30/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant discovered during a stroll in Issoire. What a delightful surprise! A warm welcome and an excellent lunch menu from appetizer to dessert. Special mention to the peach soup and the chocolate brownie—excellent desserts!

06/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome, but the service overall was not up to the expected standard for an establishment of yours: the servers' uniforms were stained (wrinkled blouses). The water carafe arrived only after we had finished our meal, and there were missing plates at the main stations (even the dessert plates were too hot). The layout of the stations was poorly designed (the entrances were right at the entrance, creating significant congestion). There was too little space to move around. There were no pastries because they had all been sold at breakfast, so it wasn't a brunch but a buffet. However, the quality and variety of the dishes were quite satisfactory.

25/08/2026: Very long wait. Reservations are absolutely necessary. The food is okay, but nothing special. The location with its beautiful view saves the overall rating.

24/08/2026: We called 10 minutes before opening, having already arrived, to ask if we could have a drink before service started, but it was impossible. So far, so good. We went for a drink a little longer and arrived at 7:20 pm sharp, instead of 7:00 pm (the time of our reservation). The waiter greeted us with, "Oh yeah, but you had a reservation for 7:00 pm, damn it!" I don't think it's a crime to arrive 20 minutes after the start of the reservation when half the terrace is otherwise empty. The real issue, however, isn't that, but rather how to communicate with customers. The crepes are good but very expensive for what you get. A big eater will spend at least €40. The view is very nice, but considering the service and the price/quantity ratio, once is enough. I suspect the restaurant will respond however they want to, given that I won't be able to respond directly to them, but this review is posted calmly and in a 100% factual and honest manner.

15/09/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: everything was excellent, served piping hot, and above all, very generous. Delicious food just the way we like it, with generous portions and beautifully prepared ingredients. And most importantly, a truly warm welcome. The entire team is lovely, smiling, and attentive; it really makes all the difference. A special mention to Corinne for her kindness and hospitality 🥰 A place where you feel comfortable and eat very well. We will definitely be back! ❤️

26/09/2025: We came for my mother's 80th birthday. I had organized everything, the accommodation, the walks... she had never visited Auvergne. We come from Switzerland. She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...

18/09/2026: Great evening for my birthday! Thanks to Viky 😉 Update to my review above after our visit on September 17, 2026. Two unpleasant people who judged the customers. I think there are better ways to speak to customers. Anyway, I think there were some hiring mistakes.

17/09/2026: The waitress was very pleasant. The food was very good. The only slight drawback was the very acidic red berry panna cotta. Overall, very good.

16/09/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today. We won't be going back. The atmosphere!!! The food!!! Furthermore, the menu they presented us with listed six dishes, and two of them were missing—and coincidentally, they were the ones we wanted.

07/09/2026: A fantastic place to eat in Lezoux! We had a truly wonderful meal; the dishes were excellent, beautifully prepared, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was also very welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. This is exactly the kind of restaurant we love to find, where you have a great time and want to come back.
