24/09/2026: Once again, a real success, only fresh and very well cooked products, the prawn moqueca was excellent and full of flavour, the beef fillet heart was very tender and tasty and finally the dessert of caramelized roasted summer fruits with a scoop of ice cream, a perfect ending, a big thank you to the friendly owners.

22/09/2026: A charming room with alcove tables. All the dishes we tasted were excellent, including some typical Brazilian specialties. The service was almost friendly, creating a lovely atmosphere. We truly felt that everything was done with the utmost care, including the cooking, as if they were preparing a delicious meal for their guests. This couple's dedication is truly remarkable, ensuring a wonderful experience. A must-try, and we'll definitely be back!

10/10/2026: An excellent and unmissable spot in Draguignan! We had a very pleasant time. The savory buckwheat crepes are delicious, generously filled, and the batter is just the right amount of crispy. Special mention for the Williams crepes served by the owner 😉 The setting is very pleasant, ideally located on a pretty square in the city center with a lovely terrace. The welcome is warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. A sure bet that we always return to with great pleasure. Go for it without hesitation!

14/09/2026: An intimate experience with a truly wonderful culinary offering; not a single flaw, we had a magnificent time from the amuse-bouche to the coffee! An enticing wine list is also available, as well as an elegant non-alcoholic food pairing (a very rare find). Definitely worth repeating!

29/06/2026: The concept is good and the welcome was friendly. The upkeep of the bubble room needs improvement. There were ants in the air vents near the pillows. Bird droppings were everywhere on the bubble, which was disgusting. The toilet didn't flush, and according to the staff, we had to fix it ourselves... For the price we paid, that's unacceptable. There were lots of dead animals in the jacuzzi, to say the least. The only positive point was the breakfast.

09/10/2026: We arrived as a group of 11 for lunch on a Friday and received a warm welcome with service that was both efficient and friendly. The presentation of the dishes and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations for a set lunch menu. Excellent value for money.

25/09/2026: We've been coming to Fayence every year for the past 15 years to recharge our batteries in September. We regularly eat at the Auberge du Château, often on Tuesday lunchtimes after the small Fayence market, where we love to stroll. The service is impeccable. The welcome is warm and friendly. The shaded terrace under the beautiful plane tree remains bright and cheerful with its little orange placemats. And the very affordable menus are refined and delicate. Beautifully presented. Delicious! Whether it's the Provençal Daube or the beef fillet! The sea bass fillet with a very light aioli is served on the side, just like at the best restaurants in its category! And the desserts! The profiteroles...to die for! This bistronomic gem is truly worth the detour! It easily deserves 5 stars in every respect!! Bravo to the whole team!
