23/08/2025: Hello, I recommend this bakery. Everything is delicious. We had breakfast, sandwiches, croustades, and breads. Of course, you need a little time, but the saleswoman does what she can. Given how busy it is at certain times, two people serving wouldn't be a luxury. And if that's not convenient, there are other bakeries in Cauterets.

24/11/2024: We went with 5 people for a drink on Friday evening (11/22/24) and wanted to have 3 paid drinks and 2 glasses of water. The waiter disrespected us and spoke to us very badly because according to him we were obliged to take more paid drinks. This dark-haired, long-haired waiter with an old beard asked us to leave the place after being familiar with us. This is unacceptable, we do not treat customers this way. SHAME ON THIS “MAN”.

16/02/2026: A very bad experience; I definitely don't recommend going there. There isn't usually a huge selection, but even less when I went! On top of that, the waitresses didn't even smile. How nice. My sandwich arrived not hot at all, practically cold, and when I noticed and went to ask about it, the staff started snickering. There were other people ahead of me, so I ended up eating my meal anyway. This sandwich was disappointing, as I expected better in terms of the quantity of ingredients. Luckily, the prices aren't too high... I should mention that I went there a few years ago, and it was a completely different experience; I really enjoyed it then. Disappointing. Please do something to improve the quality.

11/02/2026: It's not the saleswoman's smile that's going to brighten your day. Barely pleasant, she's sweeping, touching the dirt, and then serving me a pastry. Sure, she grabbed the pastry with tongs, but she picked up the bag with her bare hands, and I suppose the tongs aren't very clean if she does that to every customer. Honestly, cleanliness is the bare minimum in a restaurant. As for the smile, well, if they don't want to be customer-oriented and want to drive customers away, that's their problem. Hygiene...

20/02/2026: An absolutely legendary experience at the Tarbes McDonald's for my bachelor party 🎉🍔 While I thought I was just going to enjoy a regular meal, the manager—a true empress of kindness and high priestess of customer service—gave me a burger-shaped toiletry bag. Yes, you read that right: a work of textile art, a symbol of generosity, an object worthy of the Louvre. This exceptionally kind gesture transformed a simple trip to McDonald's into a defining moment of my life. Since then, everything has changed: the sun shines brighter, my fries seem crispier, and my faith in humanity has been restored. The restaurant is immaculate, the staff radiates supernatural kindness, and the atmosphere rivals that of a 5-star hotel (with nuggets). If you're looking for a place that nourishes both body and soul, look no further. This McDonald's isn't a restaurant, it's a sanctuary. A huge thank you to the manager for this unforgettable gesture. This burger kit will become a family heirloom. I'll be back. Often. Very often.

27/01/2026: It's past 11:00 AM, and no one at the drive-thru kiosk is responding to us quickly. Plus, there's no call button... but you can scan. I WANT A CALL BUTTON. We push our way between two crates placed on the ground to further narrow the passage to the register... Seriously? The young woman doesn't make us feel comfortable and takes her time taking our order. We decide against it and choose to leave. Ahead, the line is blocked by a vehicle that's been waiting for its order for a while. We decide to reverse. The passage is so narrow that our wheels are scraping. Seriously awful. How to make life difficult for the customer, with all due respect.

03/03/2026: Ordered two small meals at 4:10 PM. If you're hungry, and especially if you're in a hurry, don't go there. Go to Bugger King; it's faster. A 30-minute wait when there's nobody in the restaurant is outrageous.

19/02/2026: Service was fairly quick, but the fries were lukewarm and the potatoes were practically cold. The wrap wasn't folded properly; nothing stayed in place! Our table hadn't been cleared when we arrived. The dining room wasn't very warm.

01/11/2025: The hotel was not up to standard. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and it wasn't clean. It looked nothing like the photos we saw on maps or booking.com. Very disappointing.

21/10/2025: At reception, a very kind person understands French, but isn't able to ask for anything. Available and provides information if needed without any problem. Clean hotel, although you can tell it's quite old and needs updating. It's fine for a one-night stay, given the very low room rates. However, for longer stays, it's probably better to book another one.

25/11/2025: Horrible experience. Rude staff. They completely ignore you if you are not french. I don't recommend this place.

31/01/2026: This restaurant is in terrible taste. The owner is extremely rude and impolite. We ordered coffee, and when he didn't bring it, he told us to leave. I still don't understand how this establishment is open.

18/01/2026: I am not able to grasp how someone can mismanage to cook a croque Monsieur because it was burnt on all sides. The fries were undercooked and the coffee was tasteless. I’ve would rather starved for a few more hours than pay €13 for this hate crime. The owner was not customer friendly and made us sit by a worse table yet there were no customers, supposedly because we’re tourists. The sofa I sat on looked like it was scratched by a horde of angry cats and all the tables were so close by we felt like we went on a quadruple date with the other customers.

02/03/2026: I sat down with my children for a drink after our day of skiing, and the waiter took over 15 minutes to take our order and was incredibly rude, practically sneering at us! When it came time to pay the bill, the amount of which wasn't even explained to me, he turned the card reader around... I still couldn't see how much I owed! He didn't ask if I wanted a receipt, not even a "thank you," let alone a "goodbye"!!! As for the atmosphere in the establishment, the staff behind the bar were nonchalant, doing absolutely nothing except being disrespectful to the second waiter who seemed to be doing his job reasonably well...!!! In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place!!!

28/02/2026: The setting and location are ideal. The restaurant seems to suffer from a lack of organization or a problem in the kitchen. We waited far too long for our tapas, and the waiter refused to take our order twice. We left and ended up barely eating. However, it's worth noting that the waiter took the children's order as soon as we arrived, and they were able to eat without waiting. Thank you.

21/02/2026: Sandwiches are always good but the staff are unpleasant, it doesn't make you want to come back and the manager doesn't care at all about the dissatisfaction with our order and the pitiful service.

26/01/2026: The sandwich was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch, especially from the mixed-race waitress who was always smiling. It was a real pleasure, and I'll definitely be back. 👍🥪
