27/09/2024: Great stay in September recent apartment in a residence with access to the sauna and hammam for free, super well located next to the campsite swimming pools
27/09/2024: Calm setting and surrounded by nature, it did us a lot of good to recharge our batteries with the sound of the wind in the foliage and daily swimming in the pool ;)
The campsite is well located in relation to the beaches, we mainly made our trips by public transport and/or bicycle (be careful, no bus on Sunday).
We recommend this campsite for its pleasant and smiling staff as well as for the numerous services present within the complex (scheduled activities, local shops, bar/restaurant/snack bar, swimming pool, etc.)

06/10/2024: Dommage pour la fin de saison. Nous y avons dîné dernier jour du mois d’août. En terrasse, peu de monde, que 4 tables. C’est vrai que le parking était vide. La prise de commande, et le service effectués par un serveur un peu alcoolisé… (haleine). Très surprise par l’intervention des danseuses ! De vraies pros. Mais ce soir là, c’était bizarre qu’elles fassent leur prestation pour si peu de client(e)s. Le repas était correct.
11/09/2024: Hermosa vista en la terraza elevada del Med. Restaurante elegante aunque tranquilo para el almuerzo. Parece que leyendo comentarios anteriores es más animado por la noche. Muy buena comida. El servicio podría haber sido mejor. El gerente no hizo ningún esfuerzo para saludarnos o reconocernos - y había un aire general de desinterés. Teníamos una factura sustancial y habría sido bueno si alguien del personal al menos hubiera preguntado si todo estaba bien o dicho merci o au revoir!

10/09/2024: Attirés par les avis, sommes venus déjeuner ici avec ma fille et c'était exceptionnel : le burger maison, la jambonnette de volaille cuite à la graisse de canard, la tarte tatin comme je n'avais jamais mangé d'aussi bonne...
Faites-vous plaisir allez-y nombreux !

01/10/2024: Menu Épicurien pour deux, tout commence par une vue magnifique sur la baie et ensuite c'est parti pour 3 heures d'un plaisir permanent. On adore les sauces, on a été servi comme jamais, dés l'entrée et jusqu'au dessert.
Que dire de plus, si ce n'est qu'après plusieurs tables triplement étoilée, on se demande si la Vage d'or ne devrait pas inaugurer la quatrième. On avait été déçu par des tables Parisiennes et nous avions peur du même travers à St Tropez, il n'en est rien.
Trop tard pour cette année, le restaurant fermé bientôt mais réservez dès maintenant votre table pour le printemps prochain.

22/09/2024: On ne s’attend pas à trouver un tel restaurant dans cette rue peu commerçante. Très bonne expérience de l’entrée au dessert, des produits frais très bien travaillés, un personnel gentils et aux petits soins.

08/09/2024: Nous connaissons La Colombe depuis sa création , mais nous n'étions pas revenu de puis plusieurs années . Nous avons avec plaisir constaté que les valeurs de base du restaurant sont intactes : qualité des produits, recherche des saveurs, rigueur du chef, menu-carte répondant à touts les attentes, prix justifiés avec une mention pour le prix raisonnable des vins au verre (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les restaurants gastronomiques ....).
Un seul bémol : une expérience gastronomique réussie demande aussi un rythme de service , et là, l'attente beaucoup trop longue du dessert nous a privés de l'apprécier pleinement.

10/09/2024: We were looking for an open restaurant on Tuesday (normally majority of the restaurants in the area are closed) and we came by this restaurant that was open.
We were very pleased with the service - extremely nice and friendly staff, helping to choose the wine and the food, delicious home made food, definitely recommend for everyone visiting Salernes!
