07/01/2026: During the first weekend of January, we ate at this establishment somewhat reluctantly, I confess, as all the restaurants recommended by locals were fully booked, and from experience, I'm always wary of restaurants with prime locations like this one, right on the port. However, this establishment was an exception: a warm and friendly welcome, a simple menu that often guarantees quality, and indeed, the dishes we ate were delicious. We had an excellent evening, which is exactly what we look for when we go to a restaurant. I therefore recommend this restaurant in Sanary-sur-Mer, located directly on the port. Note that the establishment is likely closed for a well-deserved vacation, I believe, which isn't indicated on Google. We will definitely return if we are ever in Sanary again.

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Du côté de chez Swan restaurant in Bandol. We made a reservation by phone at 6:30 pm for 7:30 pm in the middle of December, and everything went perfectly. 📞 We chose a three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) and a separate main and dessert option. For our starter, we had a thin pear and Fourme d'Ambert tart, which was excellent and bursting with flavor. A lovely touch was the waitress who brought a small glass of beetroot soup so my husband wouldn't have to eat alone—a rare and much appreciated gesture. 🙏 For our main courses, we had pork tenderloin with chanterelle mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and jus, and beef fillet medallions with pan-seared foie gras: both were truly delicious, perfectly cooked, and the chanterelles were divine. 🍖 For dessert, we both ordered the chocolate praline and peanut terrine—a real treat. 🍫 The atmosphere was lovely, especially upstairs where we were seated. A wonderful discovery in Bandol; we highly recommend this place! 🌟

02/11/2025: The setting was lovely, the presentation very nice, and the food was delicious. However, we would have appreciated it if the server had suggested we order extra sides if we were still hungry, which we would have done. While the flavor was definitely there, the portions weren't quite enough to satisfy us. Considering this, it was a bit pricey. A shame. The staff was pleasant and efficient.

09/10/2025: We spontaneously asked for a table. Except for two tables, everything was empty. Nevertheless, we had to sit at a not-so-nice table, with the explanation that everything was reserved. This remained the case the entire evening. No other guests arrived. When we left at 8:30, other guests also spontaneously asked for a table (without a reservation), and lo and behold, they got the nice table up front that we wanted without any problems. The food was miserable, a disappointment. The waiter was incredibly rude. I've been to restaurants all over the world, but I've never seen such an unfriendly restaurant where people discriminate against you.

07/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

24/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

26/10/2025: Restaurant We discovered this restaurant by chance. A wonderful surprise! Vegetarians will be well catered for, as they know how to give pride of place to vegetables. Each vegetable has its own flavor. Generous plate. You can order the ravioli as a main course, which is delicious - the mushrooms and truffles are delicious. Impeccable service. I highly recommend it.
