15/09/2024: Toujours aussi bon et copieux ! La Burrata au pesto trop bonne et que dire du risotto et tiramisu du jour (au kiwi très original) bref on reviendra !

01/09/2024: Pizza immangeable. Ts les ingrédients et la pâte imbibés d huile toute molle. Aubergine préalablement grillée et posée en grosses tranches, tomates cerise entière jeté. A peine goûtée Ce sont juste excusé du désagrément. On a pas discuté mais aurait pu faire un geste sur l addition. Regardez vos plats avant de les sortir et les mangeriez vous?.

27/07/2024: Des crêpes absolument délicieuses, c'est LA place pour en manger à Uzès. Plusieurs choix autant pour les salées que les sucrées, et toutes bien exécutées. Restaurant très bien situé, terrasse agréable. Le seul hic: les serveuses qui semblent complètement blasées. Un sourire demande peu d'efforts et agrémenterait définitivement l'expérience! Malgré tout, nous y retournions pour la cuisine, sans aucun doute.

24/07/2024: La serveuse accepte d’échanger une salade à 3€50 contre une boule de glace à 3€, ceci après avoir demandé à la cuisinière. Seulement en entendant cette personne vraisemblablement rouspétant publiquement après cette demande, je me permets de dire à la serveuse qu’elle pouvait féliciter la Cheffe car les plats sont délicieux. Lorsque que la serveuse lui transmet mes gratifications, la Cheffe dit haut et fort « JE N’AI PAS BESOINS DE COMPLIMENTS »! Le comble après cette humiliation, c’est qu’ils nous ont fait payer la boule de glace alors que l’échange à été accepté! Quelle honte de la part d’un restaurateur qui se permet cela!

26/01/2026: Magnificent hotel. The 18th-century building is splendid, with a grand staircase. The stone pool, adorned with swan-neck fountains, is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The poolside bar is extremely pleasant. The service is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will return as soon as possible. What's more, the room rates are very reasonable for such a near-paradise setting.

02/01/2026: Having come for New Year's Eve, we thought the party would be held in the castle itself, but we were disappointed to find ourselves in an annex at the far end of the grounds with toilets outside (it was very cold). The room resembled a school cafeteria with tables lined up like in a schoolhouse. A table for six or eight people was added at the last minute to the already small dance floor. We had to queue to get our food. Very little was actually hot: the mini burgers and mini pissaladières were cold. The cured ham had a rancid aftertaste. The salmon tarts were inedible (they had clearly come straight from the freezer). The only dishes that could have been served hot were the pork, which arrived barely lukewarm, and the cheesy potatoes, which arrived unannounced while we were dancing, so they were cold. As for the desserts, what a disappointment! One macaron and one cream puff were decent, but the tart was inedible. All this for €95!!! And that's without drinks!!! I spoke with a couple who were staying at the château, and they told me the rooms were cold. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

15/08/2024: Nous sommes venu à plusieurs pour manger les soit disant moules/frites maison .... TRÈS DÉÇU... déjà la patronne très désagréable... puis les frites un petits saladier pour 2 personnes / même portion que la table d'à coter alors que la table d'à coter était seule ... moules ça passe grosse mais mal laver ! Menu enfant ... ça laisse à désiré également. Un mini poulet pané avec quelques frites Quand nous nous sommes " plaind" la patronne à mal réagi et nous avons eu que des réflexions et " pique " de plus quand nous attendions pour régler nous avions vu sur les cuisines et encore la patronne pas très propre coupait les cake et gâteau chocolat sans gants et sait essayais sur ses vêtements personnel ... pas propre A FUIRE ALLER AILLEURS !!! Plus jamais je reviendrais

02/12/2024: Excellent tenant. Very good exchange, he advises you and offers you alcohols from all horizons (beers bin whiskey rum etc... ) according to your tastes. We are at the gates of paradise. 😉

14/12/2025: We had a very pleasant stay in a charming and stately setting. The furnishings were more than perfect in a tastefully restored space. Bruno and his wife gave us a very warm, even friendly, welcome. I was able to enjoy playing the piano in the living room. The Chinese suite is stunning. The breakfast was original, generous, and simply delicious. We will certainly return with pleasure, and we wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, located in a beautiful area between southern Ardèche and northern Gard. Jean-François and Christine

07/09/2024: A super cozy restaurant! Here you can feel the Provençal lifestyle and feel like you are among the locals. Even if the restaurant doesn't seem spectacular at first, we were completely captivated by it!

15/06/2024: Le chef Sami propose des menus avec des plats originaux et d’une grande finesse, certains classiques d’autres inspirés du style « fusion » franco-thaïlandais. Essayez ses « rouleaux de printemps » en entrée, vous n’en avez jamais goutés de tels ! Les prix sont raisonnables, l’accueil chaleureux et la place de la Viguerie calme et ensoleillée. Une adresse à retenir, à seulement 300m du centre hyper-touristique de Aigues-Mortes (Place Saint-Louis) et de ses multiples restaurants « de surgelés ».
