truly a pleasure to be received like that! A wonderful discovery, we will definitely be back! 😋🍨 I recommend it 100%!

29/08/2026: Welcoming staff The setting is very pleasant, with original retro-vintage decor that gives the restaurant a lot of charm. However, we were disappointed by the food. The salmon with pesto was very greasy, the andouillette sausage was decent, but the fries were far too overcooked, as if they had been deep-fried. The only vegetable offered was a salad, which we found rather limited. Another minor drawback: no bread basket was offered at the table, which is a shame. The decor is truly lovely, but we felt the quality of the meal did not live up to our expectations.

26/08/2026: We stayed in Arras for four days and ate at the counter for lunch and dinner every day because we were so pleased with our first meal. The food, local specialties and more, is excellent and homemade. The welcome is warm and the service is top-notch. It's exactly the kind of place we love to eat.

15/08/2026: I was given the opportunity at this establishment to have lunch in their cellar, at a pleasant ambient temperature, while outside the temperature was already rising above seasonal norms. With a warm welcome and attentive service, I enjoyed a mixed salad that burst with freshness in every bite, followed by a delicious peach melba, a dessert I hadn't tasted in ages. This establishment truly lives up to its motto, "The Cellar of Flavors," as it was indeed in the cellar that I was able to appreciate all the flavors that were enhanced throughout the meal.

06/09/2026: We came for lunch as a couple with a child. The spaghetti Bolognese was beef-free?! The filet mignon with foie gras had a bland sauce. The portion was generous, but the quality wasn't there. We would have preferred less and better. The service was slow, but the gentleman was friendly. A bit pricey, disappointing.

12/08/2026: The highlight of my vacation... the three of us came to eat and drink a delicious diabolo. We stumbled upon it during a day trip to Ambleteuse and decided to stop for a meal! A truly authentic place! The owner is a very kind lady, a little reserved but not at all unpleasant as I've read. A little respect for those who have the courage to run their establishment for so many years. The prices are more than reasonable (€1.80 for a diabolo), we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the fries are delicious! (€7 for the set menu). This place is unpretentious, just genuine. THANK YOU. We will gladly return.
