22/09/2024: I strongly advise against this restaurant! We were in a small, noisy room, without windows, between the kitchen door and the comings and goings of the waiters and right next to the toilets! My mussels marinières were reheated! Without juice! No onions or celery, nothing! A shame! I have never eaten such disgusting mussels! To flee!!!

15/09/2024: If you're looking for a locals place at reasonable prices slightly off the beaten track, try here. Family run establishment. Excellent cheap limited selection menu if you're on a budget. Mussels are a specialty with lots of different types on the menu. Save room for pudding, The poached pear was amazing

07/01/2026: Dine-in on New Year's Day... The meat was lukewarm, they forgot the vegetables (couscous), so the meat was cold, then they sent back lukewarm meat... They also forgot the drinks. What a shame. Lost customer.

29/12/2025: I came today and was greeted by a particularly kind and attentive waiter. The service was impeccable, and I highly recommend this establishment. When ordering, I jokingly asked for homemade mashed potatoes as a side dish. To my surprise, the dish arrived with homemade mashed potatoes, the waiter having taken the time to fulfill my request. This thoughtful touch sets this establishment apart from other restaurants in the area. It was worth the hour-long drive, and I'm so glad to see such pleasant and smiling people! 😀

24/11/2025: A perfect experience! From the service to the food, everything was absolutely magnificent. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive, and the dishes as beautiful as they were delicious. A true French brasserie, just the way we like them: friendly, refined, and generous. I will definitely be back!

08/11/2025: A very pleasant surprise. The flank steak was excellent, served with homemade sauce on a warming grill plate. A basket of fries and a very good salad were presented on a slate platter. Marine, the waitress, was very friendly and pleasant. Esther, the owner, was very welcoming. All this for a very reasonable price. We will be back.

In winter, the window is closed, but in summer, without air conditioning... good luck. - Bare minimum. Even in terms of shower size (a quarter circle with a curtain). So, depending on your size... - When the window is closed, there's no ventilation: 0 m³/h Price: - Inexpensive.

08/07/2025: We went on recommendation, the setting is original, the staff is pleasant except for the boss. What a disappointment for the sides on the bone without marrow at 24 euros. Inedible meat because of too much fat and nerves, a shame we will not recommend the establishment especially since having expressed our dissatisfaction no intervention from the boss to find out more and who was only waiting for us to go to the checkout

29/06/2025: Very beautiful restaurant, with original decoration! The team is very nice and friendly, the location of the restaurant is on the Place de Saint Omer, so remember to park in the car parks not very far away, the dishes are diverse and varied and very good! I highly recommend!

16/12/2025: At 12:45, I asked for a sandwich. "An Andalusian chicken, that's all I have left." Not very customer-friendly. No other options were offered. Disappointed, I left and won't be back.

20/11/2025: Since the owners changed, the baguettes are all thin, not even enough for a sandwich. The baker should take note; several people I know share this opinion. Now I'll go to Verquin. What a shame.
