14/06/2026: We were passing through Hyères and wanted to eat near the water. We chose this restaurant and we're so glad we did!! The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the whole team was amazing!! Dogs are also very welcome (we always apologize to the waiter who got scolded by our dog for no apparent reason 😂). We recommend this place 100% and hope to return soon ❤️

31/05/2026: Excellent meal to finish off our holiday. The tasting menu was brilliant and incredibly tasty. The view from the outdoor tables was incredible, and the owner was delightful to speak with and learn about the history of the establishment. The perfect dinner!

29/05/2026: After a walk under the blazing sun, we found a small table in the shade of a little garden, a well-recommended glass of rosé, and a truly delightful meal! Absolutely flawless! A warm and friendly welcome despite our lateness, original, delicious, and generous dishes, impeccable service—everything was perfect! We will certainly return as soon as we are back in Hyères. 11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

Delicious dishes, a spot by the fountain, high-quality wines (also available by the glass), and very friendly and attentive service made our visit a fantastic experience. Thank you! 24/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! Chez Nous is a restaurant with a truly charming, clean, and pleasant atmosphere. We had the pleasure of enjoying a fresh and delicate tuna tiradito, flavorful escargots, and a simply excellent ribeye steak. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are spot on. A special mention goes to the servers, who were very professional and welcoming; we felt truly valued! We highly recommend this place and will gladly return! 🍽️

30/06/2026: Nice restaurant with a perfect location in the harbor! Ate a traditional dish, Aioli Provencale, which was fantastically tasty and well-prepared! Happy and friendly staff, good service!

The welcome was warm and friendly, the staff attentive to the customers, the dishes beautifully presented in addition to being delicious and well-presented, the prices very reasonable for homemade cuisine, and there was very little wait between courses. Cutlery and plates were changed with each course. The waiters and waitresses were very pleasant and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation; reservations are recommended.
