04/06/2026: Hotel located on a very busy road, so there's a lot of noise until 1 a.m. and again from 5 a.m. onwards. The room was run-down and didn't match the renovated photos on the website. Dinner was passable (pizza not recommended). Cleanliness was minimal, barely acceptable. Conclusion: Avoid

27/05/2026: Definitely the worst McDonald's in France. We've been coming here for over five years and it's never improved. The kiosk problems... the incredibly long wait for food that's practically yesterday, and the hygiene (no hairnets, no gloves). My girlfriend and I decided to have McDonald's tonight, and the problem is that the points from the app don't work at the kiosk when you order an additional item besides the "McDonald's points" order. So, after a 30-minute wait, we received our first order with one less item, even though the McDonald's was nowhere near full. I asked a woman who was working if it was possible to get the missing item, and to my surprise, I received a rather haughty response telling me to go back to the kiosk and order again, which meant I'd have to wait until after other customers had arrived. So that's what we did, and we finally managed to get our second order (medium fries, double cheeseburger, Oasis. Nothing more, nothing less) after another 30 minutes, even though, I repeat, the McDonald's was far from full. Our first order was cold, the McFlurries were melted, there was no napkin, and one of the drinks was open and had leaked a little into the bag. The McFlurries were supposed to come with sauces that weren't there. In short, a total 0/10, multiplied by 2. I think that's the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at in my entire life.

25/05/2026: I saw a father who didn't see his family all evening, I saw a man whose evening was ruined, I saw two self-service kiosks open, I saw a friend wait an hour and a half for his order, but what's certain is that I never saw my own order. In the end, I saw everything except food. Never again. #boycottmcdonaldsandgrocery

06/07/2026: Once again, very disappointed. We placed a delivery order, and once it arrived in securely sealed bags, we realized that a burger, sauces, and napkins were missing. When we called the restaurant, they told us to file a complaint with Uber Eats, which is incomprehensible since the delivery was carried out professionally. The restaurant makes mistakes and blames the delivery service. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time they've forgotten items in orders.

06/07/2026: We came for lunch, after booking online, and the meal was cold, probably cooked when we opened the door. So it's better to have a salad or ice cream.

08/06/2026: I ordered and didn't check my order (for once). I asked for an iced tea and got a Coke. My grandson wanted a beef McDonald's, but he got something else. For dessert, I ordered a sugar donut and two chocolate donuts, but there were none. I won't be going back. It's unprofessional; they put out whatever they want. I couldn't go back to complain.

07/06/2026: I admit I worked at McDonald's for a few years and I don't usually like leaving Google reviews; perhaps I'm just more discerning. But this visit got neither a Q (dry bun left out in the open air and fries barely lukewarm and dry), nor an S (the first young man was quite friendly and responsive, however, the second employee didn't say hello or goodbye but: "Here!" because they were overwhelmed, so I politely came to get my tray), nor a P (the dining area had trash on the floor and dirty tables; I didn't dare go to the restroom). And obviously, it's not a "Valid" this time. PS: The Apple Pie was, I seem to recall, quite large back then and... much cheaper. Inflation, no doubt, but when you want to keep prices high, you have to provide adequate service. It's a shame.

09/05/2026: My friend and I were very disappointed. We ordered mojitos, but there was no rum flavor and just a lot of crushed ice, so we were drinking more water than anything else. In the past, it was very good. At €10, the mojito was unacceptable. The fries were dry, and there was a lack of staff. A disappointing experience.

08/05/2026: We came during the week for drinks with our family, and to be honest, the cocktails were undrinkable, the appetizer platters were excessively expensive for what they were... in short, a very mixed review; we won't be back.

26/04/2026: I bought several cakes today, including a €4.90 strawberry tart for my daughter. It would have been essential for the saleswoman to mention the presence of alcohol. As a result, the cakes were inedible for us, and €20 worth of cakes went straight in the bin!

07/06/2026: We were just passing through Nîmes! What a disappointment this McDonald's was. We waited over 15 minutes for brunch... if you can even call it that. There were no savory options, and as for sweets... just one donut, two orange juices, two coffees, one more donut, and two apple pies for €30. And to top it all off, an alarm that kept going off. Avoid at all costs!
