06/05/2026: I ordered a royal couscous, but I didn't eat a thing; it tasted like water. The meatballs were terrible. I even asked for a plate so I could at least eat some vegetables and fries. This isn't the Flunch it used to be.

24/04/2026: Unbelievable! We pay to eat in peace, and here are migrants calmly walking into Flunch to charge their phones, and the staff says nothing. The staff and security at this Flunch need to be reviewed.

29/04/2026: A short campervan holiday during the kite festival. A friendly campsite with a very warm welcome; the manager was very kind and had a chatty little parrot. Just a heads-up for taller campervans (3.10 meters): mine hit the balcony; it was partly my fault, I didn't go around it enough. I recommend this campsite; we'll definitely be back.

28/04/2026: The receptionist was extremely unpleasant. It was impossible to visit the campsite to buy a mobile home; she even refused to open the gate for me to turn around. Not easy, especially with a 9-seater van right at the entrance. She's right, I won't be going to this campsite after seeing the atmosphere at reception.

07/05/2026: Great experience at the Flunch in Outreau. The staff are friendly and the food is quite good. The all-you-can-eat vegetables are a nice touch. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. It's a shame this Flunch doesn't have a children's area :-(. Nevertheless, it's a great Flunch and we'll definitely be back during our next holiday on the Opal Coast.

07/05/2026: The food was good, perfectly cooked, and the restaurant was welcoming, but I don't understand why the famous "8-slice birthday cake" isn't offered free as advertised, but only sold by the slice at your Flunch Outreau restaurant... Furthermore, the free slice of cake this year is really bad! It's bland, whereas last year's chocolate cake at the Flunch Saint Martin Boulogne was delicious. I don't understand why the offer isn't consistent across different Flunch locations... What a shame...

19/01/2025: Coffee break and snack on 01/18/25 Rather large flunch with play area for children, pleasant and smiling cashier. The minus star is for the Bavarian whose fruit was not completely defrosted and the many tables were dirty and sticky.

18/01/2025: Very good place, especially for children, games available, the food is very good, personally I had a small starter of tomato and tuna, couscous with 3 meats, a chocolate éclair, everything was very good 😋😋😋. I recommend the best to everyone 👍😍

03/11/2025: I'm leaving this review because it's not the first time this has happened. When I go to drop off several games, maybe 15 or 20, the guy serving us breathes in my face and says he doesn't want to, and when he scans them he says it's a pain in the ass right in front of me, completely showing he doesn't want to do his job. You need to review your staff because this is the second time this has happened and I won't be back.

16/05/2026: Very disappointed with the value for money. Not worth €30 for the set menu. The pork was very fatty. A small slice of dauphinoise potatoes. It's a shame you can't choose your side dish. The frozen salmon was undercooked in the middle. The dessert consisted of three small scoops of ice cream with no choice of flavor. Set menu. Cold atmosphere in the restaurant.

06/04/2026: A real gem! The food is absolutely excellent, with flavorful and generous dishes that make you want to come back again and again. The atmosphere is simply perfect: warm, friendly, and always lively, just the right amount. But the real highlight is the team: incredibly friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and attentive from start to finish. You truly feel right at home. Honestly, a must-visit, I recommend it without hesitation!

07/03/2026: Expensive hotel for what it offers, old carpet that smells of stale tobacco, €75 without breakfast and €2.39 tourist tax!!!! Perhaps because there aren't many other options in the area! Avoid it anyway!

05/05/2026: We visited your restaurant around 5 pm. The terrace wasn't too crowded, yet we had to wait a long time to be seated, even though the servers kept coming past us. There was also a rather long wait between ordering and receiving our food. The cocktails could be improved, but the food was good overall and the setting is very pleasant. Regards

05/05/2026: We came as a group of three adults with a children's menu. The bill was quite high and unclear (apparently a computer problem). The food didn't live up to our expectations. Low quality. However, the service was excellent.

11/05/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered pasta with cheese and ended up with pasta covered in pepper; my tongue was burning! Luckily, I'm not allergic to pepper! My husband found a hair in his plate. I won't be going back to this place; I'll go to Dainville.

03/05/2026: We must have been on a hidden camera show! Start of the trip: 8:15 PM Upon arrival: Flank steak with shallots, please. The response: "Nope, we had some, but we're out." A crispy sandwich was served as a replacement, or rather, left on the counter with complete indifference from the "cook." For a birthday, Flunch offered a cake with candles and a photo (a 9-year-old girl's birthday). Result: A cake with two unlit "F"-shaped candles. We asked the waiter why. Response: "Sorry, I don't have a lighter." Not seeing the photo promised on the flyers, we questioned the waiter. Response: "The camera isn't working anymore, we haven't taken any in a long time!" I cut the cake slices. Result: Frozen and inedible!! We opted for the Dame Blanche (ice cream dessert). Result: with the first one, we noticed there was no chocolate syrup, so we asked the waiter. Response: Oh yes, I added a tiny bit because we were out! A quick trip to the restroom, Result: we were wading through urine and toilet paper everywhere, with two clogged urinals emitting very unpleasant odors. Of course, we won't be going back, but a few words to those of you who respond to Google reviews: Either you pass on the complaints of the many disappointed customers and your "teams" couldn't care less (to put it politely), or your responses, which are all strangely similar, are completely bogus. In any case, the situation is deplorable; nothing changes, and it's clear that management has no intention of satisfying the customers of this Flunch restaurant, completely neglecting those who keep the business running: THE CUSTOMERS.

03/05/2026: We had a very good meal. Impeccable, attentive, and unobtrusive service. We are surprised by the previous negative reviews, as there is no reason to believe they are justified.

30/04/2026: We ordered two warm goat cheese salads. Large lettuce leaves with hardly any dressing, a few tiny pieces of bacon. A delight with every bite, with a satisfying crunch: you wonder if the salad was even washed... Thankfully, there were two toasts with melted goat cheese. That brings the rating down to one star. What's more, the waiter was cleaning up while we were still at our table. I'll never go back.

12/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant, where the decor is tastefully done. I should add that the meal was excellent, and the waiter, Fabien, was very efficient and professional! Thank you... I'll be back... A very satisfied customer.

20/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. This restaurant has lost its charm. The setting is magnificent, and the young waiter did his best to make it palatable. Now, let's talk about the meal. There were five of us at the table, and we ordered four different dishes. The plates were simply handed out as they arrived. Steer clear!

14/05/2026: Today we were at the restaurant Le Vieux Beffroi (Béthune, Pas-de-Calais). The service, like the food, was excellent. I've attached a photo of the "Coq à la bière" dish, as well as the restaurant's menu.

08/05/2026: Food was average. Moules marinieres was a little disappointing (3 customers had this dish). Shrimp croquettes were sent back as they were still frozen.

07/05/2026: Very friendly and the waiters and waitresses are very attentive...you should go there on Friday at lunchtime to eat couscous or seafood
