11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

28/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was good, and the waitress, who was very pleasant and professional, did her best to ensure we had a good meal. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude completely ruined our lunch. We were subjected to several unpleasant remarks and a particularly inappropriate way of speaking to us. At one point, he even spilled part of our dish on us, without seeming to mind at all. He offered no apology whatsoever. The most regrettable aspect was his behavior towards the waitress. It's a shame because the food is good, and the waitress truly deserves praise for her professionalism. But the owner's poor service and behavior unfortunately overshadowed the overall experience. We will not be returning.

I've had the chance to try several dishes: the couscous, which was truly excellent, the daube, and most recently the filet mignon with tagliatelle and porcini mushroom sauce… Every time, it's a delight! 👌 It's so nice to finally find a restaurant that offers truly delicious, generous, and flavorful dishes that go beyond the same old basic fare that you unfortunately find everywhere. And what's more, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. Delivery to the garage is always top-notch as well.
