11/03/2026: We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The portions were generous, with appetizers and thoughtful touches at the end. One small complaint: the meat I ordered medium-rare was cooked rare in the center (which meant I got seconds 😜). The waitresses were attentive yet discreet, the food was delicious, and we'll definitely be back.

17/01/2026: The room was adequate but without air conditioning. The host, upon showing me in, said, "You'll see, it's not too hot, it'll be fine"... So, you have to choose between sleeping naked, sweating, and with a blazing electric fan; or opening the window with a room right next to the street and the surrounding noise. As for breakfast, no comment... Regarding the service: I requested an invoice on December 29th and still hadn't received it by January 17th. First and last time. It's nice to support independent businesses, but in terms of quality/price ratio...

25/01/2026: Today was my birthday, and we were welcomed so warmly that we felt like part of the family. The meal was beyond excellent, the atmosphere and the place were incredible. We'd been wanting to eat here for ages, and I think we should have come much sooner. I recommend it 1000%! And we'll be back! 🥰

11/03/2026: Garden Palace Cabaret is a large cabaret that puts on shows. It's really good, and you can even go with your family. You can also have a meal, which is an additional cost on top of the entrance fee. However, be sure to book in advance. You'll definitely have a great evening. The shows are entertaining.

18/02/2026: We ordered a Saint-Nectaire burger and a truffade. Both dishes were excellent; the Saint-Nectaire cheese oozed from the burger, and the truffade was lightly browned on top—a real treat! 😁 For dessert, the homemade blueberry ice cream was delicious, and the profiteroles were generous. A great place to eat in Besse!

Classy, ​​but unpretentious, exquisite, refined, and beautifully presented cuisine, a fine wine selection, discreet yet warm service, a very pleasant dining room, and excellent acoustics. A truly wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back... probably when the weather's nice to try out the terrace!

05/11/2025: Found this restaurant by taking a detour down a side street. A lovely little hidden gem. Exceptional cuisine. Honestly, for €25 more than fast-food chains, it's a no-brainer! Impeccable service, with a warm welcome and equal consideration for everyone. I highly recommend it. Thank you for such a delicious meal at such reasonable prices. Well done!

23/02/2026: A good, rich, and generous meal in a pleasant setting. The only slight drawback was the wooden high chairs, which weren't very comfortable for sitting on throughout the meal. A place well worth a visit.

17/02/2026: The perfect spot to enjoy a generous slice of bread or delicious waffles! One of my favorite places to stop in the Sancy region!! After a hike or a visit to the Scenomuseum, nothing beats a cup of tea and a waffle (I recommend "La Sancy," my favorite 🥰)! Their shop is full of local products at very reasonable prices. The staff is also incredibly welcoming, which makes the place truly exceptional 🤩 In short: Don't hesitate for a second, go for it!
