09/12/2023: Je suis assez déçu , client depuis longtemps j'ai passé commande des quatre kebabs galettes à emporter avec petite frite sans les boissons un total de 34€ soit 8.50 par kebab je trouve cela assez cher. Frites molles et kebab pas top assez decu. Cela reste uniquement mon avis .

13/12/2024: Pleasant restaurant, the staff are helpful and courageous. Having witnessed incivility towards the reception manager, and above all witnessing the latter's incredible patience, I underline their efficiency in still serving quickly and above all hot!

07/12/2024: Check your orders they are often wrong. A ridiculous ice cream was served to us, considering the price it's shameful. Modern and nice.

22/09/2024: Really very disappointed because today we ordered online in our hamburger we found very green tomatoes and in addition in our order we asked for additional sauces. Well in the end we didn't have any sauce or napkin.

18/09/2024: Clearly more and more expensive nonsense and the hamburgers are getting smaller and smaller. McDonald's is over for me. You pay for a 10-ball menu with a hamburger that is sold as large and well-stocked and you end up with something as small as a double cheese. Even my daughter's hamburger on her €5 menu was bigger. You really take people for idiots.

28/08/2024: The products are still good. However, although the employees are friendly and smiling, they are pigs... services with gloves but where 50 pieces were taken with them. So you have to explain to me the point of wearing gloves because in the restaurant they are aware that coins have become a breeding ground for dangerous bacteria. In short... hygiene to be reviewed!

28/09/2024: Amazing food! STILL DONT GO THERE! Terrible Service! Waiting over 1 hour for very simple dishes! 30 Minutes before Service took the order. Another 40 before food Was served. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

05/09/2024: A deplorable welcome, an order where products that we did not choose are added and billed to us and where we are called liars when we explain that we absolutely did not order that! Impossible to modify the order or anything else and in addition our order receipt is thrown away and cannot be found to allow us to show our good faith! We will therefore frequent other restaurants but not this one!

05/09/2024: Avec Uber est tellement facile de pas mettre la commande complète .. franchement deux sandwichs qui correspondent pas une boissons qui n est pas la bonne et pas la bonne taille donc on perd de l argent une honte

The rooms look like a small terraced house with a large garden and small terrace. Possible to park the vehicle. On the other hand, the bedding is horrible, it must be admitted, an ultra-thin, rough cotton gas duvet that must be 40 years old or more, fortunately we had taken our sheets otherwise I would not have slept there. Musty smell. The outdoor chairs and table are dirty, filled with cobwebs, the last cleaning had to be done in 2017, too bad not to be able to enjoy them in the middle of August. To conclude, you pay for a frame (not maintained)

28/08/2024: Fortunately we did not follow the negative opinions of some. We arrived after 2 p.m. and we were served A restaurant well located near the lake. The welcome is good and authentic, the cuisine is simple and efficient.

01/10/2024: Les sandwiches ne sont jamais comme on les a demandés , pas de ketchup pas de mayo malgré la demande , pas de serviettes non plus bref de mieux en mieux le mac do !

21/09/2024: Honestly, on a Saturday, only 4 of the 10 terminals work! .dirty tables...but I'm getting used to it at Mac do...the wait is long 15 minutes at 2:30 p.m.

02/09/2024: After waiting over an hour for my order; I received half of my order. No sauces all cold Burgers. I pay more than €50 for not having half of my order. And I'm not even talking about expectations.

31/08/2024: We went to Macdonald Beaucaire to order 5 McSmart + menus. Sad to see that for 5 poor little menus we had to wait more than thirty minutes in the middle of an empty restaurant with a morbid atmosphere where we felt a tense atmosphere between the manager and the employees. But the best surprise was when we got home and I unwrapped the wrap and discovered an ant inside. Curious to have discovered such a surprise having not ordered a happy meal! You will understand that this does not make you want to eat the rest of the menu with an undercooked burger steak and an almost hot drink. Following this we called Macdonald Beaucaire to complain about the situation where we found an understanding manager who promised us a free wrap for the next time. Of course it's complicated to want to return to such a fast food...
