18/06/2026: Hello, We went to Spey on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, to watch the France-Senegal match. We arrived 10 minutes before the start of the game, giving us time to settle in and chat with the first people at our table of 12. The match had already begun. At the 20-minute mark, a man named Richard aggressively ordered us to go order drinks because we were blocking other customers. I replied that we were supposed to go during the refreshment break, about 5 minutes after this interaction. This didn't go down well, and the tone escalated. This man even threatened me with gestures and comments like, "What's wrong with you?" I learned at the same time that he was the bar manager. A strange way to welcome and speak to customers, to say the least. I took the liberty of speaking with him afterward. He indicated that he was losing revenue (it's true that 12 syrups instead of alcoholic drinks and appetizer platters would have been better; too bad, that was the plan), and clearly, he wasn't willing to reconsider his approach. As a result, I ordered 12 syrups and left early. I hope this will show this Richard that good communication and respect are essential for business owners to generate revenue. Regards

08/07/2026: The campsite is very clean, but the showers close at 9 pm, so you can't go to the beach in the evening or shower after eating at a restaurant. The reception was very cold, there's no playground, and the swimming pool closes between noon and 2 pm and again at 6 pm. It's not a family campsite.

24/05/2026: Closed on Fridays during town festivities. Reservation made for Saturday, door closed, no notification. Closed Sundays!!! If this restaurant is no longer in business, don't make any more reservations 😡😡

27/06/2026: We ordered takeout. €30 for two pizzas, they weren't sliced, and the toppings were frankly stingy. At €15 a pizza, I expect a decent amount of toppings. We ordered goat cheese and honey, and Bolognese and cheddar. The goat cheese was mainly in the center of the pizza, and you could barely taste the honey. The Bolognese and cheddar were the same; there was hardly any Bolognese sauce, just a few balls scattered across the entire pizza. For the price, I think it's a shame, especially since they weren't bad, but honestly, for the same price, I've eaten much better elsewhere. The service, however, was warm and friendly, no complaints there. This iconic Arras pizzeria had been recommended to me, but I won't be going back.

21/06/2026: While in Arras for the Fête de la Musique with a friend, we stopped several times at Le Vidocq for a drink. We received a very warm welcome throughout the evening. The staff were pleasant, smiling, and attentive despite the crowds due to the event. A special mention goes to the owner who kindly offered us our last drink on the house. This gesture was completely unexpected and ended the evening on a very pleasant note. Based on our experience, we don't agree with some of the negative reviews we've read. We found the team to be both welcoming and professional. Thank you all, and we look forward to returning!

14/07/2026: Very disappointed on this match night. From the start, we understood that we had to eat quickly without necessarily being able to watch the game. While we were eating, they came to check on us five times to see if we had finished our meal. We do not recommend this restaurant. Tonight, it was all about making money from tables, not customer comfort.

14/07/2026: I ordered a classic steak tartare, and twice I was brought an Italian tartare. The third time, they removed the slice of prosciutto from the top, but the pesto sauce was still there! And there was a mistake on the bill. I should mention that this was on July 13, 2026, and it was very busy. The music was loud and inappropriate for the style of the restaurant. I've been here about twenty times, but this last visit left a bad taste in my mouth!

06/05/2026: I ordered a royal couscous, but I didn't eat a thing; it tasted like water. The meatballs were terrible. I even asked for a plate so I could at least eat some vegetables and fries. This isn't the Flunch it used to be.

24/04/2026: Unbelievable! We pay to eat in peace, and here are migrants calmly walking into Flunch to charge their phones, and the staff says nothing. The staff and security at this Flunch need to be reviewed.

03/11/2025: I'm leaving this review because it's not the first time this has happened. When I go to drop off several games, maybe 15 or 20, the guy serving us breathes in my face and says he doesn't want to, and when he scans them he says it's a pain in the ass right in front of me, completely showing he doesn't want to do his job. You need to review your staff because this is the second time this has happened and I won't be back.

02/03/2026: I wanted to congratulate Fabrik on the birthday cake for my daughter's 18th birthday on Saturday, February 28th. The cake decoration was exactly as I'd hoped. The cake was excellent! Thank you again! I highly recommend them.

12/02/2026: Since the change of ownership, I haven't been disappointed! I've also ordered from "Too Good To Go" and haven't been disappointed either! I don't understand some of the reviews!! Honestly, it's a great bakery, the owner is friendly and attentive!! I highly recommend it!!
